One of the mechanics saw me drive in and met me at the car to see what I was coming in for. I explained and he told me to just wait there for a second and he came back with something to test the fuse, went back in got the right fuse and replaced it all within about 5 minutes. I asked how much I owed him for the fuse and he said "how about $2?" I gave him $5 and was on my way. I went there all prepared to do some reading while I waited and barely made It out of the car much less went inside the shop. I had never been to Main Tire and Auto before, but will not hesitate to go back for a larger problem.

First the transmission failed in the middle of a three lane hwy. Next found out that you will need to buy snow tires with your new Audi, the tires that come stock are a death trap in any sort of snow. Want to get half the milage as advertised Audi has you covered. Want to get windshield wipers that done work right yep that's included. Lastly want the cruse to fail, yep thats included also. Best part about the cruse failing on a car that's less then two years old is the fact that its not covered under warranty and Bergstrom Audi is ready to do nothing. One last thing they are great about doing is lying about the features of the car during the sale and telling the customer to go pound sand when questioned about it. People save your self the money and hassle go some where else where people care.

We drove up from Milwaukee to look at the car and test drive it. There were no high-pressure sales tactics and Paul (the owner) seemed very above board about everything. He didn't even take a copy of my driver's license before I drove it and he didn't accompany us on the test drive (which I liked as my husband could freely discuss the purchase outside of his earshot). I loved the car and was afraid to lose it, so he let me put a hold on it (for $100) until the next day when I came prepared with my bank check. From what we could see online, I believe the price we paid for the car was $500-$1000 less than anywhere else and they had thoroughly cleaned it and done some brake work on it. When I came back to buy it the next day, the owner's son noticed his dad had miscalculated the price by $16 and gave us $20 cash back to compensate. The tank was even full of gas when we picked it up and the car had been given an oil change. I've taken one long road trip with it so far and have had no issues. Side note: A man was at the dealership when we came to pick up the car who said he had bought several cars from Cruisin' and was highly satisfied. This made me feel even more confident about my vehicle purchase. Paul doesn't have hundreds of vehicles at his lot, but if you are car shopping on a budget he had some of the nicest vehicles that I saw on my search.

We had the car towed to the dealer where it was determined it needed a new battery, some recall issues repaired, and a cracked oil pan. First, I have to say that everyone was absolutely wonderful. Someone even helped patiently explain the car to my mom and I, which was really appreciated. I am disappointed, however, that within three weeks it appears the brakes need to be repaired. The invoice stated that "a guest states battery is (sic) died and please do full inspection on vehicle." I tried to email the service advisor who emailed me the receipt and received no response. I have left a voicemail with a manager and am hopeful for a return call. I originally gave this review a star rating of 3; because I was disappointed something went wrong so quickly. I have updated my review to 5 because I did receive a call back from Bergstrom and they are making me whole. I cannot say again how pleasant everyone has been to deal with and after this experience, I would recommend them.

These are the reasons I had continued to purchase from Jacobsen, and will continue to in the future. If the part is a little worn or dirty, they will let you know if its something that can wait until your next oil change. I've never felt pressured into "extra" service and when filters do need replacement, its been cheaper to have them do it on the spot rather than ordering online and trying to do it myself (I checked...lol)
