On February 27th, 2026, GM Danette Fernandez agreed to issue a reimbursement check for an unnecessary part their team advised me to buy. "A few weeks" turned into a promised "6-8 weeks," which has now turned into 10 weeks of excuses. Regional Manager Janelle Ryan has been zero help--giving vague 2-3 week extensions, dodging requests for actual mailing/tracking confirmation, and ignoring my final emails. Offering a gift card as a cop-out for a corporate delay is unacceptable. If you want a shop that communicates honestly and keeps its word, do not go to Caliber Collision. Caliber Collision's motto is "restoring the rhythm of your life," but their management team is completely out of sync. This has been a masterclass in giving a customer the runaround. Taking this to corporate next. This is just the tip of the iceberg. They are lucky I don't explain all the problems I had leading up to this. I highly suggest you stay away from this shop.

Thankful that they fixed the damage on my vehicle…read more However, when I picked up my vehicle today I was appalled that Sarah, my service advisor, asked me to lie on a survey. I had tried to pick up my vehicle earlier in the week and I was quite disappointed. The hood of my car was not aligned properly and there was still a dent in my passenger front door. She said something along the lines of " if you get a survey and it asks if you had to bring your vehicle back just say no." I looked at her and said "well that would be lying." She said "not really, you never actually left with your car the first time." Would not be having this convo in the first place if you all actually listened to your customers and didn't try to get away with half ass work. I would definitely look at some of the ethics in this issue. Asking a customer to lie to help them out?!? Really?!? On the bright side, after almost two weeks I got my car back.

We received a call yesterday asking if we opened an insurance claim. We told them that we plan to pay out of pocket for the expenses. The employee said he needed to ask his boss if it was ok. Immediately to me, that's a red flag. He comes back and says they ONLY work with insurance. We questioned what difference it would have made if we paid them vs insurance paid them, they gave some B.S. roundabout excuse. I believe this body shop ONLY works with insurance so that they can jack up the prices & likely bill for unnecessary things, so that they get paid more. Otherwise, they would have let us pay out of pocket. Beware of this body shop.

I've been using SVE for over a decade after my car(s) were hit from accidents…read more I wanted to give a very positive review based on their warranty work. Typically, when companies offer some sort of "lifetime" warranty, it's with so many strings attached that it's meaningless. My car was repaired 2.5 years ago and started developing rust spots by the fender. I made an appointment anxious if anything would be handled and the owner came out and within 10 months had me on the books to fully repaint and repair the side! No gaslighting or excuses that I "drove my car wrong" or something ridiculous that you see so often today. For this reason. I would highly recommend SVE based off the piece of mind. Thanks so much to the owner making things right!

I dropped in to SVE to see if they could do "rough out" touch-up job since I'm planning to sell/trade the car soon. It has been a VERY long time since I've had that kind of customer service from ANY company. SVE has earned a customer for life!

I was very appreciative they could get me in as quickly as possible due to my upcoming move, but the quality is absolutely horrific. I picked up my vehicle the evening before the movers were coming so I had no chance to inspect my vehicle or request they fix the issues. They had my vehicle for 4 weeks! My passenger rear door was struck and after the repairs it sounds like a wind tunnel in my vehicle now. My interior is jet black leather, but they installed the wrong colors. The door panel is not properly installed and are loose. I would swear the parts are not OEM and were acquired from second hand sources due to their appearance. The weatherstripping isn't attached, and won't connect to the door. Absolutely horrible work!

They claim it was because the $3,000 supplement they submitted didn't get approved by my insurance for four weeks, but they already had an approved repair estimate in their hands worth $16,000 that should have been started in that time. There was nothing in my contract stating that they wouldn't start repairs until a supplement was approved and the useless front-desk staff led me to believe that those original repairs had been started in that time. Because of this large delay, my rental car coverage of 50 days expired and I was forced to pay a grand total of $650 (plus $185 for tolls) out of my own pocket for the rental car for the last 3 weeks my car was still in the shop. I should also add that I finally had to go into the shop IN PERSON after those first five weeks to finally get answers because you can't get any over the phone, and that's when they showed me my car and I saw it had not been touched. The supplement had been approved a week earlier but they still hadn't started the repairs at this point. I tried to go above Traci and speak to corporate to see if they would at least reimburse me for half of the rental cost since it was their fault and they said they spoke with the owner who told them under NO circumstances will they reimburse for rental cars. I was originally quoted a timeline of 3-4 weeks and my car was there for 10 whole weeks in the end. The shop is blaming my insurance, my insurance is blaming the shop, and I got shafted with this HUGE payment when I did quite literally nothing wrong. These people are rude, slow, and have NO care for their customer at the end of the day. I got screwed over and all they will offer me is that they will "use this experience in future trainings with their staff". I will never come to this shop again and will warn everyone I know against it.

However, I'd…read morealready been to Schomp and Auto Nation Subaru for previous routine services and didn't like them at all so this was the next closest place... I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised! I was greeted, treated very nice (not like I was an inconvenience, like the other places I'd been). The place to drive my car in was easy to locate with signs and plenty of room to maneuver. Everything was clean and everyone seemed well organized. I was provided all the information I asked for, verbally and in writing, AND they even washed my car for me, before giving it back! All things that were not provided at other Subaru's around the Denver area. This is the kind of treatment I am used to and have come to expect from Subaru; glad I finally found one in the area that provides it. (I was previously in Northern Virginia where all of this is pretty standard). The story: I had an appointment, which I scheduled online, arrived and drove myself in and checked in with Joshua. He was very nice, actually read my online notes on what I wanted, told me it'd be an hour to an hour and a half (I had requested oil change, all fluids checked, and all systems inspection because my service contract was coming to an end soon and I wanted to ensure that no work was needed). We left and went for a walk around the neighborhood, came back about an hour later and sat in the waiting area. The waiting area is nice because it provides snacks and drinks (although I do wish something more interesting was on the TV's). Without having said anything that we were in there, Joshua came in and found me to give me an update on things. He must have seen us come back, which is nice that he was paying attention to that while busy with other customers too. My car did need an alignment which unfortunately took an additional hour (not sure why an alignment takes that long). Afterwards, Joshua came back and brought me out to explain everything. He even gave me an entire analysis write up they did on my car, which I never received from the other places either. Then pointed me to my car, which was brought inside, so I didn't have to wonder around outside looking for it; and it was even washed up for me. Finally, a Subaru that takes care of their customers! I will mention that the only reason I didn't give this a 5 star is because it took over 2 hours to do this work, which in my experience is excessive for someone who made an appointment and didn't just drop it off in the morning to have done anytime during the day. Normally this would be a lot more irritating as a I value my time, but this inconvenience was easy to overlook, given how well I was treated.
