I've had a few good experiences and a few bad ones. The pace is easy to get in and out of, which is nice. They have a large sign up front, so that helps with finding it. It is on a busy stretch of road, but not impossible to traverse. The staff are mostly friendly, but I have encountered some who were less than friendly. They have a new policy for cancellations that results in a fee, so be warned about that. I have had bad experiences with them -- like simply canceling my appointments and being short with me when I was upset, with responses that were less than helpful in trying to fix the situation. Of course, no compensation for my missed appointment (go figure). The optometrists are generally friendly and knowledgeable, which makes you feel comfortable to be there. They have a good selection of glasses and kind people selling them. All in all, I can't say I am their biggest fan due to the unkind people I have dealt with; however, the rest of the staff are decent. If you need a place to go, you could do worse, but you could also do better. read more

If there was one less than one, this is horrible. I am just trying to leave a message that I have the flu and need to cancel my appointment for the morning. I was told when I booked if I did not give a notice I would be charge a full appointment. I have been on hold 3 times and not response. I feel like shit so not going to continue doing this, obviously I will have to pay the fee. I have referred so many folks, but now here I am going to have to look for a new provider. After waiting 3 months for an initial establishing appointment, they suddenly canceled and "had" to reschedule out another 3 months. Meaning, the total wait time for an initial establishing appointment would be 6 months. Could have easily scheduled with another provider with more respect for their patient's time. read more

I am very displeased with the way I was treated by the agent who sold me my glasses. I explained the lens fell out and chipped the glass. She asked if I had come in to have the screws adjusted. I said no and asked why the lens chipped. Apparently I didn't order the ones that won't do that. I explained you sold me these and she stated she would have discussed that with me. She acted like wasn't entitled to a new pair and as if it came from her paycheck. I purchased the glasses and paid good money for them. I had to wait over a month to get them. I will not be going back for a new pair there. I loved the doctor and front staff, I don't need to feel like I am asking for to much for expecting a product to last longer then 5 months. read more

Due to Covid and my daughter being 19 I was not allowed in. This is fine I completely respect their protocol. She was very happy with the doctor and their ability to get her in on a Saturday even! read more
