Not a good place anymore, poor work. Pretty bad when you have to back 2 and 3 time for them to fix what they thought they fixed. Save your car the scratches. Took my truck in to be repaired, paid 2000$ to get my truck back scratched to hell. They clam they didnt put nothing on it but left behind white cleaner all over. They buffed the top of my head lights but say its normal ware.... Yeah no. I will never take my cars back to this place. They were very rude when I pointed out all the scratches. Save your cars the extra damage from this place. Then they said they would charge me more to fix what the put on it what a joke. read more

I was involved in a car accident where the car behind me got hit and then in turn it side swiped my car. Mahnke did an AMAZING job fixing the damage. I really appreciate how they called to update me on the progress of the vehicle.It was really convenient being able to submit photos for the initial estimate. It was also pain free because they talked directly to the insurance company to work out the additional payment they needed when additional work needed to be done in addition to the initial estimate. There was damage done to my f-150 while at the dealer awaiting service. The Ford dealer took the truck to Mahnke in Brighton for the repairs. It was minor damage but still required a new bumper, some paint on the bedside and new clear over the whole bedside. They did very good work. I can't see any evidence of the original damage, even while viewing in the bright sun. read more

Excellent customer service and so very helpful during the time it took to get our car fixed from hail.

My car needed a new front bumper and under carriage after a run in with some re bar sticking up in a parking lot. They did a great job fixing it for much less than I was expecting. But, the reason I write this review is that the final bill came in a few hundred less than the original estimate. How many auto repair shops would just charge the full amount of the estimate anyway and keep the difference? Guessing many. My experience with Mahnke was quality work, fair pricing and a lot of integrity. read more

The shop is called Mahnke Auto Body. This is a preferred shop with Farmers Insurance. Since I live close to them, brought my brand new Volvo to them to get passenger door repaired. had a hold in the door panel the size of an apple. Dropped the car off on Monday at 7:30AM. It took them over a week to fix. Appears that when someone called, they would cover up and say it is in paint. My insurance agent called requesting a call back, and they never called her back, the insurance agent had to call them back. They told my insurance agent one thing and then told me something else. It would appear that when an auto comes in, they don't work on the car to finish it quickly, they do a little work on it, then move to another car and then to another car, then back to your car..etc... When I dropped the car off, they said all the parts were there and they could start right away. I had even made a few calls to remind them about the 3M coating for the door, which when I finally got the car back on Tuesday the following week, the 3M coating was missing, and on an all BLACK car, I had a white stripe going down the middle of the door. They used white tape to hold the moulding on the car.. Give me a break! White tape on an all BLACK car? They advised that they could fix it if I brought it back the next day. I advised them that I was no autobody person, but give me a break this is taking way tooo long. So they said they could fix it while I waited. I waited 45 minutes for them to fix that white tape and then put the 3M coating on. I looked at the 3M coating that they put on (they told me to wait 30 days and it would look better) there are tons of finger prints under the coating that show up white... No I have to go to another place to have them correct that. i will not be going back to this shop again. They are slow as heck and never follow instructions from the customer. Poor customer service. Called to ask about making an appointment for a quote. And was told to hang on while she "asks a question" and 10 minutes later a different lady gets on the phone not knowing I've been on hold waiting. She puts me back on hold and then answers again saying the other lady is busy with a customer. Um, what happened to me? Am I not a customer that you were helping?? Needless to say, not interested in this shop anyone. read more

I would like to take a moment to update my review. I did bring my vehicle back in and Sean, the General Manager/CEO, walked my vehicle with me and took note of the areas that needed addressed and fixed. He did hold true to his word and helped me out with a rental car. During the time that my vehicle was there, Sean was consistent with his communication to me and very thorough and detailed in explaining to me the processes that were taking place and the steps that still needed to be done. In my opinion Sean went above and beyond, going as far as to drive to the dealership I bought my Expedition from, test driving similar models and comparing components of the trim and sunroof, to ensure my vehicle was restored back to the brand new vehicle I had just purchased! Sam the owner, even came out and met with Sean to go over my vehicle and brainstorm how they could get everything back to perfect. Sean and Megara; the Marketing Manager; personally delivered my vehicle to Parker and went over the exterior that they had buffed and polished out any scratches, to the interior, while addressing in detail all the areas that they had fixed and how they fixed it. They really took the time to be sure everything was right and I was satisfied. It is unfortunate I was put into this situation and was truly unhappy, BUT... I appreciate them stepping up and making things right. I am 100% a believer that this is an amazing business and appreciate Sean and his staff! I am glad, I gave them the chance to fix things, they far exceeded my expectations! Thank you!!! read more

This is the worst auto body facility with extremely poor communication! They called three times that my truck was ready and each time parts were missing and the work still not done. I'm still discovering parts that were not put back that their lack of quality control missed. Not to mention that parts that were working are now not working after being in their shop. read more

In an update to my prior review I will share that the Mahnke Corporate team has worked hard to correct the errors of their Brighton shop. They have reached out personally, beginning very shortly after my initial post, and continued to follow up over the past week to get me re-scheduled at a shop of theirs that does facilitate the work needed on my truck. I have appreciated the obvious care that the Mahnke Corporation has taken to correct an error they've acknowledged they made and now look forward to hopefully having a good experience as it comes to their performance of work. read more

Horrible. I have called around 5-6 times to see if they have received some paperwork. I cannot even get a call back. Jessa didn't seem to interested in having another customer. She can't reply in email or a phone call. No thanks. Figure it out Gary. I will spend my money elsewhere. read more
