Clean, Nice & Friendly Staff. Take a Wheat Grass Shot, Order the Beleza Bowl and take a stroll around the lake. Love Love Love this place! My Absolute Go To spot when I'm in Oakland! read more

Awesome to go if you want a fresh smoothie. You can taste everything with no added sugar! The guys working there were really nice and accommodating to see if the drink was good. The only down thing here was that the service was a bit slow, but drink taste great! read more

I absolutely love this place. Everything is tastey and HEALTHY. The only downside is parking but that Lakeshore for ya. The wait time can be a tad bit annoying but other than that the Beleza bowl is the best! read more

Main Squeeze is literally my main squeeze for Acai Bowls! This place does it right all around. I've been to most Acai bowl spots in the East Bay, and there was never a spot where all the ingredients were up to par. Their bowls are made with the right touch of sweetness, the perfect combo of ripe fruit, and high quality granola!! Most places I've been to do not serve acai bowls with good quality granola. The prices are very fair also. Shout out to the owner also, he is one awesome guy who takes pride and joy in his business! read more

Main Squeeze - My sisters and I love this place! - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Oakland, California

This place is delicious! Everything I've tried has been good but my favorites are the Maca Mamba and the Beleza Bowl.

Great smoothie spot on Lakeshore. I really like the tropikale and the acai bowl. The smoothies always taste delicious. It seems like they might be short staffed, as it always takes longer than I would think necessary to make the smoothies. The staff is friendly for the most part, but we have encountered some that haven't been as welcoming as we would have hoped. read more

This place seems to be popular. Went on a quiet weekday to check it out. Only one person ahead of me. Employee was much more interested in leaving to look the previous customer's car than in helping the next customer....me. So....I left. read more

I usually don't like to bash companies. Specially small independent ones. But boy was this a hot mess this morning. I happened to be in the area, noticed they opened at 9am so I walked over. Someone didn't show up till 9:20. Clearly nobody cleaned the night before-it was so dirty! I still managed to place my order but once I reached over to pay and took a peek at kitchen I was disgusted. Took my bowl and tossed it in the trash. Very disappointing, specially as I see this business is small and self ran. I really had to question how sanitary and if they are following codes for food environment. Too bad. read more

These guys... Ive had the Cool Earth and Leafy Love juices, and the Carmen Miranda and Maca Mama smoothies. SO Good! Always nice and fresh tasting and never too sweet. My go-to spot for a healthy treat. Also. the guys that work there are foxy. read more

Dessert acai bowl that made all my East Coast dreams come true! Priced a little high at 10.00, but for the quality and deliciousness this is worth rounding up from 4.5 to 5.0 stars! A+ service with friendly and welcoming staff as well. Just of note, there is no in-store seating! read more

My favorite place to stop by in Oakland, or in the East Bay in general, for an acai bowl. I always get the Beleza bowl and am never disappointed. Super friendly staff, clean environment, great energy, and great food! read more

Hey guys, I think they have fake reviews! Today, I realized I had forgotten to freeze some bananas yesterday so I had no choice but to go out for an acai-bowl. After reading all the reviews I decided to go to Main Squeeze because of the location and (fake) good reviews. I had the oasis and also the dessert acai bowls. It tasted so bland. The worse acai-bowls I've ever had. How I wish I had gone to Earthbar in Berkeley instead. For the same price at Earthbar you get two times as much acai plus additional toppings, including blueberries and it tastes amazing. If you're thinking of going to Main Squeeze for an acai-bowl, don't do it. It's not worth it and you will regret it. read more

One of the best açaí places I've ever tried. Love the customer service as well. Highly recommend this spot! read more

Smoothies are good, but this place takes absolutely too long to make bowls/drinks, you'd think you were waiting for a fresh cooked meal. If there is a line, forget about it read more

I walked in at 6:49pm they refused to make me a juice stating they were closing in 5 minutes.

This place is a gem with delicious and healthy menu items. The have acai bowls, too, which are fantastic! The guys who own it are super friendly and everything is fresh. Check it out! read more

Main Squeeze - This place is phenomenal! I've been twice in the last week Delicious and healthy and the guys who run it are super nice! - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Oakland, California

So happy to finally have a place for acai bowls and delicious smoothies in Oakland. However, since I started visiting a year ago, it seems like the quality of their acai bowls as gone down. They used to taste really sweet and flavorful but recently everything tastes bland and watered down. Considering that they also raised their prices, it's a disappointment. read more

Two stars for the beleza bowl - watery, sparse toppings - much better options available. Minus 1 for the surly owners barking at their employees and frowning the whole time we're in there. Caras, if you don't want to be at your business then neither do we.... read more

Super friendly! Super fresh! Love that there's a healthy option in the neighborhood. We always make a stop before heading to the playground with the kids. read more

location: street parking available (though you should prepare for tight spots), and the store itself is pretty tiny. however, they're in a nice area by a park and the inside of it just SMELLS healthy, ya know? service: nice workers who will recommend whatever you want! orders come out pretty quickly (~5 min) even on a busy day food: I got the beleza bowl - which was a perfect mix of granola and acai. Even on a really hot day, it didn't melt as fast as I thought it would. Coming back here more often to get acai bowls!! read more

Delicious acai bowl and great customer service! Will definitely be back when we are in the area.

If I could give this 6 stars I would! The acai is so fresh and pure - they don't add sweeteners or other ingredients to their acai and it shows! The juices are great and there's a good amount of variety between the juices. Not a ton of variety in the bowls, but why mess with a good thing? Definitely a great place to get a healthy treat. read more

Delicious smoothies, I will miss this about Oakland. I regret not trying an Acai bowl.

Everyone is sooooo friendly here and the make great açaí bowls and smoothies. Love this place, only bummer is parking but it's usually not too bad! read more

Their acai bowl was disappointing in flavor and size for the $7 I paid. I've been looking for an acai bowl place in the Bay Area so I was excited when I discovered this place. read more

Such an awesome find. Went on Yelp looking for a juice bar which led me to Main Squeeze. Come to find out about the Acai bowls they serve and I am hooked! It's the perfect spot for kids and the healthiest alternative to ice cream! It's our new Sunday spot for sure. read more

This juice bar is in walking distance from my house, which is a big plus but even better is how chill and nice the staff is! I walked in, not too sure what I wanted and ended up going with the Beleza bowl. Incredibly tasty! Acai with granola, bananas, blueberries, strawberries and it was pretty filling, definitely moreso than I expected. I'm also hoping to try their smoothies another day but this is one of the few places I've seen acai bowls! read more

I love this place! I come here every other day since I live so close. The food is good and they even have Apple Pay which is a plus! I went in today and there was a new girl working there who I assume is in high school who greeted me with the most friendly smile, and for the short time that I talked to her she ended up putting a smile on my face I had to leave a tip! Amazing costumer service definitely stop by if you get the chance :) read more

Though everything looked amazing in terms of the decor, how nice and cool it was inside and how nice the staff was, I have to say I was not impressed with the "Oasis Bowl" I ate. First off, the acai was blended like a smoothie, not scooped. I was really excited to try this place because I usually get acai when I'm in Bakersfield. Acai out there is like a thicker sorbet, it's amazing. Why Bakersfield of all places has amazing acai, I have no idea. When the drink of choice is fireball and 805 ANYWHERE you go in Bakersfield, it's almost a miracle that something like acai is that good there. Anyways, I will say that the toppings were fresh, cool location, friendly staff but I probably wouldn't order acai here. read more

Acai is my weakness! Finally there's a place in Oakland to satisfy my craving. Super clean, super fresh. Oh yes! Yummy juices and smoothies to boot. All organic. Your mouth and body will thank you. read more

This place has great stuff to eat and drink, and friendly service, but it takes 'much' too long for them to prepare your order, and get it to you, which is why I pass on this place all of the time; even though it's close to home and a nice walk up and down Lakeshore. If there are a couple of people in line, expect a 20+ minute wait. They def need to have another person helping prepare prefers. At least 3.. not 1 or 2 front employees at all times. read more

Worst experience ever! I've been to this location many times but today was by far the worst! I was the only patron at the time. I walk to the counter and there were three people working. The guy closet to the counter never made eye contact with me nor made the simple statement " I'll be right with you". It was not until the young lady furthest from the counter said. "Cold you take his order?" I asked the young man twice if he was ready to take my order. Both times he said that he was. I ordered and paid for my drinks. I stepped outside to finish up a call and, in a few minutes, they called me up because my order was ready. I thought that was pretty quick for what I ordered. I looked at it a said, "This is not what I ordered. I pointed to what I ordered on the shelf. He gave me the look as if I was wrong in what I ordered. I mentioned again as I pointed to the glass bottles on the shelf and a hand jester signifying large. They proceeded to remake the order and the second order. I stepped outside again. When the order was completed, the 2nd young man placed it on the counter and walked away. He never wiped the bottle off. There was Main Squeeze all over the bottle and counter. I thought to myself, what kind of service is this and what is this company hiring people which such a lack of professionalism? So Instead of demanding a refund and having to wait for a credit to my account, I used the 20 or so napkins to clean the bottle of my second purchase and left them on the counter as a reminder that maybe they should do their job just a little better. They chose to work there. Main Squeeze will get no more of my money. I will share my experience with my friends that I have turned on to that place. I'm sure they will take their money elsewhere too. read more

Although small in space but huge with personality. They've got a good system going. What is that I speak of? It's called Love. The way the folks there treat people is what brings me back. No matter how busy or preoccupied..never once did I ever received a negative vibe or bad customer service if you will. Maybe cliche, but I truly believe in personable, wholesome, genuinely good people that open their business to share what gifted talent they were blessed with. I truly believe, when one make work more about fun, play, and passion and to do it with pure Love and honesty, compensation follows right behind. Remember, no humans believe that David was able to beat Goliath, who was a giant compared to a tiny stature David. But he had something no human strength or might could defeat, and that is, 'he put full trust in God, who later seen the Love, commitment and devotion David had for Him and was able to take down big G'. Moral of this story, even after being anointed king, David went back to his day job like nothing happened, same with small businesses, as the business grow, if one stay grounded, humble, Faithful and true to their roots, the tree that they plant will always bear fruits. read more

I usually eat an acai bowl for breakfast every morning, but my favorite spot is closed because of the coronavirus. I ordered two acai bowls this morning, but the fruit and granola did not taste fresh at all. The bananas were to soft and the strawberries were not good either. I'll be glad when my spot open up again, so I can get fresh food. read more

Love this place! So cute and has awesome selections of natural and organic juices! I would recommend this place highly!

This one star review is solely based on the the acai bowls. Everything else I haven't tried or I came here twice for acai bowls hoping the second time would be better than the first...it wasn't. The first time I came here, the acai bowl was watered down a bit, BUT the second time was even worse. No sweetness at all, but it tasted like frozen spoiled lemon juice because it was really tangy and not the good kind. Would never come back here for the acai bowls. Heard their smoothies were good tho. read more
