Not only was so rough with my feet that the pedicure was not relaxing, she rushed through the buffing of my heels so quickly she actually cut my foot with the buffing tool. Since my pedicure I've had to constantly be aware that my cut does not get infected. So disappointed! And my pedicure lasted for 20 minutes, I was a walk in client, but I would have rather them turned me away instead of giving me a rushed through, dirty, terrible experience

Orchid is open Sundays, which is extremely helpful when you work Monday through Friday. We were the first to arrive right when they opened at 11am, and were the only ones in the place for our entire experience. The lady I had was very meticulous, friendly, and awesome. My toenails came out lovely. I picked an army green color. My mom's toes came out like a mermaid and she ended up loving it. The service here is great and you can get a classic pedicure for $30, and don't forget the tip. There are many polishes to choose from and the massage chairs are great and hit the spot that I needed them to hit on my lower back. I've only been here twice, but both experiences have been wonderful and I will be back more, and recommend this place for pedicures.

Cece started rushing me all the time, taking on multiple customers at the same time, getting frustrated when you asked question and the quality of the work just declined. This past week she canceled on me last minute so I made an appointment for another day. Life happens. I was excited to try a new shape and design because I always get the same thing. So I showed her a picture, but right away she started doing something different. I'm learning to speak up for myself so nervously I told her I'm not sure if I like the design on my nails because maybe it works best for people with a different nail shape or complexion. I'm not sure if it was a communication issue, she wanted to go home early, or just in a bad mood, but she didn't like that at all. She got really angry, yanked my hands and yelled at me "YOU'RE A TEACHER WHY ARE YOU SO SLOW?!" When I tell you I was in shock... I have never been talked to that way by anyone in my life. I stayed calm, told her to please not speak to me like that and asked her to just give me the same color I always get. I paid for my service, tipped her like I always have and got the hell out of there. I will never return to that place!!

886 Niagara Falls, Blvd. Inside Walmart. (Address on Yelp and on business card is incorrect.)…read more Had a great pedicure here yesterday. $28. I have been looking for a reasonable price as seems most mani/pedi nail places in Covid19 2020 are charging $30, $35, or more for a pedicure. I go to a podiatrist before I can pay that much and let my insurance cover it. But I have diabetes, so have that option. And whatever the price is, you have to allow for a tip on top. Yesterday I tipped $5 because he did such a good job. Very little English, but Phil (he wrote on his card) was extremely conscientious and concerned about my well-being, considerate of my being diabetic. He even took care of a couple of my ingrown nails, and massaged my feet and lower legs to improve circulation. I don't know if he does massage like that for everyone or just for those with diabetes. Perhaps someone will let us know that with a comment. $25 (+ tip) is what I used to pay for pedicure, and I feel $3 increase is appropriate. I highly recommend Davinails, and Phil, for pedicure. It is the only service I had there, so I've no idea about other services.

I went to another nail salon and to have them redo my waxing and they have a package for ALL 3 facial waxing and I ONLY paid $25!
