My hope is that communication is improved with more detail in what services can be provided and at what level. Windows: did not bring equipment could not reach the bathroom windows, kitchen windows were not cleaned, screens put back incorrectly so they fell off, dirty rags left throughout unit after exit. I do not have a picture because this was not checked until later. *Bruno also requested he charge an additional $75 after the fact because the windows were "high" & he could not reach them. 2 bathroom windows are about 10feet high - above the shower. There are 4 jealousies and a small screen. He did not state any of this beforehand or in the quote. Carpets: he showed up with a rented Rug Doctor carpet machine no vacuum, and then stated he didn't think he could get the stains out of the carpet. We opted to go with someone else who is a professional carpet cleaner and just had Bruno clean the windows. I did not go with the lowest quote - these prices are on track with what everyone else is charging. If you need regular maintenance clean - or your home straightened up and wiped down - this is probably a good way to go. If you need or require a higher level of clean - go somewhere else. Let me be VERY clear - this was not a hoarding situation or even the worst type of clean. It was an empty unit everything else was done. Simple. Bruno you're a nice guy - I wish you well. Before she began, I told her that I needed to be in a different appointment by 2:00 p.m. She told me she would call me approximately 30 minutes before she was finished so that I could return for the final inspection. I asked if I could come back after my appointment to do the inspection because it would still have been within the 5 hours they set. When I arrived, however, her car was not there and she was no longer at the property. The timing and communication throughout the entire appointment were extremely confusing. I was then rushed through the final inspection, and I immediately noticed several areas that needed to be addressed. Because I was already running late for my next appointment, I unfortunately did not have enough time to thoroughly inspect the entire apartment. Later that afternoon, I returned to the apartment to double-check the cleaning more thoroughly. I found multiple areas that had been missed, as well as dirty/oily substances throughout some areas that appeared to be residue from the cleaning products or supplies that had been used. When I called to explain my concerns, I was disappointed by the attitude I received from the receptionist. Rather than taking the concerns seriously, I was essentially told that it was my fault because I had "okayed" the inspection. I found this response extremely unprofessional, particularly given the amount of miscommunication surrounding the scheduling, arrival time, completion of the job, and final inspection. Throughout this experience, there were multiple instances of poor communication and a lack of professionalism. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I believe how a company handles those mistakes is just as important as the quality of the service itself. I was told that the receptionist would contact the manager and owner. At that point, I expected that either the manager or owner would personally follow up to address the miscommunication and concerns with the cleaning. Unfortunately, I was never contacted by anyone in management and was not offered any support or resolution from the higher-ups. It is especially disappointing because I had used this company before and had a completely different experience. Based on this recent experience, I would no longer recommend this company. The combination of poor communication, rushed service, missed areas, and the unprofessional way my concerns were handled left a very negative impression.
