I doubt my house was this clean even when it was brand spanking new. Mary and Esthela brought in their pro quality cleaning supplies and they cleaned for hours. I mean. They pulled out the couches and they cleaned the sliding glass door, they cleared the clutter and they sanitized... It feels like a whole new place, to be quite honest. I am so thankful to have experienced this level of clean in my home. I look forward to them coming thru here every two weeks. They are truly excellent women! I definitely recommend this company. read more

We wanted to set up a monthly cleaning service since we just moved into a new house. Star responded so prompty and gave us a very reasonable quote based on our needs. This was done all over the phone, and Star listened so patiently. She set up to have the house deep cleaned by Lara and Bea today. She even gave us a courtesy call a few days prior to remind us. The crew arrived on time, ready to get to work right away. They couldn't have been more professional and attentive. We are SO HAPPY with the work they did. When they were all done, they made sure that we were satisfied. Once they left, I simply called Star to make a payment for today's service - it was easy from start to finish. We are looking forward to having them come back in one month :). read more

Was very impressed with the professional and courteous window cleaners that were sent to our house. They did an excellent job! If you're thinking about reaching out to Maids 2000, I highly recommend you do. They are life savers! Between working full time and more animals in this house than humans, I found cleaning to be a constant chore that I just never had enough time to do. I called Maids 2000 and they came to my rescue. Communication has been great from scheduling the estimate to arranging cleaning times. They are really on top of it and even arrived early each time. I truly can't thank Alicia, Natalia, and Paty enough for their superb cleaning. They were thorough and efficient, and made everything sparkle. What really won me over was the patience they have with my monsters. Did I mention our dogs and cats have zero manners?! The kindness and understanding they've shown towards them is not only appreciated, but means the world to me. Thank you so much for the help and doing such a great and impressive job! read more

I called Maids 2000 after 5 on a week night to see if they could clean a house the very next day. I was not hopeful. Imagine my delight when Star not only answered my call after hours but said she could help me. We had just closed escrow and the house was empty but not particularly clean. The crew listened to my specific requests and did a fantastic job. Kitchen cabinets and drawers were cleaned inside and out, the microwave was degunked, and the bathrooms were scrubbed (even inside the medicine cabinets). Everyone was professional and friendly and wore masks at all times. Great people, great communication, great work! read more

My husband and I are DIYers. If we have the skills to do a job ourselves, we do it ourselves. This is our fourth move in five years, and I just dreaded cleaning the house and, then, finding the room and having to haul the vacuum, etc. with us for three days. Maids2000 were very accommodating and thorough. The house is spotless for the new owners, and we couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend enlisting this company to take care of any cleaning needs that you have. Thank you, maids2000! read more

Estella and Maria B did an amazing job ! This was our second time and once again we are extremely pleased. The attention to detail and level of care is very evident. From final touches placing stuffed animals on the kids' beds, to tackling a messy pre-teen room, to getting kitchens (including fridge and stove) and bathrooms much cleaner than I've ever been able to.. it's a breath of fresh air (literally!) This was my first time hiring a service such as Maids 2000. I decided to utilize the company for many reasons but some include their insurance coverages, spectacular reviews, and services offered. Notably they have Covid Tested screened their employees and adhere to wearing proper mask and social distancing. With that being said the previous week I contacted Starr, one of the managers and interviewed her for their service over the phone. She was very polite and came out the very next morning for an interview. She explained all services thoroughly and gave me the best options for cost and time. The following week Starr and another manager accompanied a team of 3 very respectful and professional ladies to our home. There was a brief overview of what we had previously discussed. Starr and the other manager left and the team went to work. They were very fast efficient and meticulous. Our home is on the larger side so they were her for a while, however I noticed that they kept the same pace up the whole time until they finished. I felt very comfortable having Maids 2000 service our home and understand first hand all the good reviews. I would definitely recommend their service and will be using them again! read more
