I didn't hear anything from the company until the next day, which is when I learned about the incorrect start time. When I asked about this, they sad the charge was correct even with the adjusted time.

My learning curve point was not staying out of the way. I did a little backseat coaching, which just caused confusion. Let the professionals do it there way. Do be there for a final inspection, but wait till they're done. That being said, the cleaner assigned to my home was definitely speed cleaning. And she did not have firmly in mind all of the scope. No big deal, since I was home when she started packing up, I was able to point out where extra attention was needed. Joana and her daughter personally came to steam clean my living room area rug and my old, much abused couch. The rug looks brand new! The couch looked better while damp but after drying it was still kinda dingy and the steam definitely didn't help the stains. Don't expect miracles if your rug/furniture needs true renovation. Everything moved so fast I didn't do the detailed inspection and later ended up seeing some missed, but minor, spots. If it was significant, Joana told me to call her and she'd send someone over to knock it out. My learning point here would be to have my scope in front of me while inspecting. Joana was fun to meet and is energetic and positive. I'm very happy with the results and wholeheartedly recommend this service.
