Had a birthday party here, definitely a fun place for the kids, lots of things to do BUT they really need to improve the food quality. I ordered a few orders of wings, I ordered the Slider and more platter $45.99 a salad that was on a 9 inch plate that was $15.99!! Here is where I have a problem, The salad was wilted and had brown lettuce on the verge of starting to rot! Come on Main event- you charge a premium at least serve fresh greens, the Celery with the wings was also brown, why would they serve that!! The service was great, the girls were extremely attentive, I would consider going back but will stay away from Anything that comes with vegetables. The ambience is excellent, bathrooms needed some attention, their hand sanitizer dispensers all empty- in my opinion that extremely important in a place like this. read more

First time here 3/16 for a birthday. Great deals on games & activities. 12.99 unlimited plays on Monday night. Service completely sucked we waited forever just to order & get bill. Food super mediocre, I'd suggest to eat before you go. Nice selection of alcoholic drinks. Restrooms were a disaster, no toilet liner nor toilet paper in many of the stalls. We didn't get to bowl or play lazr tag but we did play pool. Cool place to hang out with friends & family. They really need more staff members. read more

My girlfriend got the hot honey pepperoni pizza, but with the hot honey on the side, they messed up the order, had to get a new one. I give the pizza 6.5/10. I got a chargrilled chicken club sandwich, extra pickles (only got 1 pickle, one really..) like 10-14 pieces of fries, they are super stingy about their food quality & quantity and it's not good for restaurant or business either. I give the chicken sandwich like a 4/10. They need to step it up. I had to ask a food runner if I could get more fries. He did. On the alcohol side, if you're dining in and sitting on the outside tables beside the bar, 1 drink per patron, no more than that! I'm like, "what kind of rule is that?" The server said if you want to order more drinks, you got to sit by the bar area only. I came here for my gf's little cousin's 6th bday party. I'm not sure if management is bad or not enough workers, but they need to allow more than 1 alcoholic beverage and more fries for each entree order. Nobody, I mean nobody is gonna get full from eating like 13-14 pieces of fries, unless you're like a senior citizen. I wouldn't recommend the food part of this chain. So happy!!! We had our son's 8th birthday party here and would definitely recommend it!!! To the hostess that greeted us at the front (Gabrielle, I believe...she does it all). She was so helpful, leading us to the event center (with a warm smile); To the event planner who spoke in "code" (so that we kept it a surprise for him), spelling every word over the phone to not let on that this party was for him; To the party hostess Alma!!! There were dirty tables and booths when I walked in, the place didn't feel clean. Food portions aren't worth the money. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, no lettuce, no tomato, and no pickle, I got a piece of chicken on a bun, that's it, no sauce, no spices, at least at McDonald's I get mayo. Fries came with order, tasted dry and overcooked, I get more fries in a small fry at McDonald's. Server was nice, tried to be relatable and professional, but took 15 minutes to bring the drinks after he started getting dishes and silverware for a customer that came in after me. Compared to John's incredible pizza. I was hoping for better staff and food quality for paying 145.00 for one hour of bowling, 2 snacks and 3 drinks with no refills and 2 shakes. I wouldn't recommend this place for kiddos or adults on the ASD spectrum. I also recommend gender neutral guest only because the employees seemed offended when I called my female born daughter who now wants to be referred to as Nash. After that our waitress was hard to get a hold of and the other employees kept redirecting us when we asked for help. We saw 10 employees standing talking to each other. When we asked for help or napkins they said "we will tell your waiter". Even though different employees brought our food and drinks, non gave us napkins or asked if we needed anything else. Andrea did come back said she sorry and was busy. Luckily I had some wipes in my purse. The restroom is clean and has TP to use as napkins. The bumpers and bowling ball guide rail on the bowling lane were a good touch for our group. When I asked for the paper receipt Andrea said she had to get it. She never came back. My ASD kids were getting agitated so I left after a while. I called the Main Event and after the third call from Ray I got my receipt via email. It could have gone worse. Just be conservative and give a big tip preferably in cash. This place is good for straight neurotypical teens, & young adults of drinking ages. Went tonight to take the kids to play some video games, bowl, and give mom a nice break to relax at home. The arcade was great, plenty of games for all ages, varying prices, and just a lot of fun. My kids and I had a blast, the game card we got lasted awhile (little over 2 hours) and I'm pretty sure we experienced everything we wanted to, a few of the VR games we did not do but only because we were running short on time and needed to eat dinner. The food. My kids loved the food and I thought my chicken sandwich was fairly good, good crisp and flavor or sandwich and my kids loved their burger and chicken tenders. My only complaint was I wish the fries had been hotter but other than that everything was good. Service was quick, efficient, and the server was very friendly, actually everyone there was super friendly asking if we needed anything throughout our dinner. We did not get to bowl as it got pretty busy by the time we got there to the arcade (430pm), we just did not book anything. We could have bowled around 8pm but the kids needed to get to bed. The liked the general vide of Main Event compared to Big Al's, to me it just seemed and felt more family friendly. Overall great trip and recommend Main Event. read more

We celebrated my son's 13th birthday with the Teen All Access birthday package. We went on a Wednesday and stayed for about three hours. Since it wasn't busy, the kids didn't have to wait for bowling lanes or laser tag, which was a big plus. The package included burger sliders, chicken nuggets, french fries, and churros. The food seemed frozen and just warmed up, and the kids barely touched any of it. We added pizza to our order, which was decent for the kids to eat. The biggest issue was the one-hour limit for bowling and food. That hour had to cover bowling, eating, and cake time, which felt rushed. I'm not sure why we had to move since it wasn't crowded, and though we relocated to the dining area, it was inconvenient to hurry the kids while they were having fun. On the positive side, the kids were allowed to sign up for bowling again afterward with no time limit, which didn't make much sense considering we had a one-hour time limit at the beginning, but at least they could play longer. I understand the staff was following policy, but management should consider extending the bowling-and-food portion to at least 90 minutes. I took off two stars due to the food quality and the limited time for bowling and eating at the start of the party. Overall, it's a nice place for a kids' birthday party. Let's go from the good to the bad. The Good, The Arcade is great. Good selection of updated games as oppose to the normal rundown selection else where. The 3d Godzilla was great for my son and I even enjoyed it. Wish there was disinfectant wipes for eye goggles but ‍... Bowling. The electric bumpers for my small child only during his turn...amazing. The game on big screens playing as we bowled also pretty cool. I visited Main Event tonight with my four children to have dinner, bowl, and play games. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. We were seated and waited almost 35 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Eventually, someone came by, apologized for the delay, said our server would be with us shortly, and asked if they could get us started on anything. At that point, I ordered mozzarella sticks and two drinks for my kids. We went bowling, played games, and even took the kids to the restroom. When we returned to our table, there was a tap-to-pay device placed on the table, yet we still had not received our food -- nor had our actual server ever come to greet us. By this point, over an hour had passed. I noticed someone who appeared to be a manager and asked if she was one. Her response was, "I'm one of them," which was confusing and unhelpful. She did not attempt to resolve the issue and instead went to get another manager. I had already paid online for bowling and fun cards, so I stayed only because I didn't want to disappoint my kids. At that point, a manager offered food and brought out two orders of fries and mozzarella sticks in an attempt to fix the situation. While I appreciate the gesture, it did not come close to compensating for the lack of service and the time we had wasted. To make matters worse, our server finally came over -- with an attitude. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the delay, and zero remorse for the poor service we experienced. This was one of the worst dining and service experiences I've had, especially with children involved. I would never recommend this location to anyone I know. read more

Nathan at the front wonderful. We were very confused on how to get into the restaurant because the sign says to wait for the host, the host never came. So we walked back up front and asked Nathan. He told us just to walk in and sit down. So we did. Didn't get noticed until we asked a server if we could put food in. Which was after like 10+ minutes of sitting there. The waitress that we asked said "What do you want" with an attitude, we ordered and she asked what we wanted to drink we said waters and then just walked away and didn't say anything. She then came back 8 minutes later with waters. And two dirty plates. 28 mins after ordering a table sat 15 minutes after us got their food before us. We got our food after 30 minutes I had just ordered the fried pickles, and my partner orders a flat bread. The table next to us had ordered 4 burgers of which they received before us. We spoke to the manager he said they were understaffed. But I work in a restaurant no matter if they're understaffed or not it was not busy in here and I would never walk up to a table and ask "what do you want". read more
