I've been with them for 4 years, since I moved to Maine, and I have always been amazed at their professionalism, kindness, and sensitivity to my needs. The office is physically welcoming and calming, and all the staff work so well together. Scheduling is well-communicated, and I have always been seen in a timely manner, even in several more urgent situations. I don't know how Dr. Goding does it!.....he moves seamlessly amongst several patients at once, yet he always arrives chair side with cheerfulness and friendly talk before he begins. Gentle touch, never hurried, with very current, up-to-date equipment. From cleanings to root canal to extraction, my experiences here have always had good outcomes, with my comfort definitely a high priority with these folks. It's just all so reassuring, and I feel very grateful for the consistently good care that I receive here. Dr. Goding and his staff are all wonderful, and I highly recommend (and congratulate) them!

He replaced a very old filling. I now have a huge sore on my cheek due to misalignment in my mouth. He didn't even do the bite test to see if it was ok. There was no connection with me as a patient. Didn't even say hello. Gossiped with the assistant. I'm especially disappointed since everything was so great before.

He generally seems to delegate well to the dental technicians who work there, so I learn a lot from them which I also like. The office also handles my insurance well - there are never billing issues. Talk about censorship and bias. That's why facebook reviews can not be trusted. A couple more details I failed to mention in my previous review. The root canal was done in two appointments. The first appointment was with Ben he did a good job by numbing the area before drilling. The second appointment was with Cory, I received no numbing before he started drilling. Very very painful. After the 6th time hitting the nerves and after repeatedly telling him I was in much pain he could not care less and just kept drilling. I had to rip the dental dam out and walked right out, he said nothing because he knew. So if you get Cory I hope you can handle a root canal with no numbing.

Feel like he's purposely breaking pieces of old fillings and next time I go in ....he'll say you need new fillings. I had several done in few visits that I've been there. He'll push these clamps hard up against my gum areas. He maxed out my dental insurance. I had to cancel tomorrow appointments because I was told to pay out of my pocket outrageous amount. Then I got email from them today, that I owe for previous fillings. I'm supposed to have cleaning in September, but I'm not paying for that. They maxed out my insurance limit. I am done with this place. They are too rough on my teeth. Not happy there anymore. Already found another dentist. Made an appointment for that in October. But I have no dental coverage till next year. So I had to reschedule till next year, 2027. Sorry for this harsh negative review.... Joe
