They charge significantly less for services than anywhere else I have seen. They have serviced my vehicle 3 times , as I have an older car with over 200K miles on it. Sure, I suppose it is probably time to get rid of it and move on, but the affordable prices offered here justifies my decision to keep old reliable on the road for at least a little while longer. On my most recent visit (water pump going out), Mark and his staff stayed late on a Friday to get my car done so I would have it for the weekend! I was shocked when I got the call that day around 7PM, as I was fully expecting to not get it back until Monday. This level of courtesy is rare in any business, but especially rare in automotive repair. I would not dream of entrusting my vehicle to anybody else at this point.

They don't feed me BS.

Through word of mouth I found out about a new place in town on Oregon Street. Well had to check them out due to a "third cylinder misfire code." He looked at it and stated that I needed a new part and just told him to go ahead with the repair. Within an hour I was back up. I got the bill and thought he had made a mistake as I had this repair done before and it cost me double. Then had him give me an estimate on front brakes with rotors and again shocked as he crushed this and was a good $90 below lowest estimate on that. I got to sit and chat a bit with Troy Bruley and found him to be a very down to earth person, open and honest person that is in the business to make both parties happy. That is what I love about small businesses and they take their customers very seriously. When the unfortunate happens auto wise, please give this guy a try and I believe you will be as pleased as I was and i will continue to bring my business back to him and share the word. Worst of all... they totally destroyed my timing belt cover. I brought it in there cause the shop is supposed to be able to service older foreign vehicles. They broke 4 bolts on the timing cover and broke off all the plastic bolt tabs that hold it on. When I asked them about the damage they said it was all there before I brought it in. I know FOR A FACT it was in one piece before they got their destroying hands on it. When I called the owner out on it.. first he said thats the way it was.. When I said he was lying he then told me it was an old car and stuff like that breaks... Well then why the heck didnt you tell me about it and replace it. instead they cobbled it together with a bunch of washers and rigged it to stay in place. The brand new thousand dollar timing belt is now completely exposed in two spots. They werent even going to tell me about this stuff and let me drive away. When I said I would have bought a new cover if they had told me...he got real snooty with me and said they dont have time to leave my car up on the stand waiting for parts. I came in 2 hours after they started the work and asked if they thought I needed any more parts.. The answer was no.. everything is fine. Mind you the timing cover was off already but he never showed it to me. I wonder why... hmmm...... And they had the car there 2 days. Now I have a car I STILL cant drive until I get a new cover or risk damaging the new belt. IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE.. YOU WILL NOT BRING IT HERE!!!!!
