But the office manager is an unprofessional bully who makes things up including policies. I was there and in the exam room and had a cough. They never asked me to wear a mask or anything. They kicked me out when I mentioned I had covid diagnosis 19 days earlier (This was 2024 and CDC protocol was WAY less than 19 days to quarantine, my state job mandated me to be back at work for 2 weeks at that point). What I had was determined to be bronchitis and pneumonia. I left and then called 30 min later as husband and I had taken off work so I could go to the appt and have eyes dilated. Was told office mgr left after escorting me out. They could not provide the policy when I asked to see it, and not on their web page either. When I tried to reschedule they gave me a date 18 months out. Yes 18 months which as a diabetic was uncalled for and rude. The largest group of unprofessional scam artists I have ever dealt with. And fyi I would have gladly worn a mask if asked and I have been fully vaccinated. Yes this was from 9 months ago but I didn't post before now due to potential retaliation. I am the same person as EllieBeagle on Google and am not hiding my identity. Intent of review is to let people know while Drs are fantastic be careful as I was not the only person who has been unfairly treated. I stand by my review that I have not ever been that badly treated by a health provider office ever before. And a practice I had been a patient of for years. I cannot ever recommend them!

The doctor will not explain everything and gave me a wrong eye glasses prescription. The Doctor is not addressing your concern, and will just prescribe glasses and that's it. and done. I was wrong that I did not check the reviews and feedback from this clinic before going there and they have lots of negative feedbacks. I went here because my PCP gave a referral to this clinic. I paid out of pocket money (almost 190$) for my frame and lenses but I ended up having trouble using the glasses. it was unusable for me and I called there many times and went back to have the glasses checked since they are the one who gave it to me. The Doctor is not as accommodating and approachable with all your concerns, She will not entertain all your concerns and like she's annoyed if you are asking more questions and concerns. I tried to use the glasses again to give more time for my eyes to adjust, but its really unusable and really worst and like my eyes will get worst further more, since I was just having basic problem like eye strain using laptop for long time and it's for me it's not really a major eye problem. But every time I'm using the glasses that they prescribed me it's like my eyes are getting crossed together, cloudy , blurred and giving me a lot of headache. Then I asked them to please check it and what is the warranty for the glasses. I asked them if they can just changed the glasses and use my old prescription from my old doctor since I don't want to waste the money that I already paid to them. I even asked them many times and made sure that I will not be paying for the rechecking and changing of glasses. And they told me I will not pay anything. But then I was shocked when I received a billing statement from my other medical insurance and needed to pay the clinic 75$ as a co-pay. I was shocked they charge my other insurance. I called and reach out to my eye insurance and medical insurance. They charge me first in my eye insurance and the 2nd time I went back to the clinic was supposed to be for the rechecking of the glasses because it was unusable, that is not supposed to be charge and filed. Since it was the problem with the glasses that they gave me. But they put another medical problem/ diagnosis so that they can send claims to my medical insurance. I was advised by the insurance company that the doctor should re-send the claims for correction and should re-file it again and not charging the other insurance. I was really shocked that they did this to charge my medical insurance and me. And it was all supposed to be connected with the prescription glasses that they gave to me and that is the reason why I only went back to their clinic, because of the unusable eye glasses. It was really a horrible and stressful experience from this clinic as they are not honest with their patient. I called them and reached out to them why did they charged my insurance and I needed to pay them again. I complained and tell them that I called my insurance company and to checked what happened and how did they sent claims. And Why did they even put another medical problem and diagnosis with my record and their claims, since that is not my problem and concern. They told me they gonna fix it and Im still waiting for them to send me a bill statement that I will not need to pay anything. I felt sorry for this clinic, but it's really horrible and I will never trust this clinic again and I'm so disappointed with their service and not giving patients a good quality care and not being honest. I did have another doctor , and checked me thoroughly with all the needed assessment and checking, and the prescription was really far from what this they gave me.

However, after multiple times…read morevisiting the store, I would offer 2 suggestions for a better customer service experience: 1) Learn how to spend more time and concentrated time with their customer and less time talking amongst themselves. Even if it's business discussion, it didn't need to happen when someone was actually serving a customer. At first I thought it just must be a very busy day, but even on a slow day, they have that bad habit. Multiple times I've seen this break in their concentration with their customer, it not only led to the customer feeling less important, it also resulted in their error in pricing or ordering and the customers had to remind the employee of correct details of the customer's wants or needs. As a customer, I like someone to pay close attention to all of my details. 2) I was told first 3-4 weeks for glasses and then told "up to 8 weeks." Just give an honest estimate and not an attempt to "just make the customer happy" by it arriving sooner. There's a huge difference from 4 weeks and then 8. The customer's needs should out-weigh their need to look good by stating, "it generally takes about 4 weeks and at 3 1/2-week mark, I'll follow up to check status and call you." Everyone knows that you can't control your vendors, but it's nice to know that you're important enough that the store will go the extra step for their customer. These days with many eyeglass vendors, It would be easy for a patron to use another store or go back to their Dr office for better customer service.
