I took pictures of the house after they "cleaned". BIGGEST SCAM EVER. They did say they would come back, which one cleaner did. Yet the house was still not done to the level of clean they advertised. Vents, light fixtures, dishwasher, window sills, etc. were still left dirty. Peep the pictures to see just SOME of their cleaning. I borderline wanted to report it to my bank account as fraud. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. EDITED: Owner states that these are from the before. I will post the time stamps to show these photos are 1000% from after. Secondly, painters were not there until the next day, when your cleaner came back. I was not present for the final walk through, my husband was, he was unaware of the secondary clean so he would not know what he was looking at. There was thick dust on most of the registers and light fixtures even after she came back, like seriously, there was hair still left in the showers. I can see you want to justify your companies shotty work, buts let's fact check instead of gas lighting. Painters came on Tuesday the first time, my appointment was Monday. The secondary clean was at the same time my painters arrived. Your cleaners failed to clean, point blank. AND if that is how they "clean their best and adhere their 40 pt checklist" I am deeply concerned for your quality and future clients. I did reach out that I was not satisfied and this is where you sent someone to come back, again, the work was the worst I have ever seen for what I would expect. The list could go on and on. However due to car problems the cleaner wasn't able to arrive. I was empathetic at that point. Because I have been in that position. So, I was rescheduled for Friday. Then last Friday a big snow storm hit our area and everything was closed. So, my appointment was canceled completely understood. Now, at this point I had to reach back to schedule a new appointment. It was set for 9 am today. Well 9 am came by and went without a notice from anyone saying that the cleaner would be late. I reached out to someone via text. No response. I texted again. Finally I was told at 930 am the following, "Ok, (cleaner) will be around 11. I'm sorry for that. Yesenia has family emergency. Her mom had surgery and probably that's the reason. But (cleaner) will be today." At this point I had had many of these types of cancellations that my empathy was no where to be found. They didn't even ask if that time would work for me. As if I don't have a job or other responsibilities. Completely inconsiderate. I am not sure how they still have a service. Worst service/ company by far!!

Ask her if she screens the people that she sends into your home when she doesn't even screen workers for her house! In my case, the first and last time I used her, (because foolishly I was trying to be a good new neighbor), the work was sub-par, the workers were straight from Poland, no English, no cars. She drives them to/from jobs in her second smaller car not in her Benz. Don't trust that tips end up with the workers. Because she wants to be paid in cash, she's accused (behind her back to others) a wealthy neighbor that she's jealous of, of shorting her. Agnieszka has low standards, is slothy and so is her home and "business". She attacks anyone with negative reviews or that calls out her shoddy work and shady methods. Similar to her aggressive unsocialized dogs that she doesn't clean up after. Ask yourself why a "business" that's been cleaning for decades has 10 reviews, half of which are negative. The public and the county deserve to know about her practices.

They sent two cleaners for 1.5 hours and they turned a dirty 2bed/2bath condo into a sparkling clean masterpiece. They wiped down the inside and outside of all cabinets, did the fans and cleaned out the refrigerator for NO Extra Cost! I called other services that want to nickel and dime me on those requests. I'm very pleased with action maids and highly recommend their services.

When she told us that our home was insanely dirty and we'd have to pay her more to stay, we said that was ridiculous. How is our home that dirty? The English maids have been coming to our home every other week for months. This "English Maid" was doing a deep clean which we didn't ask for. And when my wife told Donna, she told us we should get a deep clean if our house is that dirty. Then ensued the complaint that her maids did a crappy job all those months. What took the cake is that a cleaning person was to arrive at our home this morning at 8am. A total no-show. My wife contacted Donna about this and she said she guessed she wasn't coming and someone else will show up. What the what??? Who runs a business like this. We're done. English Maids is run by the most incompetent business owner. If you're thinking about using this company, think again. You're better off using a Swifter and doing a half-ass job than calling English Maids. Find someone else. The worst business ever!

I actually did not reach out to Say Clean. I wanted to do business with EcoBubbles whom had no space to take me on. Say clean answered my Request for a quote very promptly. I was concerned about price as I do believe they are a bit expensive though I am not going to argue on price for a cleaning company to come out in the mists of a pandemic. They are a bit booked up so I'd book about 2-3 weeks in advance. The cleaning Team arrived on the earlier part of the scheduled window. They were kind and informative. Now most people do not like getting a call from the owner during the job and I don't lol. They informed me that the job was a bit unexpected of how much there was. Non the less. Job got done.
