I understand things being out of stock isn't their fault but poor customer service sucks. Another woman with a gift card issue was dealing with an employee who looked over it before it began too. Maybe they're short staffed. Also when I came back around to check out the same employee that wouldn't help with my question started doing the self check out for me which I found strange. Simply a disheartening experience and it sucks since it's the only Michael's in 150 miles.
