Because there is no place like home, there is no place like Crystal Interior Upholstery! I have used Crystal for the past +15 years for all of my decor projects--upholstery, slip covers, draperies and pillows. My house would not be a home and as lovely without Crystal! The quality of their work, attention to detail and reasonable pricing makes the drive from Silver Spring, Maryland, half way around the beltway, worth it. It's a small, family business that provides the most caring and attentive service. Anna is great at collaborating and ensuring the final product is as envisioned. She is very helpful, knowledgeable and in my case, patient! read more

I got two IKEA chairs and two pillows reupholstered. The service, the craftsmanship and the quick turnaround were the best!

I recently had a favorite 24yr-old comfy reading chair reupholstered and the back cushions from a sofa "dacron-wrapped" (the stuffing inside) to restore their shape. Anna and her team did an incredible job! The quality of their work is amazing and exactly what I wanted, the price was reasonable, and Anna is very easy (and flexible) to work with. This was my first time having furniture re-upholstered but I would absolutely use Crystal Upholstery again! read more

I had a great experience with Crystal Interior Upholstery. The quality of their work is amazing. I can't even tell my chair has seat covers on it. Turn around time was in 3 weeks. I purchased the fabric myself and bought the cushions to them, to create the custom covers. All for a great price. I will definitely use them for future projects! read more

Really thrilled with my chair! Anna was great to communicate with. I sent her pictures of the chair (with measurements) I wanted redone and she provided the information for me to purchase my fabric and what the estimate would be to redo the chair. Once I had the fabric, I coordinated with her to drop off the chair. She said it would take about a month. Almost to the day - it was ready! Note they don't take credit cards but accept cash, check, venmo, money orders. We scheduled a time for pick up and the chair looks fabulous! Thank you, Crystal Interior Upholstery! read more

I enjoyed having service in this company - I've requested couple of estimates for new covers for my cushions, and Crystal offered the best price and timing. They've provided the total cost including the fabric (they estimated fabric need just by photo), which was convenient. The job was done really fast, Anna was nice and professional, overall I'm happy with the way my cushions look now. Would use this company again. read more

Crystal Upholstery is the best! The workmanship is excellent, the pick up and delivery was punctual and professional, and Anna is terrific. For us, the fact that the furniture was ready when promised was very important. Highly recommended! read more

Another 5-star review for Anna and her crew. Took and old chair and bench to Anna and again requested no tufts! The upholstery was in bad shape having spent a few years in a storage unit, then in a relatives unfinished basement who had several cats. They look great now, just like my sofa she did a year ago! Thanks Anna, you all are the best! read more

I have had 2 chairs reupholstered and two throw pillows made at this establishment. Great quality work for a very reasonable price. Both times the chairs were done within the week. I have an ottoman that will end up there too at something point. I strongly recommend this nice little family run business. read more

They did an amazing job on multiple projects for us including reupholstering 2 wing chairs, making an amazing slip cover for a sofa, and even 3 custom Roman shades for our bathroom. This is the BEST place!! read more

I wasn't sure it would be cost effective to reupholster rather than buy new, but wow, I'm so glad I chose Crustal to reupholster! Anna helped me find the fabric and the craftsmanship was amazing. I am so pleased and would definitely use them again. read more

Anna was absolutely amazing. She gave me a reasonable estimate for recovering 10 dining room chairs--just by the photos I sent her. I picked the leather and the ten chairs were picked up at reasonable cost. Within 4 days they were done--and they look gorgeous. Leather is tricky because cows sometimes chew at their hides and get poked by barbed wire, but Anna avoided all flaws. The chairs were delivered during a wind event that took out our power--and many others'--and I was so grateful to depend on at least one thing in my life! I highly recommend Anna and her team for any reupholstery. read more

We just had Crystal Interiors & Upholstery in Burke, VA reupholster one of our most cherished heirlooms, an "Eastlake" parlor chair that has been in the family since 1879, and they did a terrific job. The upholstery is beautiful and they clearly treated the chair very delicately out of respect for its age (141 years old) and special meaning for the family. They replaced the webbing in the seat and made a new seat cushion which was needed, but they were able to keep the original horsehair padding in the back which kept the chair as original as possible. Then they covered the seat and back (both sides) with new upholstery and added a double piping trim. It looks wonderful and their price was very reasonable and they had it done in just 2 weeks. We just could not be happier with the job they did, just as we were with the wonderful job they did for us about 2 years ago reupholstering two wing back chairs. We highly recommend them - they do excellent quality work at reasonable prices and Anna who manages the office is a real pleasure to work with. read more

I wish I hadn't waited so long to do my project now! She ordered the fabric, it came in a few days, I dropped off the couch cushions, and they were done in a few hours?!? Clearly I hit her at the perfect time. I am thrilled and looks like I have a completely new couch! read more

Amazing. This shop was the only place to return my calls and emails. Always prompt to reply and fast. I got a quote from Calico corners to recover an ottoman and make 3 pillows for $990 labor!!! Crystal was a third of the cost and did The work in about a week. I can't rave enough a bought this place. Highly recommend. And my stuff looks perfect!! Friendly and affordable. Call this place to get it done right and not ripped off!!! Thanks guys for a job well done. I'll be back read more

I had to reupholster two chairs. They did a wonderful job and my chairs look new and beautiful. Anna was very helpful and gave good advice and an excellent price. Great service and I highly recommend them. read more

Great value. Anna, the owner, was so responsive on email and communicated how many yards of fabric I would need based on a picture I sent her (saving me a trip for an estimate). I bought the fabric and took my chair to them and it was done quickly and beautifully in less than 2 weeks. Not to mention they only charged me $350 - by far the lowest quote I received for really beautiful work. Kim, who works in the shop, even helped me load my crazy kids into my car after I dropped the chair. It's those extra little things that will keep you loyal to a business. read more

Great, hard working and friendly. I highly recommend them for any upholstery work. The quality of work done by them is amazing and you can see it in their shop. Amazing group, get some work done today. read more

As an Interior Designer, I have been working with Crystal Interiors for over 25 years. By far, they are the best reupholsters in the Northern Virginia area. From repairing underneath the upholstering to cording a perfect edge seat cushion, their attention to detail is exceptional. Whether you want a fully reupholstered sofa or a simple dining chair, they pay attention to how the fabric patterns match up, and their finish work is impeccable. The cording around intricate legs and chairs are always consistent. Crystal Interiors can take an old worn out chair and make it look like new again. I have been using them not only for my clients but for all of my home projects. Here are some samples of their work. read more

I visited several area upholstery stores before choosing Crystal. Their prices were significantly lower. They gave me a discount on the advertised fabric prices, which other places did not. They took time to help me find the right fabric and treated me as a friend. Once I choose my fabric, it was there within 2 days and the work was done within a week. I am so happy with their work, their price, and their helpfulness. read more
