My family had a great experience with Major Limo. I first contacted Major through Yelp and he responded quickly with the best quote to SFO. I was especially happy with his communication. He texted to confirm our reservation and other details well before our reservation time. It was nice to hear from the car service well in advance to ease my mind that everything was set. Both Major and Sunny were patient and accommodating to our children and assisted in placing car seats into their cars. Overall, their prices are reasonable and their service is excellent. I would recommend them! read more

I've been using Major limo for at least five years now. Major has always been courteous and on time. I have always been able to rely on him. For one trip I was headed on vacation flying from SFO. When I got to SFO to check in I saw an 8 year old me staring back at me on my passport. I had grabbed the wrong one. We called Major and he came back to SFO, drove us back to Pleasanton to pick up my correct passport and then back to SFO just in time to make the flight. The service was incredible and I was so thankful. I needed that vacation desperately and because of him we recovered from my mistake and still made it. read more

Used Major Limo for our last two trips out of Oakland and SFO Airport. I want a clean, reasonable cost ride, courteous driver, and most important - RELIABLE service. Major Limo is all that. Major arrives at our place 10 minutes early for departures and is waiting at the airport on our arrival. Came home last night in a Stretch Limo - no extra charge - with cold water and sodas (much needed after our 10 hour travel day ). I highly recommend this company. read more

I found Major Limo on Yelp and thought I'd give him a try based on the reviews. When I inquired, he got back to me quickly. We were a family of four going on a month-long trip with 8 large bags plus we each had 2 larger sized carry-ons and a stroller. Major was on time when picking us up to head to SFO and very courteous and helpful. On our return, I booked him again. Our international flight was 2 hours delayed so we arrived much later, but the delay didn't phase him; we just communicated with one another. He was still very courteous and helpful. I would definitely use him again and will recommend him to others. read more
