This will sound severe, yet it's true. When the box was sent to me that included a limited edition Steamdeck which was more than $700 along with its charger and case, it was never found in the box when received. A staff helped pack the box who got a look at the items in it, which then seems to have stolen it behind the scenes before shipping it out. At this point, I wouldn't put it past the manager as well, as she was trying her best to sweep the situation under the rug by spewing store policies and being completely unhelpful. Be careful of the staff members in this location, including the manager. If you're going to pack a box with an expensive device, or any item for that matter, just seal it yourself so the thief/thieves won't get an idea what's in it.

When I walked in, there were no other customers, yet I wasn't greeted.. which I mean is fine, not a big deal. I had a simple package drop-off that just needed to be scanned. Typically, I prefer staff to assist with scanning and printing a receipt just in case I mess something up on my end. However, despite the store being empty, the staff member looked at me and asked if I could do them a favor and scan the package myself and pointed at the self drop off. Unfortunately, that didn't sit well with me. I don't mind doing it myself, and thankfully, it wasn't difficult, but I didn't come in just to be automatically dismissed, and not really receive much assistance at all. When I left, there was no friendly good bye or anything as well. I left with a bad taste in my mouth, and unfortunately, I will not be back. FedEx, I think you can do better.

One of my favorite reasons to visit this store is the amazing inventory of gifts, greeting cards, sweets, seasonal, (their Christmas ornaments are so cool) home decor and jewelry.
