They also have parking available on the other side of the building in a garage, though the process is a little funky and you have to buzz in through the call screen to open the door. They primarily sell loose leaf teas, desserts for dine in, and teapots / teacups. My partner and I both went for the 3 taste sampler of different tea varieties, which is a novel experience but the price is kinda bonkers at 35 bucks. We tried the Creamy Rock Oolong and the Highly Aromatic Oolong; personally I preferred the creamy rock which was a little less dry / less tannins. Overall, I found the Nitro to just taste more watered down and the novelty wasn't really worth getting the experience over a traditional Kung fu tea. Where this place shines though really is the service. The cashier brewed up two extra samples and I found the Yaan Snow Jasmine to be the best of the teas I had that day; almost crisp mouthfeel and super fragrant. I ended up purchasing a box and they also have sample sets that make for excellent gifts.

Flower tea - Royal chrysanthemum. Flower tea had very delicate flavor. I could taste light floral flavor and it was easy to drink. Presentation was beautiful. Highlight was tea flight. Tea was black tea, and each method made the same tea different flavor. Regular brewed tea was crisp and nice. Tea latte was creamy and bold. And nitro was amazingly sweet, smooth and delicious. Service was friendly and helpful. Staff explained a lot of detail of tea origin and how to brew tea. Overall, it was another great experience. I would like to visit here again.

The kale with chia was so refreshing, and the milk tea was just as delicious. You can tell the boba was fresh, it wasn't hard to where you can choke. It was made just right. My sister said "oh, we have Heytea in OC, so we'll pass." Pfft, she missed out! We got 2 brown sugar milk teas and 3 coconut mango booms... all with reduced sugar. THEY WERE A HIT AND HIT THE SPOT! First, everything was so fresh. Holy moly, you could just taste it all. I'm not a foodie and food is just calories to me - means to an end. When I get a nice drink like this, I usually gulp it down and cannot understand why my wife takes 2-3 hours to drink a similar drink. HOWEVER, I took my time over the next 2 hours to enjoy it! I absolutely loved the hint of tea in my mango drink. Wow, that's all I can say. Second, the place is newer and the ambiance is so purposeful, clean, professional, and uplifting. They really put the tea up-front-and-center... a nice homage to the heart and soul of "tea parlors" from long ago. We would, hands-down, recommend the place and would go again.

I love the crocheted items. They are so cute. We ordered a Baiko Matcha and a Pink Lychee. Both drinks were enjoyable but I honestly didn't taste much Lychee in my drink. I tasted mostly Strawberry in it. I think I would probably choose some kind of tea beverage next time. After all, with a name like Teaspoons & Co., I guess they would excel in making tea rather than a fruity drink like Pin Lychee. I love the selection of goods on their shelves. Passionfruit Syrup and Wintermelon Syrup both caught my eye. The Wintermelon Syrup I found to be especially unique. I have definitely never come across Wintermelong Syrup in a store before. I was very tempted to buy one of them but in the end, ended up restraining myself. Might buy one next time though.

The closest locations for me are Vancouver or LA, so whenever I get the chance to go, I HAVE to get my favorite Kyoto Latte again. I love the condensed milk flavor at the bottom because it gives the drink that slight sweetness without being too sweet. I substituted oat milk this time and it paired so perfectly with the latte. And can we talk about the latte art?! The barista made it SO pretty I almost didn't want to drink it. I seriously need a % Arabica in Seattle immediately because I would be there all the time.

The coffee has an incredibly smooth, soft, almost umami-like flavor that's unlike the bold, bitter taste many people are used to. I'll admit, I usually prefer a stronger, coffee-forward roast, so this was a nice change of pace and a coffee bean I've never experienced before. The flavor was refined, balanced, and surprisingly good. I originally wanted a cold brew, but since they didn't have one, I opted for an Americano (I know, I know... why order an Americano?). To my surprise, it wasn't watered down at all. It was smooth, flavorful, and absolutely delicious from the first sip to the last. If you're looking for an intense caffeine kick, add an extra espresso shot or two--problem solved. Otherwise, sit back and enjoy something a little different. This place is proof that great coffee doesn't have to be loud to make an impression.
