Anna Tran did my full set about 5 days ago and it is head and shoulders above anything I've had in the past. I can't feel the lashes, none have fallen out yet and they don't have thick gluey parts, which I've been prone to picking at when my lashes were done at other studios. Update-- as mentioned in my original review, I returned for a second try at brow lamination and I'm happy to share that I had a much better experience. The brow tech was thoughtful and professional with her work; she confirmed that my last experience was out of the ordinary with respect to the order of treatment (waxing and plucking prior to the lamination). The end result was exactly as expected, and I'll be returning to her in the future. I'm updating my review to five stars because of the positive experience and results, as well the customer service and response to my concerns after my initial appointment. read more

I tried so many lash studios before I finally found Mailash. This is the only place that I go to now to get my lashes. Mai is great. She is very skillful and always does a great job. When I first went there, they had to completely redo my lashes because the past lash studios messed them up. I had major shedding the next day. Mai immediately responded and fixed my lashes the next day. Now that's great customer service especially knowing Mai is always completely booked. I had some other technicians as well and they were all good too but I stick to Mai if possible. read more

This was my second time getting a lash lift at this salon, however this time I booked the artist by availability without prior research. Despite having a great first experience here, sadly this lift did not turn out how I expected and I am not thrilled with the results. Even though I have had numerous successful lash lifts in the past (including my previous one here) this one ended up quite un-even with a lot of angled lashes with varying degrees of curling (especially on my right eye), and even some dye staining around my eyebrow. I have not changed my skin care/ eye care routine since the last time I have had this procedure done so I am not sure why the results are so different from what is typical for me. I do however want to share that I do not have anything against the artist who performed the lift; she was very kind and continuously checked in on how I was feeling throughout the procedure and I believe that she did her best. Although, unfortunately I do not plan on returning and will be booking an appointment elsewhere to hopefully fix up my lashes. read more

IF YOU ARE NEW... Ok, I've never got my lashes done before. I needed the handle holding- for sure! Here's what I learned: - Full set vs getting a lash lift are literally almost the same price - Lash extensions requires more routine keep-up - Lash lift includes tint in the product it's not separate or in addition to. I ended up doing a lash lift to ease my way into the lash game. It took about an hour or a little less. I didn't anticipate how long it would take sitting underneath a lamp. I got hot! lol It was also end of summer is Scottsdale. I would of loved a fan. This place gets busy but they are great at working you in. Year 2 touch-up and service was great. The studio has expanded and is clean and lovely. As I sat in the waiting room I saw before and after of tattoo eyeliner. Upon asking Mai about it, as it applies to a person of color, she was very honest and advised against due to the melanin that f my skin and the ink (which would lighten fairly quickly ). Honesty appreciated, which shows they are not looking to upsell but truly value the work and its results. Will be next year for my yearly touchup. read more

I highly recommend Mailash. brows. I had ombré eyebrows done about a year ago and am happy that my brows still look really nice. Mai did an excellent job shaping my mismatched brows, and the powder looks so natural. I sometimes add a little eyebrow pencil, but it's not necessary. So disappointing. Came here for the great reviews. I ended up with a mess--my lashes look like thick wires pointing out of my eyes and nothing like delicate, beautiful lashes. A "full set" took less than an hour and most of my lashes don't have anything applied to them--its just thick clusters of lashes applied to some lashes for a pointy, completely unnatural look.
