Horrible experience. Called stating I needed a deep clean after painting and light construction. Placed emphasis on door top, closets, window casing, etc. sent a three person crew that moved slowly, was not detailed and had to follow-up on them frequently. I work from home and was tied up when they stated they were finished. Poor job all around. Floors were dirty, ledges were not cleaned where I did not double check, sinks remained stained. Complained via survey heard from no one. Big mistake that will not be repeated. read more

After two years of excellent service someone new was sent and it was clear the service was below par. The second time this person came it was clear she was at my house less than 2 hours when I paid for 4.5 and she didn't clean the downstairs leaving a note she was too afraid of my crated dogs (same ones that have been in our home for the past 2 years). Additionally, what she did do was well below par. Victoria was sent to re-clean the next day and was AMAZING. I was so happy they made it right until we received our credit card bill - charged for two consecutive days. When I called I was told it would be corrected but it wasn't their fault it was billed twice.....how was this not foreseeable? So disappointed. read more

I should have known based on the return phone call. I received a call and tried to give the office manager the square footage/details of my house. He said that he didn't need it and could find it online, clue #1 to cancel. I advised that I needed the cleaning to occur right at 8. He said he could have someone come between 8 and 9. I advised that the time slot was not really negotiable as I had to pick someone up from the airport. In the next few days, I received quite a few confirmation voicemails saying that someone would be there between 9 and 11. When I called the office manager he said to ignore the voicemails, clue #2 that i should have cancelled as he was the one leaving the messages. The day of the cleaning, 9 o'clock comes and goes, I get a phone call at 9:30 saying the girls were lost and should be there in 10 minutes. They show up at 10. Upon entering, they ask how many bedrooms and bathrooms. I told them. They advised that per their office manager i had one less bathroom and they didn't know my house was so big. I advised that i wanted the focus to be downstairs as I was having a party. They advised that they start upstairs and asked if I needed all of the bathrooms cleaned. Umm... yeah? So, I paid for 1.5 hours. At about an hour and 15 minutes, I received a call that they were just finishing upstairs and would only be able to vacuum downstairs. Keeping my cool, I advised that the kitchen MUST be cleaned and only to skip the dishes in the sink. They asked for an additional 30 minutes to clean downstairs. I said OK. Now I arrive to my house in the next 20 minutes and NO MAID PROs in site. My front door was left unlocked and my house was not clean. They claim to have a 49-point check list but these girls skimmed over my house. In the master bedroom, the carpet next to the bed was not vacuumed. On the stairwell, there was visible dirt on the hand rails, a simple wipe with a wet rag would have cleaned. Only the visible parts of the toilet bowl downstairs were cleaned. I have a toddler and was sitting on the floor of the bathroom only to be disgusted by what i could see from down there. under the rim of the toilet is brown. the window sills in the foyer were not dusted. the switch plates in the living room and kitchen were not wiped down. There was food on the floor when i moved the garbage can. I also wanted to mention several cobwebs in the living room, kitchen, and foyer were removed by me. Needless to say, i emailed the office manager to advise him of my dissatisfaction and have not heard back from him. I will NOT be using them EVER again. SAVE YOUR MONEY!! read more

I hired MaidPro for the first time due to my hectic work schedule and I needed the help. I usually clean my house myself and found out that I do a Fantastic job compared to MaidPro. 3 ladies came in for a little over an hour. When they left I found rings of dust around items on tables, they left the dirt they mopped at the edges of the floors, when they vacuumed they did not do the edges leaving dog hair on the base boards and edges of the floor, and, the worst thing is, they "cleaned" our flat screen TV. They left visible marks on the TV that thankfully we were able to remove on our own. When I called Customer Service they said they would call me back. I've called twice with no return call. I wasn't looking for a full refund, just a discount due to the bad job. I would NOT recommend MaidPro to anyone who is looking for help. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!! read more

I decided for the first time ever that i will hire a cleaning crew. I had no time to clean the house i moved out of. Maid pro, i looked up online and they had an available time. I paid the crew ahead of time as I wouldn't be back until the evening. Well to my surprise i was not pleased with the work. Bathtubs looked the same way as if no-one had touched it. Kitchen floor and stove were not cleaned properly. And i paid extra for the oven/stove. Some of the counters were still dirty. Now when i called the Manager it was not a better experience then the cleaning job. He did not follow-up. I had to continue to call. When I did speak to him, I got the run around. Stating he would have to speak to his boss and when he finally did after I called back again...he stated they will not refund me anything. Now I am not asking for the full cost back. However for not doing a completed job i expected a fair response. He then said he will speak to his boss again and call me back. Its 5 days later and still no call back. I am not one to post any negative comments. However after having to continue to call the company with them not following up or being apologetic of the matter, this made it clear that I had to post. read more
