Two ladies came and were immediately ready to get started. Due to the language barriers I couldn't review my specifics with them but trusted whomever scheduled communicated what I requested. I have 3 floors and they started on the top floor. After they moved to the next floor I looked over the work and still saw soap scum on the ledge in the shower, dirt in the window, heavy dust on bathroom vent and several other issues. I called them back to show upstairs but only pointed out one of the items due to the time. When I checked on the next level I saw several area of concerns. At this point we are 4 1/2 hrs in and one more floor to go. I communicated my concerns with the person I scheduled with and informed I was going to have them stop rather than spend more money and I was unhappy with the quality of work. To clarify, I did not rush them at any time, I also waited to review their work after they fully completed the floor. After the 2nd completed floor I requested services to stop They offered to have them come back and provided a small discount due to the inconvenience. Because the level of service is not to my standard I declined the return but appreciated them trying to make it right. Unfortunately they didn't work for me but I saw other great reviews.

A team of 3 ladies came, and about an hour into the cleaning "I said you know that you must move furniture in order to do a DEEP cleaning" I was immediately called by their boss who said they cannot move furniture and that the house was very dusty so he would have to charge me another $100. So, just what is a deep cleaning without moving furniture. I had originally told the owner again and again how dusty the house was. I wanted him to do a walk through. He said they do not do walk throughs. As time has gone by, I have noticed the cleaning was not a 100% deep cleaned. I would give them 75% good job. Their boss not honest for charging me the extra $100. He had set the price and then changed it. Bad and dishonest business practice. I would never recommend this company.

Had a straightforward job for a move-out clean that needed to be done. I'm less than a week out and now trying to find someone else to do it while I'm back home. I've never had cleaners ask for a deposit before. Was hoping to leave a glowing review with before and after photos to help grow their Yelp like I do with other vendors but now am stuck finding another cleaner. Can't speak to the quality of their work but if you're worried about paying money up front when many vendors are late or no-show not a company for you. I'm always happy to pay when people show up.
