Both my hygienist and dentist are thorough, gentle, and most importantly they both took the time to answer my questions and discuss concerns. Staff at front desk is also very pleasant and on-top of the insurance / appointment planning. So pleased with the professionalism I went back for some long over-due cosmetic work on chipped front tooth that had been very badly repaired in the past. Dr. Fitzgibbon did an amazing job fixing the damaged front tooth taking the time to make sure I was pleased with the work. Getting a lot of compliments already on the change! My husband, daughter and I were all told we had cavities in just about every tooth. Literally more than 50 fillings needed for the three of us. I've reported them to my insurance for fraud and I will pay out of pocket for my prior dentist to properly assess our oral health. I confronted them about what I felt was excessive and I heard excuse after excuse about why they thought this was the right treatment and insinuating that I don't know what I'm talking about. She's literally okay with drilling our teeth into oblivion to line her pocket. Absolutely shameless.

This was quite a shock since i have never had any and we both get 3 dental cleanings a year, and had no cavities at our previous cleaning just 4 months before. The dentist conveniently had time to fill them right then and there, but luckily we declined. We have been to THREE OTHER DENTISTS since and they have all found NO CAVITIES!!! We do not have cavities, but Dr. Jenny here said we had 10 and that she could fill them all on the spot! That is evil! She wanted to drill our perfectly good teeth and fill them for a few hundred dollars. I told this story to one of my friends, who worked in a dentists office a long time ago, and she said that it's not an uncommon thing for dentists to do. You can't tell that there are or are not cavities, so the dentist waves your xray around and says you need fillings and of course you consent...BUT DO NOT. Get a second opinion before trusting her to fill your fake cavities. All she is really filling is her pockets.
