I'll admit, I usually prefer a stronger, coffee-forward roast, so this was a nice change of pace and a coffee bean I've never experienced before. The flavor was refined, balanced, and surprisingly good. I originally wanted a cold brew, but since they didn't have one, I opted for an Americano (I know, I know... why order an Americano?). To my surprise, it wasn't watered down at all. It was smooth, flavorful, and absolutely delicious from the first sip to the last.
