Dr. Tina Kell is an amazing endodontist. When I was referred to her last year, I had a terrible…read moreinfection that had spread to my gums. It was looking pretty bad; there was a chance that I would lose that tooth. The decision for a root canal is always complicated; if you can save the tooth, it can be well worth the $1200 + the cost of a crown on top of that, if it turns out that you can't, it becomes a complete waste of money. Dr. Kell gave me the sense that she was extremely competent and knew what she was doing, so I bit the bullet and went for the root canal. She was able to save the tooth, and the entire process wasn't *too* painful (I only had to take a couple of ibuprofen once... about four hours after the procedure when my jaw became very sore). I am eternally grateful to Dr. Kell (as well as to Two Rivers Family Dentistry for the crown afterwards)!
