The building used to be an old neighborhood cinema, but now it's home to this mailbox center that's finally having its glow-up moment. And let me tell you: the new team is a massive upgrade. The two guys running it now? Friendly, accommodating, and actually happy to help. A total 180 from the previous workers, who... well, let's just say customer service was not their strong suit. I honestly avoided this place before, but now it feels completely different--in a good way. I drop off all my FedEx and UPS packages here, and I pick up my boxes from Amazon, UPS, and FedEx at this location too. Super convenient, no stress. I also got my passport photos taken here, and they did an excellent job with those as well. They offer PO boxes, mailboxes, notary services, passport photos, fingerprinting, and just an overall smooth experience. If you need mailing or document services in Sherman Oaks, this is officially a yes from me.

The old guy took 2 photos of my baby and he was done, since my baby is only 4 months old my husband had to hold her in a way so his hands weren't in the frame, the guy stated it didn't matter if the parents hands were showing since "it's a baby", I told him we should try again, which he agreed, he took another photo, this time my baby put her hands in her mouth and was looking to the side, the guy then proceeded to say that was the perfect photo! When I told him that that would not be acceptable by the Department of State as per their standards on passport photos he went: "oh no, it's perfect, it will not get rejected because the baby looks cute, see." I was astonished, I know my baby is cute but this is a serious matter, the Department of State has very strict guidelines on their website and clearly states how passport photos are supposed to be. I tried to explain that to the old guy working there but he was trying to convince me I would not get rejected because the photo was "cute" and that the total was $23 for 2 very bad and unprofessional photos. I had to pay for a bad service and I didn't even used the photos because I was not going to risk getting my daughter's passport application rejected, when I had already paid over 200$ for the application. Had to look for another place to get the photos taken, this time we went to Photo Experts, her photos came out really nice and you can tell the difference in quality. Brentwood Ship & more is so unprofessional. Don't go there.

Stop into The UPS Store to return shirt I ordered online…read more I started the process at home and they gave me the choice of a few locations, but this one was one of the closests as well as one I'd stopped in before YEARS ago for stamps and to mail a small package to a friend. It's very small inside, but they have plenty of people to help you out, kiosk and a few easy items for sale, like packing tape (priced higher), envelopes, boxes and the mailing service essentials. I hoped in line with only one person in front of me, two people at the registers handling their shipping needs and only waited maybe five minutes or so. I had my QR/barcode ready on my phone and package resealed (plenty of packing tape at home). The UPS Store Clerk printed my label and placed it on top. She gave me a receipt and I was done in under ten minutes total. The line did grow a bit behind me [Sunday was pretty busy]. They are open all seven days of a full week 9 AM to 7 PM [Monday through Friday], only until 5PM Saturdays and shortened hours of 10 AM to 3 PM on Sundays. There's parking in the back just down the alley off Woodman Avenue (you can also enter from here). Street parking directly on Ventura Blvd [meter only]. Super easy location. Super good service. And super powerful ac/heater (so if you run cold, you're be extra cozy, unfortunately I run hot lol).
