My family and I are headed out of California and we have been looking for cleaning services and we came across maids 2000 based on their 5 star ratings. I would like to confirm that they are in fact a 5 star business. They had two teams come out for a deep cleaning. My mom and I were so blown away at how clean the house is. We don't even want to set foot in the house because of how clean it is. We just want to admire from outside. They were extremely professional, the were on time, they were efficient with time and addressed everything we requested and more! If we were staying in California we would definitely proceed to schedule a regular cleaning, we hope to find services such as these where we are going! They are awesome! read more

I needed a housecleaning service that would get the job done and be timely. My husband had a communication issue with our initial housecleaning services visit but once I spoke with Starr, she was extremely professional and communicated in detail with me. She immediately sent cleaners back out the following day. I am happy with the services that have been provided. My house looks and smells great. Thanks Maid2020/Starr read more

I cannot say enough about the fantastic job Maids 2000 did for my family yesterday! I reached out to Maid 2000 late last week.... My Mom had fallen and was in the hospital and we needed a last minute deep clean , window and carpets to be done ! I was amazed we could get a last minute job lined up and was not sure what to expect but just needed it done. The first crew ( Luis and Rogelio) did windows and I was so impressed with the care and detail they took. Next we're the cleaners( Katy and her Team.....again I was so happy with the detail and deep true clean they did followed up by the carpet cleaning by Midel. He did a careful thorough job and was pretty fast! Again Chanel and her team that sets appts ( so sorry I'm blanking out on her name ). I would highly recommend them ALL!!! read more

Hired them for a deep clean of our home and could not have been more satisfied. The team was focused, energetic, and effective -- they got way more done in the time they were at my home than I had expected, and the quality of their work was excellent. Great attention to detail and a good value for the money. read more

We contacted Maids 2000 to give us a quote for an initial deep clean. They responded almost immediately and Milena arrived that same morning for an estimate. She was punctual, professional, and very thorough. After receiving multiple estimates, we decided to go with Maids 2000. While, yes, they were among the most reasonable, ultimately, what really made them choose them was how they inspired confidence in getting the job done. Today, they spend the better part of 5 hours cleaning our home. It is immaculate and they were methodical in their approach. They literally cleaned on their way up to and out the door. In total, three ladies and a gentleman helped out today, one of which was Milena, who originally gave us the quote. She ensured things flowed smoothly and the gentleman, who's name escapes me, help to clean the high areas that required a ladder. The two ladies who did most of the actual cleaning were Rosa and Luz. To summarize, we are beyond impressed with the quality of this business. Good communication, good follow through, and very professional staff that are great at what they do. We will definitely be using them again for all our cleaning needs. read more

I have used Maids 2000 twice now. The first time was when my aunt was in the hospital. They came and cleaned a hoarder-type situation and did the most amazing job. They are very professional, thorough, reliable, and do an incredible job. Most recently my mom was in the hospital and they came to clean her house. I was on a short time crunch because she would be going home soon. They jumped right to action and sent over several people to help. The entire 2200 sq ft home was cleaned from top-to-bottom. It was the most amazing homecoming gift we could give our mom. Mother's Day is coming up. This would make a great gift! Fantastic service and wonderful people. Highly recommend! read more

There are seriously no words to effectively describe how astonished I am with the work that was done for use today. Normally I use businesses that have been recommended by friends or family, but in this case, I couldn't do that. I have not lived locally for 20 years. I have relied on Yelp to find people locally in order to help my father and this company did not disappoint. After months of cleaning 50 years of crap out of a house my parents only lived in for 30 years, we decided we would outsource the cleaning before we put the house on the market. This is work that I/we could have done, but chose not too because we are exhausted. We made the right choice. Karla and Rosalinda were at my father's house for 10 hours today deep cleaning his 2200 square foot house. TEN. HOURS. In ten hours, they did the work that would have taken me AT LEAST 3 full days and it still wouldn't have been as good a job. There were areas that have probably never been cleaned the entirety of my family's ownership, like under the washer and dryer my brother took and along the baseboards. My mother passed in 2010 and my brother and father lived there together until last year. During those 12 years, and probably even a couple years before that (time my mother was sick), there was very little cleaning. The kitchen counters were occasionally wiped down and a brush ran around the toilets, but even that was rare and cleaning beyond that was few and far between. Last week, if you walked into the house, you could never picture yourself living in it and updating everything piecemeal as you could afford it. Buyers would have walked in and immediately felt like the entire house would need to be gutted before it was even habitable. When I left today, I could picture myself moving in with my family. I'm not going to because I have a life and obligations elsewhere, but it is a good measure of how impressed I was. I would feel comfortable moving my children in as it is. Two gentlemen, who's names I didn't catch, came midday and cleaned all the windows inside and out and did a great job as well. That had never been done. Everything else was the incredible ladies. They cleaned the walls, the baseboards, the light fixtures, the window sills, the blinds, the bathrooms (including calcium on faucets and shower heads, and a layer of dust on the standalone tub in the master thicker than words can describe), and all of the kitchen cabinets that were once white and are now white again. For expectations sake, I want to note that we had the carpets cleaned separately because we needed treatment for pet urine. I don't know if this company cleans carpets, but we used chem dry as was recommended to us. I also want to say that, while I am completely and utterly astonished, and frankly disappointed that I didn't take before pictures, nobody is truly magic. As I would hope would be obvious, these ladies can't clean paint back on where it has chipped off and they clean absolutely everything. They couldn't get off the stamp ink from my 3 year old that set and dried before we noticed, but it looked significantly better. I only note that because I don't want someone to read this review and think their house will look brand new. Your house will look it's age, but very clean. This house could still use new paint inside and definitely needs updated, but picture a house you would think needs to be completely gutted... it's now so clean, anyone could live there. And anyone except my Aunt Hazel would probably feel completely comfortable living there. So pick your word... epic... amazing... astonishing... incredible... That's how good of a job they did. Thank you! read more

Starr is amazing she gets right back to you and gets everything taken care of for your housecleaning. They offer deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, and even windows and appliances. We had Alicia and Denise and they went beyond the call of duty to clean my dads house. Communication is wonderful with this business. I would highly recommend to give them a try. read more

I've had a monthly cleaning with Natalia and Reina, Team 5, for several months now and I'm extremely satisfied with the work and how friendly they are. Natalia was also part of my initial deep cleaning and she remembered all the special details. We have a dog that is in a separate room and a cat that is in a separate room and she did an excellent job cleaning the rooms and making sure they didn't escape. They are also careful with the chemicals because I have a 14 month old that runs around. I love how beautiful the house looks after they are done. They are real lifesavers! read more

Thank you so much for your dedication and attention to detail. Can't say enough good things about this company! I have multiple dogs, and of course that means dust and fur everywhere. But my house is always spotless when the crew is finished. THANK YOU!!!! read more

Natalia and Reina arrived at my home exactly on time. They were extremely thorough and conscientious. I appreciated their services greatly.

We've used maid services for years in DC. After moving to CA and trying a few, we've yet to find a truly great one. Maids 2000 does great work but is very pricey. Unfortunately they're the best we've used since being out here- and the most expensive by far. Still not sure if the cost is worth it- going to try 2 more (that would make 5 others) before doing a serious cost/benefit review. read more

The best experience i could have ever asked for! The ladies were were super sweet and did not miss a single spot in my house. They organized more things then I even realized needed to be organized. I would give 6+ stars. Definitely book if your house cleaning needs attention! read more

We just hired Maids 2000 for a move out deep cleaning. Adriana and Arelys showed up promptly and got right to work. The house is cleaner than when we moved into it. There's no way I could've got the house this clean in the amount of time they did. The house is over 3,000 sqft, and they did it top to bottom in 7 hours. I requested a few quotes from different companies, but I went with Maids 2000 because of the small things that were included with the price. Cleaning out drawers, cupboards, etc, which most companies charged more for. I'm so happy with the service they provided us, and also customer service was just as good. I spoke with Star about the job and she was great. Very personable and funny. I'll be using them in the future for cleaning services. read more

Our in home consultation with Jax was quick and professional. They were able to fit me in that same week. The 4 ladies that did our initial deep cleaning were amazing! This is my second time having Maids2000 to the house. The first time was a deep cleaning and the second was for a routine cleaning. These ladies are very thorough, respectful and helpful. The ladies did an amazing job! They were done in 2 1/2 hours! I was very surprised and very much appreciate them for coming and cleaning our house. They came and did exactly what we wanted them to do. They communicated very well and asked the right questions (at least for me they did) . read more

Estella and Maria were amazing! They were super nice and worked really hard. They thoroughly cleaned from top to bottom! I also noticed the other things that they took the time to clean, which I really appreciate because most house cleaners rush through it or won't do it at all. They took the time to do the job right! I am definitely going to hire them again! If you're having a hard time finding a good cleaning service, you should try Maids 2000! read more

We had a great experience with Maids 2000. Recently we purchased our first home and it was left pretty dirty by the previous occupants. We needed help getting it cleaned for our big family and Maids 2000 did an amazing job. Our home has so many nooks and crannies, tough areas to access, and challenging areas to clean. Star communicated with me frequently throughout the day as to how everything was going, what their progress was, and specifics about the project. We couldn't be happier with the service we received and are thankful we found such an amazing. professional, and safe house cleaning company. read more

Wowwowowowowow!! We just had a deep clean and we could not be more pleased! And that's saying the least! The last time my house looked this good is when we moved in (brand new home)!!! Ana and Tim serviced our home. They were so, so kind and man when I say no corner was missed... NO CORNER WAS MISSED! Even the smallest of things you'd think, they probably won't see that... nope! They got to it and made it spotless! Even cleaned ON TOP of our laundry cabinets, I mean.. the detail was outstanding! I clean our house... but I realized that maybe I don't really clean my house Hahha! Some things/stains I thought would never go away or couldn't be cleaned.. gone once they got to it. Not only did they dust, but they wiped down each item on the open shelves as well! I have no words to say how happy we are with our sparkling clean home. We will be getting either twice a month or monthly service, for sure - depending on how soon we get back to needing another clean. I can't go back to my subpar cleaning, not after being shown how it's done! Also Starr and Jax (the owners I believe) are a pleasure to work with! Easy to talk to and so nice! Also! They made me feel very safe even among COVID. They took the proper precautions and they will gladly tell you how the disinfect all their items between houses. I will recommend over and over again! read more
