I messaged twice and never received a response. They may very well do good work based on their other reviews, but from a potential customer standpoint, the communication was disappointing. If a business asks customers to reach out a certain way, I think it is reasonable to expect some kind of reply, even if they are booked or unavailable. Based only on the lack of response during the inquiry process, this was not a great first impression.

The previous cleaners hired by my former tenants left the studio unit with greasy cabinets and countertops, food spills, trash, and accumulated dust, cobwebs, and soil that needed to be addressed to bring the unit to a reasonable move-out condition. So very thankful the Clean Sweep team was able to help me on short notice and take care of these remaining issues.

She sent me an invoice via email to pay $100 deposit. On day of cleaning, Dennis texted me that his team of brother of sister were here. Male employee who was originally from Panama did a good job of cleaning 1 bathroom, cleaning windows and vacuuming for bedroom and living room. He called Dennis to let him know that 2nd bathroom with walk in shower was super dirty. Dennis texted me that I will be charged a little more for deep cleaning. Female employee did a great job on cleaning walk in shower Both of employees went over 2 hours by 30 minutes to finish. My amended invoice was $340.41 with tax.

Since I live in the mainland, I relied on Yelp to find a cleaning crew that I could trust. After communicating with a number of them, I decided on MP Services since not only that they had competitive rates and great customer reviews, Meliza the owner had been very responsive throughout. The house is now squeaky clean, and the old windows and jalousies are clean like new (!), as you can tell from the photos. They even cleaned the exterior carport area without charging me for it. Even more, my wife just went back to Hawaii with my MIL, and she was shocked and pleasantly surprised that those jalousies could be cleaned so nicely despite the cakes of dirt that she saw growing up in that house. :-). I highly recommend MP Services and we are hiring them for the regular cleaning now.

I had used…read morethis company previously through my husband and had a very different experience, which is why I felt comfortable booking them again. Before she began, I told her that I needed to be in a different appointment by 2:00 p.m. She told me she would call me approximately 30 minutes before she was finished so that I could return for the final inspection. I was proactive and arrived at 1:20 p.m. so I would have enough time to meet her, inspect the apartment. I reminded her that I needed to be somewhere and she reassured me she would be done. I asked if I could come back after my appointment to do the inspection because it would still have been within the 5 hours they set. When I arrived, however, her car was not there and she was no longer at the property. The timing and communication throughout the entire appointment were extremely confusing. I was then rushed through the final inspection, and I immediately noticed several areas that needed to be addressed. Because I was already running late for my next appointment, I unfortunately did not have enough time to thoroughly inspect the entire apartment. Later that afternoon, I returned to the apartment to double-check the cleaning more thoroughly. I found multiple areas that had been missed, as well as dirty/oily substances throughout some areas that appeared to be residue from the cleaning products or supplies that had been used. When I called to explain my concerns, I was disappointed by the attitude I received from the receptionist. Rather than taking the concerns seriously, I was essentially told that it was my fault because I had "okayed" the inspection. I found this response extremely unprofessional, particularly given the amount of miscommunication surrounding the scheduling, arrival time, completion of the job, and final inspection. Throughout this experience, there were multiple instances of poor communication and a lack of professionalism. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I believe how a company handles those mistakes is just as important as the quality of the service itself. I was told that the receptionist would contact the manager and owner. At that point, I expected that either the manager or owner would personally follow up to address the miscommunication and concerns with the cleaning. Unfortunately, I was never contacted by anyone in management and was not offered any support or resolution from the higher-ups. It is especially disappointing because I had used this company before and had a completely different experience. Based on this recent experience, I would no longer recommend this company. The combination of poor communication, rushed service, missed areas, and the unprofessional way my concerns were handled left a very negative impression.
