Reliable, flexible with scheduling, respond quickly AND do a great job cleaning our house!

Called a few different places and decided to give them a shot. This was my first time using a cleaning service for moving out of a home and I was very impressed! The ladies including the manager were very pleasant and professional! The showers were sparkling! Thanks again for your help! read more

We've been longtime customers and have been very happy with Ed and his team. Crew arrives consistently on-time, is super-friendly and most importantly: consistently does the job right. Over the years we've had a couple things come up that were swiftly resolved after a phone call. Compared to other services, we haven't found anyone else that cares about customer service at the level MaidPro does. MaidPro Temecula is recommended for regular cleanings or move-out cleanings. They've done a terrific job over the years at both for us. read more

We have had Maidpro cleaning our office for approximately 4 months. Ana [designated cleaner] is always on time and does an excellent job. She is very nice and polite. Very happy we chose Maidpro to service our office cleaning. read more

I used Maidpro for the first time in my home yesterday and was just as impressed as I always am with their work in my office. Their workers are so conscientious and concerned with my satisfaction each and every time. I love the personal touches like folding the tissues into cute little fluff; it might seem silly, but to me it's a sign that details matter to them. Thanks for making my life shine, Maidpro! read more

From the time they set up the appointment until they leave the house in fabulous shape, this organization is professional and thorough. From cleaning and straightening to shining floors and appliances, they take pride in their work. Of particular interest to us is a healthy cleaning environment and MaidPro of Temecula focuses on using safe materials and natural cleaners. Give them a try and you'll want them back again and again. read more

Halle and Nacissa did a wonderful job of cleaning our home last Friday. Thanks for the great and cheerful service!

I'm back on Yelp 2 years later to say once again that MaidPro does a wonderful job cleaning my house for me!! Many years of professional, friendly, and superior cleaning service. They make my life so much easier. Yesterday, Nassia and Kishon did an outstanding job. Thank you, MaidPro! read more

I have tried other cleaners in the past and most were unprofessional and illegal. To know that we have a weekly cleaner that is trustworthy and very adjustable to my schedule helps with my schedule astronomically! Thanks Maidpro you guys are the ones I can actually trust! read more

Unfortunately I have to change my once five star review due the negligence of the cleaning crew and the lack of responsibility of the owner. I came home from work one evening (after maid pro had cleaned my home ) to my entire home filled with smoke and the burner left on! I had a paper plate with cupcakes on the stove and when she cleaned it she must have turned on the burner so the paper plate was ashes by the time I got home (how my house was still intact I have no idea). Our poor dog had been home all day while the smoke detector was blaring and the house as condemned in smoke. He scratched the paint completely off our door because he was in such a panic to escape the noise. The owner, Ed, at first excepted responsibility and agreed to fix the damage only to have him change his mind the next day! Meanwhile our entire home reeks of smoke, our door is ruined and our dog is freaked out to this day of the oven. read more

Today was the first time that I have used a maid service and I am so happy I did! I had called Maidpro because I heard that they do a background check on each of their employees. Since it was my first cleaning, they sent out two employees. Nassia and Lucia arrived on time and introduced themselves. They were both very friendly and professional. I have always worried about having strangers in my house cleaning, but I trusted them completely. They both started working right away and kept me informed of their progress throughout the day. They did an excellent job cleaning my house and It is so amazing how clean and shiny everything is! I would recommend Maidpro to anyone looking for a trustworthy maid service that does an excellent job cleaning your home! I just wish that I had started using their service years ago! read more

Unfortunately this company cannot maintain the same people that do the cleaning. Therefore each time is training a new person. The work ethics for the people doing the cleaning is also random, some do a good job others may possibly have never cleaned a home before. They never arrive at the same scheduled time, anywhere from 15 mins to 1 1/2 hours late. Two are scheduled to clean my home and each one can arrive at different time. This is not a company that I would trust to give a house key for them to come in and clean, you have to be home at the time of the cleaning. On several occasions items have been broken, some they admitted and the company paid for. Other times they hid the breakage. They are expensive, which I wouldn't mind if they did their job. I have had this company clean for awhile in hopes of improvement....it never happened. read more

This was our lucky week...we discovered MaidPro Temecula! What can be more refreshing than working with a company that is professional, honest, efficient, on time AND that does a top notch job. Thumbs up Maid Pro Temecula...you and your Clean Team rock! read more

I've had MaidPro for a few months now and they have always done a great job. Trina usually does my cleaning and she's great. Always on time, does a great job, and cleans around my two messy boys. Highly recommend! read more

We've been using MaidPro on and off for the past year! They do such a wonderful job! Their customer service is excellent and one of my favorite things in the world is coming home to a spotless home! Being a clean freak myself I have NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever. My husband and I both being self employed and becoming parents on top of that--we've been way too busy to keep up with the house work. MaidPro gave us back our free time and there are a lot less arguments about cleaning! Thank you again! I'm forever grateful for their services! read more

I have been a loyal customer for 4 years and continue to be be extremely happy with the level of service provided by the person that cleans my home, schedules my cleaning and the managers of this business. They offer a great service at a competitive price! read more

I have been using MaidPro Temecula for several months now and have nothing but positive things to say. I like that because they are a major company, their people are well-trained and they have guidelines they follow. Another good thing is that they will customize their cleaning routine to fit your needs, with regard to things like the order of the rooms they clean and the products they use. Nassia has been my head cleaner for a while and she really does a great job. If you want something done differently or in addition, you just ask them and they will accommodate you. And they have a practice of sending the same employee to your house every time, so you do not need to tell them over and over what to do. Very convenient. read more

Trina & Irma cleaned my home today. They were professional, punctual and courteous. I was quite impressed with their attention to detail and how efficiently they worked. They went the extra measure in every regard. It was a pleasure to see my house beautifully cleaned. MaidPro provides top quality service. read more

I have used these folks for office cleaning for years. But when my Mom took ill they were a god send it helping her keep her place up. I did have to worry about the security of her possessions by hiring and unknown entity. Thank you Maidpro. read more

I can not say enough good things about this cleaning service. I used them as my cleaning crew for my move out from a house rental. While I thought they did a great job on their first visit, my rental company wanted some very nit picky items to be cleaned again. MaidPro immediately told me that they were happy to come out and clean those items again for free. Shannon the office manager worked with me so that I could ensure I got as much of my security deposit back as possible. I truly believe Shannon (and the rest of maid pro) not only take pride in their work but really care about the happiness of their customers. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and thorough cleaning service. read more

The cleaners were 45 minutes late...getting ready for the worst part yet. They ARE NOT upfront about their pricing. Over the phone I agreed to a certain service at a certain price and when the cleaners were done they tried charging me a crazy price. I called a rep and she also tried to charge me four times the agreed price. She said she would speak to her manager/owner and get back to me...they never did and would not return my phone calls. Finally I get the manager/owner to speak to me and he offered a discount on the non-agreed upon inflated price which I told him was not fair. I ask if he could please review the recorded phone conversation between me and the lady on the phone and he agreed he would...he calls me back and said he could not find the recording. I told him that I just purchased a home, am in the military and am looking to use their service for years to come yet he charged me for service I neither agreed to nor understood. STRAIGHT RIP-OFF, they'd rather take as much $$$$ from you than build long lasting customers for life and that's TERRIBLE BUSINESS! RUN AWAY IF YOU SEE THEM COMING BECAUSE THEY WILL ROB YOU!!!! read more

Not sure where my house would be today without Carolina. Whether she's alone or with a team member, my house is absolutely CLEAN. Everything smells good. Dust is gone, bathrooms sparkle, kitchen floor scrubbed, and more. I remember the days when I could tear through and clean my house in 3 hours.. Not anymore... I'm incredibly thankful for MaidPro's professional service and their hard working employees. Worth every penny. Now if I could keep my kids from messing up the kitchen 10 minutes after they leave, I'd be in heaven! read more

I've now been getting monthly cleaning and so appreciate of their attention to detail. They really go above and beyond. I can't believe they hand wash the toilets with a disposable scrubber, as to not contaminate and transfer germs that the regular toilet bowl brushes carry. I was impressed to learn the vacuums they use are $800 from Germany, and are cleaned and serviced regularly too. Very happy with the service!!! Thank you MaidPro...true professionals! read more

the lady's came twice once for a deep cleaning a light once over after the house was painted and flooring went in. i was working with a deadline and they worked with me both times to meet my deadline. to give you an idea what this house was like it was neglected for 17 years never cleaned these lady's got 17 years a fry grease splatter off the walls and cabinets in the kitchen and got the hard water deposits off the shower and tubs. im sorry i didnt take before and after pics of the job they did but it was exceptional. thank you for your hard work, well worth the read more

Very professional personable company I can't say enough!! This was the first time in my life to reach out for housecleaning, and let's just say I am a little picky.
