Everybody knows there is nothing like coming home to a clean house, but for some of us with full time jobs and kids, you just don't have the energy. MaidPro has been such a huge lifesaver. Whitney is my Pro and she does an amazing job every time. Sometimes my kids and I are here and she's fantastic with them. The clean is amazing. I cannot emphasize enough the difference in your life and stress levels to have all this weight lifted off your shoulders. I've worked with Jeanette, Marisol and Chardonnay too and they've all done great every time they've come so no matter who you get, they'll do an incredible job. Maidpro Scheduled to come out my house on the 3rd of Dec. but no one showed until the 4th. But when the maid show up for 5 plus hrs serve I am disbelieved what I saw after the service completed Maid Pro is the worse clean company I ever used. The maid came and told me that she did not have the right chemical to mop/clean the floor. After she finished the 5 plus hrs service - top of the refrigerator was un-touch and the top of the kitchen oven stove fan was also un-touch - The entire floor was un-touch as well. I am going to contact BBB and complain about this business. I have pictures to prove it. I contacted the manager Marisel Aquino by phone multiple times and email. She never return my called or respond my email. I have pictures to prove how dirty and filter after Maidpro completed the 5 hrs serviced. read more

Been using MaidPro for several months now and, after a challenging experience with the first lady, I ended up with Rosie. Rosie is great! She comes in to work and is very thorough in the work she does. After the first several visits and after looking around at the quality of the work, I now know what type of work she will do when in my home. She is very friendly, but very focused and profession which I greatly appreciate. Rosie feels much like a member of our family and I just really appreciates what she does to make my house sparkle! I work from home very often and you almost wouldn't know she was here because she really works very diligently. I my is really hard to find a housekeeping company that will work with my crazy travel schedule, but it has never been an issue for these guys. Zoey and Deanna deal with my 3 crazy dogs, and that's not easy! My house always looks amazing when they are done, and they are happy to help with any special requests as needed. I would be very wary of using this company. Used them for almost 3 months to clean my house for showings to sell my house and also for the final clean after the move out. Each time prior to the last move out clean the was an issue. They were either late or didn't clean something I requested clean. They did offer to come back out to reclean, but honestly, that's a real inconvenience. The worst was the last clean. I scheduled a total clean after we moved out of our house. They came and only cleaned the kitchen. Left the rest of the house in a disaster! So bad, in fact, the buyers wouldn't close because it was so dirty! I had to call and complain to get someone else out there to reclean the house. This was all very stressful since I was already in another state. Just a word of warning!!! read more

I have been using MaidPro for about 2 years now and would like to let them know how much I appreciate them. I have had a few bumps in the service but they have always been responsive and corrected the issue anytime I have brought it to their attention. Claudia and Miranda left my house a few minutes ago and I couldn't wait to write this review. MaidPro is the only housekeeping service that I have ever used and I'm still a relatively new customer. These maids do incredible work - each one is so mindful of what my family needs are and focus extra attention on those needs (pet hair for me!). Each person who has helped in my home has been positive, kind, energetic, caring, accommodating, and thorough. And each person has been so attentive and kind to my pets! Enjoying a house that someone has properly cleaned for you is such a great gift. I don't think it can get better than MaidPro. Please, please, please do not use this company. They are very unethical. The manager, Erika, is irresponsible and deceitful. When they were late for the 2nd time, we called to see what was going on. We were told verbatim "the card has not been charged and won't be" when we asked about canceling. So we canceled. The card was charged (she said she didn't lie bc at the time, the card hadn't been charged - but she went on to say it won't be, so that's a lie). I immediately requested a refund but Erika said it was in their terms of service that we couldn't cancel with such short notice. We never would have canceled if she had told us on the phone we would be charged. We would've put up with their tardiness and then not used them again. Instead, they charged us $280.37 for nothing. When she told us we wouldn't be charged, we took her at her word. Apparently their word is worth nothing. They only care about swindling people and getting something for nothing. Philip Wadley. Zoey and Kim did a good job cleaning my house. And I really appreciated their thoughtful note regarding my recent loss of a two of pets.

We recently switched our cleaning service to Maid Pro. We were very lucky to get Jeanette as our Pro! She knows what she's doing and quickly learned what we wanted more time spent on. Hopefully, we get to continue having her come to our house! We've now had Jeanette for several visits and it's great to have someone who knows the house and knows what we want done. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. We moved in January and our Maid Pro provider was changed to the Arlington location. We have not had the same person clean our house more than once. We keep being sent new employees that leave dirty dishes on the counter, spots on the floor, don't clean the toilets and miss other very BIG cleaning items on the checklist. We have a new home that is not hard to clean. We have complained multiple times and been promised that the next cleaning would be better or double the hours etc... none of which has happened. We have not seen a supervisor or more than one person on site ever. This is the WORST service and follow through I have ever experienced with a company. Our Burleson maid service was exceptional - we have been loyal customers for four years. I am done with this location and this horrible service. There is no excuse for the lack of follow through from the supervisors at this location. I have never experienced such a lack of professionalism from a company. read more

I would NOT recommend this service for cleaning. Was supposed to be "pros" only one showed up the first hour and she took the full hour using a spray bottle and paper towels to clean the inside of my oven. The other showed an hour later. They wanted to charge me extra for the extra time needed because they clean painfully slow and not well. I had them remove their "pros" out of my home and I am currently disputing the charges. Was the worst and most ridiculous cleaning and customer service experience I have ever had. I spoke to the manager Marisel and the owner Michelle and corporate office. All have no clue on proper customer service and simply do not care, all they want is your money. Nobody ever showed up to see why they were being removed from my home. Instead, would rather argue with me about what actually was cleaned in an hour. RUN! I used many other maid services that were all good but this one was NOT. read more
