In the offices during the visits, there are TVs the kids watch to distract them from the dental cleanings and procedures. The name of this game is distract, distract, distract. I remember waiting in both mild fear and anticipation of going into the dentist when I was a kiddo. I think that this will eliminate any future fear of going to the dentist. This might even improve your child's oral health! This place is highly recommended for children's dental care.

Afterwards, Dr. Chadbourn discussed in detail a plan for my dental care - unfortunately due to lack of maintenance there was a bit of work to be done. I appreciated having a plan laid out and expectations set. I have severe anxiety surrounding dental procedures done such as fillings. Both Dr. Chadbourn and her hygienist made me feel comfortable by exuding patience and compassion while they worked on my teeth. Then when brought back to the exam room they tell you your child needs fillings and that they just numb without nitro for a 9 year old. Then when calling twice to get records sent to another office, they say they will do it and go two months without doing it called the day before and they said it sent in the morning of the appointment at the new office still that did not happen. Then when you called the office because your child is having a cleaning, they give you a hard time about sending over x-rays that helps determine the child's treatment plan. They say they can't send them over because their office is closed. That's very patient centered just kidding not really patient centered at all. Then the person you talk goes insurance is not gonna pay for that second cleaning because it is one month sooner. So I guess the receptionist over there they are also health insurance Reps as well. From how the The receptionist stated that she knows my insurance more than I do and that supposedly she's an insurance rep and knows that I'll pay out-of-pocket at another dentist office. If you're thinking about bringing your child there, I would avoid it at all cost. I have brought my child there for nine years. Nothing but bad things have ever happened in that office. I would recommend any other office than this one. They care about the money.

Dentist visit made easy!…read more I despise having teeth work done. The noise, the pain, discomfort...not fun. So, making this appointment was a significant step as I hadn't been to the dentist in quite some time and last time I was living in a different state. I was initially told I'd have to make 2 separate appointments: one for xrays and evaluation, the next for the cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I was able to do all of this in one visit! Chelsea was my hygienist and she was amazing! Super gentle, explained everything she was doing during the xrays and evaluation and my teeth didn't hurt at all while she cleaned. I was so much more relaxed that I anticipated. Dr. Rose came in and evaluated quickly; I did have to come back for a few fillings...to be expected by me of course. Prices are fair I guess, as I do not have insurance. They do not accept payment plans however. I don't really mind this as I am more than pleased with my treatment and look forward to keeping up better with my dentistry by coming here.

The entire staff of Maple Way is so friendly and helpful, they truly go above and beyond to provide exceptional care. My hygienist does a very thorough job---and on the few occasions when I've had to see a different hygienist, and they have always been equally thorough. Dr. Rose is one of the kindest, warmest people you'll ever meet, and she is truly an exceptional dentist. In addition to standard dental care, she also does some cosmetic dentistry, and she did an incredible job creating crowns for my front teeth, resulting in a smile that I am often complimented on---prior to that, I was very self-conscious of my smile and always tried to keep my lips closed. I truly can't say enough about how happy we have been with this practice. We are now moving away out of state, and are so sad to leave Maple Way dentistry behind!
