RENTAL BEWARE!!! I…read morerented a cart a month before the Iola Old Car show. A day before using it I discovered the carts weren't allowed in the grounds. Why would I need a cart then! I went to Jim & asked for a refund. He said, NO REFUNDS & walked away. If you can find his mile long contract it says, NO REFUNDS! If you died before using the cart, NO REFUND! $132 for nothing. No photos, nothing to show. We are living in a different world!

Reached out to business on a Friday with cart inquiry. We were told it was in the Appleton…read morelocation. Soooo we drove over an hour to pull up on a dilapidated metal building with poor signage (we literally passed it twice because the sign was so small). Come to find out the building was locked! When I called, Justin answered the phone and told me they don't have carts at the Appleton location that we needed to drive to Green Bay!! I told him about the door being locked and he surprisingly said "oh, Mike is supposed to be there". At no point was there an effort to ask "sorry for the error and a wasted trip, is there anything I can help you with?"....nope instead he hung up on me because my husband, who was in the background said a swear word....SMH.... terrible way to do business and a complete waste of time for us to be driving over 3 hours round trip!
