It was looking pretty bad; there was a chance that I would lose that tooth. The decision for a root canal is always complicated; if you can save the tooth, it can be well worth the $1200 + the cost of a crown on top of that, if it turns out that you can't, it becomes a complete waste of money. Dr. Kell gave me the sense that she was extremely competent and knew what she was doing, so I bit the bullet and went for the root canal. She was able to save the tooth, and the entire process wasn't *too* painful (I only had to take a couple of ibuprofen once... about four hours after the procedure when my jaw became very sore). I am eternally grateful to Dr. Kell (as well as to Two Rivers Family Dentistry for the crown afterwards)!

When she called to ask why they fired an existing client, they wouldn't discuss it with her, like adults might. Instead they referenced a letter they sent via the US Postal Service that announced the official severing of our relationship. So, yeah...fun people who wear costumes. Great. But they treat their customers poorly at best.
