What I had was determined to be bronchitis and pneumonia. I left and then called 30 min later as husband and I had taken off work so I could go to the appt and have eyes dilated. Was told office mgr left after escorting me out. They could not provide the policy when I asked to see it, and not on their web page either. When I tried to reschedule they gave me a date 18 months out. Yes 18 months which as a diabetic was uncalled for and rude. The largest group of unprofessional scam artists I have ever dealt with. And fyi I would have gladly worn a mask if asked and I have been fully vaccinated. Yes this was from 9 months ago but I didn't post before now due to potential retaliation. I am the same person as EllieBeagle on Google and am not hiding my identity. Intent of review is to let people know while Drs are fantastic be careful as I was not the only person who has been unfairly treated.
