We called Eric who was closing up after a long day and he offered to wait for us to drive over. He raised the car and determined it was the engine cover that was dragging. He removed it and advised us that we could drive without it but to get it repaired upon our return. I tried to pay him for staying late and helping us out but he would take no money. It's just the way he is. A class act. And I could tell a very successful person given the amount of business he was doing in there and, as I've read, his reputation in the community. And young. My daughter was pulled over by the sheriff while she had a debilitating headache so she couldn't drive, and the Sheriff called Felix for a tow. The charges for a 13 mile tow and 1.5 days of storage was $354.71. Storage is $55/day, and a day is a minute or 24 hours. When the calendar changes, they charge you $55. They charged my daughter $165 for 36 hours of storage! I would call this taking advantage of helpless people. It's unethical and ridiculous. I would avoid these people at all costs. They should be ashamed, but I'm sure they're not. Stay away from these larcenists--certainly don't call them for a tow unless you want to be extorted to get your car back.

They did offer to charge me $50.00 an hour to look at it AFTER telling me it had a catastrophic electrical failure. It felt like once the sale was complete, customer service no longer mattered. I understand that used cars can come with risks, but a vehicle failing almost immediately raises serious concerns about how it was inspected or represented before sale. I would strongly caution others to be very careful when considering buying a vehicle from this dealer. Make sure to get an independent inspection and understand exactly what you're getting into, because support after the purchase will not be there.

They also claimed that the $350 was a discounted rate because they had JUST fixed our car, but we called another shop who said they could fix the exact same issue, the leak detection pump in the evap system, for $150. so how is $350 from M&G a "discount"? They honestly should've fixed the leak detection pump for free, because they fixed the wrong thing the first time. The absolute most unprofessional thing they did though is throw a fit at us for telling them no thank you to having them fix our car again, because to be honest, we don't trust them to get it right. They told us "they don't hold cars" that they aren't going to fix, and made my boyfriend LEAVE WORK to pick up his car, when their business was already closed for the night anyway. As if having our car in their closed parking lot for a few hours is such an inconvenience for them. You know what's inconvenient? Having to bring your car back to a shop FOUR days after you guys just fixed it. Get over yourselves. Learn a thing or two about customer service before you go under.

The big issue is i'm 100% confident I was lied to about a pressure test being performed initially. Very disappointing. Once i realize I was still loosing coolant, I knew I had a leak. It took about 10 minutes of speaking to a mechanic in order to somehow get him to do the pressure test that should've been done. During that ten minutes, he told me a pressure test was never performed at all. Unfortunately, I didn't record the call in 2025 and I wasn't charged for the pressure test specifically, however I did request a pressure test before I brought the vehicle in and checked if it was included in the price of the flush. I know I did this because I do a lot of work on my own car, and would never put a band aid on a coolant issue. Overall, good communication, friendly, however not punctual. It makes me sad I have to write this review, And unfortunately, friendliness doesn't make up for a lie. Worries me greatly how other more severe issues on a vehicle might be handled.
