Requested a photo of the sofa be emailed, which I did, and had a very reasonable quote and pick up scheduled in no time. On the day of the pick up, we were called about 20 minutes out, and earlier than our pick up window, which was really nice. The two gentlemen who took care of the pick up (I wished I had their names) were excellent and really nice. Carefully removed the sofa from the house to truck and all was said and done in about 10 minutes. Absolutely recommend this excellent company and will be working with them again throughout this year.

This company has significant issues with internal communication. Last week, I spoke with a company…read morerepresentative to schedule an appointment for service. After explaining that my house is on the market and real estate viewings were scheduled to begin in the morning, I specifically requested an early appointment at 8:30 AM within the 8:00-11:00 AM service window. The representative assured me that my request had been accommodated and that the appointment had been scheduled accordingly. However, when I called on the morning of the appointment to confirm, I was met with a frustrating experience. A technician answered the phone and stated that he had no knowledge of who had committed to the specific timing of the appointment. He added that he would come over whenever he was available within the designated service window. The technician's tone was dismissive, indifferent, and unprofessional. Due to this poor communication and lack of customer service, I canceled the appointment and scheduled the service with a different company. It is strongly recommended that the company invest in training its staff on effective communication and customer service skills to avoid situations like this in the future.

We had another company come…read moreassess our problem and they took several days to get back with us so my husband did a quick search for great reviews and Drying Tech stood out. Nic came to our house the same day the call was made. What we discovered as a small leak in our basement, turned out uncovering a bigger problem which involved mold under our new flooring. The team led by James Buck, were friendly, informative and patient throughout the entire experience. The level of detail put into the removal of the mold was very thorough. Not only visually did we see the level of quality we were getting but also the part we couldn't see, our health concerns which were also addressed. We would highly recommend Drying Tech. James, Ozzy, Mark and Danial were so great to work with. They were all kind, efficient, punctual and their work ethic went above all expectations. Where we hope to never have to deal with water damage ever again, it's nice to know we can count on Drying Tech to take care of it.

The guy shows up, looks at 1 vent in the entryway of our house, did NOT even open it, and said it would be $850 for the house! The dryer vent is $105 more! What?!?!?!? He said hooking up the small machine for $85 will not remove anything and it was a useless service. Why offer it??? I was mad and said no thank you. He said he would have to then charge me a $45 "service fee" for coming out and doing nothing! He knew I was mad. I did not say anything. He finally said, never mind, I'm just going to go now. Yeah, good idea.

Sunbelt rentals in Lorton (Newington) VA is located on Kincannon Place at the top of Hill Park Dr…read more off of Cinderbed Rd. They have 2 yards. The one to the left is for "small" equipment and accessories. Some of the small equipment is really not so small. It includes most lawn and garden equipment and basically anything that one can haul in a pickup, van, or SUV. The other yard to the right at the culdesac is for large equipment and propane tanks and refills. I have rented lots of stuff over the years. They have a extensive collection of items that one would probably not purchase for limited use that a home owner would have for a dethatcher, a leave pipe threader, a 9" angle grinder or a sod cutter. They also have woodchoppers that I keep promising to rent to clear out an old wood pile some day. You get the picture. The large yard is basically heavy industry equipment that Sunbelt brings to a job site. Temporary lighting, manlifts, skid steer/bobcat setup with all manor of blades, buckets, shovels and other accessories. If 6ou have seen the Kelly green equipment rolling down the road or at a job site, you have seen Sunbelt equipment. The staff are helpful and seem to enjoy what they do. They offer good instructions on how to operate any equipment to rent. They want to make sure that you can use what you rent safely. Depending on what it is and when you need it, they are sometimes able to obtain equipment from their other locations of they don't have want you need. Check out is typically fast and easy and check in the same. Just bring back what you rented in working order and cleaned. Renters are responsible for cutting blades and other accessories that are consumables. Sunbelt offer a 10% military and veteran discount so be sure to ask for yours, if eligible. The Lorton location is convenient and the staff are great. Check them out for your rental needs.

Absolute Tree was one of the quickest to respond and also with the fairest quote. They also came highly recommended from my neighbor, so I decided to go with them. The whole process was smooth. Ashley, the owner, was quick to respond and clear in his communication. Abraham, the team leader/climber ultimately responsible for the job was friendly, genuine, 100% professional, and went beyond the call of duty. The team was hyper aware of their surroundings (my backyard) - taking care to not damage anything. While not required, I chose to be home and observe the work. From start to finish the job was completed in a very professional and organized manner. Clearly not their first rodeo. If I ever needed more tree work done I'd go back to them in a heart beat. And, if anyone reading this needs tree work done, I highly recommend them. p.s. If you want to see the work they did check out the YouTube video titled "90 Foot Chestnut Oak Takedown Timelapse". That's them!
