A mentor recommended the first thing that a professional working woman should do to have work/life balance is to hire a cleaning service. I have had several teams with Maids 2000 and I trust Natalia and Reina the most. I am able to communicate well with them and they have been willing to modify their usual routine to use the one tip that I have been the most proud from my own cleaning practices for removing hard water scale. Natalia is not only knowledgeable she is friendly, open to learning and a great mentor for other new hires. She has had multiple trainees and I have never noticed substantial change in the level of cleaning when she has a trainee working with her. This speaks volumes to her ability as a teacher. Today Natalia and Maria worked together and again the cleaning was spot on. In the past I have also had Bae who is also consistent in her cleaning routine and another strong team leader. Starr works with the coordination at the main office and she has been very understanding and accommodating when issues have come up with accidental breakage or a team was not quite getting the unique approach I wanted to be used in my home. where to begin.. I called and got a same day appointment which was cool, however, they showed up almost 2 hours late.not cool! The crew consisted of 2 girls so I was thrilled to know that, with double the manpower I should receive a quick and thorough cleaning right? WRONG the girls were at my house doing a "great" job detailing every nook and cranny, spent an entire hour in the bathroom (85$ an hour) then another hour "dusting nic nac's" another 85$ then took their time moving forward to the big important stuff like the floors. They cleaned and did a okay job, just very slowly. It wasent until the supervisor Star called me on my phone to check in, which was nice to see she cared, in that conversation I asked if she would contact her crew and ask them to speed it up being that we pay per hour and it had already been 3 hours by this time. After requesting a speedier cleaning the girls finished the entire back of the house in 15 MINUTES?? if they could move that fast, then why did it take 3 hours to clean a bathroom, kitchen and dinning room, ill tell you why, THEY MILK YOUR MONEY. Bottom line. So long story short... I PAID 318 $$ DOLLARS for a very general clean up that was no different then if it where done by an ammiture. Very disappointed!!! We're always extremely happy and grateful with this company. All of their staff are wonderful and always do a wonderful and thorough job. We and my parents have been using this company for awhile now. There were a couple of times we had to suspend their service due to our financial problems, especially when my husband was injured and Chanel and Star were very understandable. That is why when our budget permits again we continue their service without any issues nor hesitation. We just reinstated their service again recently, we have Betty and Barbara team and these two ladies did an excellent job. Betty and Barbara are very thorough even with my husband's "pickiness", he is extremely satisfied with Betty and Barbara work ethics. With my husband's injury and my work schedule, we couldn't keep up with cleaning up ourselves, this is another reason we needed Betty and Barbara's help. After working from home for an entire year and a half due to COVID restrictions and returning to on site work just recently, my house was in desperate need of a a deep clean. From my first conversation with Starr at Maids2000 I could tell that this company was extremely professional and dedicated to their business. Not a very good experience! We live in Fontana and found this listing, after we had in home quote and us being VERY clear about our expectations we selected them. They started in September coming bi-weekly. From the very first visit I had to call the office regarding issues and continued calling and speaking to the team myself about their lack of completing basic task. Last week after having yet another bad service I wrote a letter detailing the continued issues; shouldn't we expect that after service the floor will not still have dust spots, unwiped stove top and bath bowl sinks that have only be cleaned on the interior. It's only 2 of us in our home so several rooms aren't used thus only requiring light dusting and vacuuming and I keep my home tidy all the time. The office responded to our letter that the crew was doing the best they could therefore had nothing more to offer. Are you serious? Will never recommend this company to anyone! read more

I have been renting my house in Loma Linda to medical students for years ,I have tried many other companies, seems each time they never do the work completely and throughly . and we have to go and clean after, and do the final touches, finally changing 4 agencies . We have been Yucaipa customers of Maids 2000 for more than 14 years. The cleaning crews are prompt, courteous, and hard workers. They are always accommodating if you have a special area of concern (i.e. finger prints on a cabinet from visiting grandchildren.) The entire staff has been wonderful during the pandemic and readily embraced and use all necessary COVID precautionary measures. And, just as the crews are terrific, so is Starr - who manages the schedule. Starr has been able to revise my schedule due to remodeling work, painting, and even unexpected out-of-town company. She is always gracious and understanding of life's potholes that make us change course. I have never hired house cleaners before. It was a promise my wife and I made to each other to contribute to our quality of life and our time together outside of work. We finally did it and it was totally worth it. Star was wonderful, answering my questions and making setting up the service so easy. Jasmine and Vanessa arrived well within the window and precisely on time - including laundry. Let me say, I have 4 rescue pets (2 cats, 2 dogs) and despite how much we try to clean it is nearly impossible. Our team not only vacuumed and mopped our floors but also (somehow) got all the fur off our couch and cushions. I seriously do not know how they did that, pure magic. Lenny was personable and experienced and provided me with a lot of information. I hired Maids2000 for a move out clean. The home was quite dirty as we have three boys and three dogs! The house was absolutely spotless when they finished. It was ready for its next tenant. We needed our house cleaned last year prior to a Christmas party and Maids 2000 were the only service willing to service our home in Beaumont. All other services were either too busy or did not go to Beaumont. Ever since the initial cleaning, we have retained Maids 2000 to clean our home once a month. Maids2000 did a beautiful job deep cleaning my historic home. The wood floors look beautiful and every surface shines. My home smells wonderful as well. For context we are not what you would consider neat freaks. We have a lot of pets so fur build up in every little crack and crevice has been an issue for us but they got everything. Also we have tracked in a lot of outside dirt from working outdoor jobs and from all the camping and hiking we've done. This house needed a desperate makeover and it was a big job but the crew at Maids2000 worked incredibly hard for the entire day. Their service is absolutely worth paying for.
