I came early at 08:30am, ordering an iced Capp and a cookie. I was supposed to get 200 points with the recent app offer. After paying and scanning the mobile app at the cashier till, the points didn't show up. I think something was wrong with their scanners. I felt disappointed. The cookie and drink were delicious, I had no complaints. Staff were quick and friendly. I ordered again, this time was directly from my mobile app. Everything showed up with a receipt as shown here. I confirmed that my phone was working fine. I hope their staff would at least making sure that the app scanner worked properly each time the customers used their app. It only takes a second. read more

My first Tim Horton visit! It was close to our hotel and needed a quick caffeine fix. It was 8am and we didn't have many options that we could walk to. Loved the drip coffee! Got the sausage, egg & cheese breakfast sandwich too. My son got the iced toasted hazelnut cold brew which he enjoyed! His donut - not so much! Before he threw away about half of it, I had a bite and it was too dense and dry. No wonder he didn't like it. If we hit another Timmies, we'll stick to the drinks. Service was fast here! read more

So what's the hype with this place?? Service was definitely lacking. The timbits (doughnut holes) were okay. I wouldn't wait in the long lines to order it again. The iced coffee was meh. read more

Went twice to Tim's Horton. Both different location to see if it was the store but apparently it was as a whole. First time we had to wait 15 because the chicken was ready in my cilantro lime bowl. 2nd time was they ran out of fries for the night and it was only 6pm. I wouldn't try them again ruined my experience. read more

Came here for a coffee fix a little after arriving to YVR since there was a long day ahead. This was my first trip to Vancouver, so I wasn't sure what to expect in terms of service or quality of food/drinks bought at Tim Hortons. My boyfriend and I ordered the hazelnut cold brew and the tiramisu cold brew; I really enjoyed the tiramisu cold brew because it wasn't too sweet and had a light taste to the tiramisu flavor. The service here was terrible though - when we pulled up to the drive thru and asked for a little more time to confirm our orders/considerations with each other, whoever was manning taking orders was very rude about it and didn't even give us 2 seconds to discuss. We ended up rushing it since the employee was impatient. It was a terrible first impression for me as a customer to be honest. Other than that, everything else was decent. read more

This is a Canadian chain and from past experiences of Canadian chains, they are far better than American counterparts, and this is no exception. Tim Hortons is everywhere - and they are known for the Timbits and coffee, though the coffee itself is pretty regular and nothing too special. For the price, it is quite dangerous because I could theoretically go here daily for breakfast and not break my wallet at all - for example, an original blend coffee (opted for cream and half sugar) with 10 pieces of Timbits is 5CAD total. Service is pretty quick, though a little bit incompetent as I had to repeat my coffee preference of cream and sugar at least 3 times as they didn't seem to listen, but I got what I wanted. read more

OUTSTANDING; drool! Freshness, not too sweet & full of "flavor" donuts. Good reason to cross the border for sure.

This was my first time at Tim Hortons! It also was during the Justin Bieber collab with Tim Hortons. We ordered the bite-sized Timbits donuts, a Boston cream donut, and drinks. It wasn't busy when we went through the drive thru. Everything went by pretty smoothly and quickly. Next time I'm in Canada and need a coffee or donut fix, I would definitely come back to a Tim Hortons near me. read more

Tim Hortons - a hand holding a cup of iced coffee - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Richmond, British Columbia

This is not the first time I've ordered from the drive-thru at this branch and received the wrong items. Instead of apologizing, their rude and disrespectful behavior makes the experience even more unpleasant. The management is weak, and the staff at this location are impolite and unprofessional. read more

Another 1st review. Yay! Just like most other locations (as expected), except this one has a decent-sized parking lot, and also a very large seating area with a solarium, which also gives you a great view of No.3 Road. read more

Lousy service. Staff makes fun of customers. Cannot keep up with line of customers. Only one order station open most of the time.

Observed on the shuttle ride from the airport to our hotel. "Wow, there's Tim Hortons everywhere. Must be the like the McD's back home" Me- "I think I've heard of this chain. Something about their coffee." Hey! There was one right across the street from our hotel. Started off every morning with a visit. Tried their pumpkin spiced latte and it was pretty good! The hubby had Canadian bacon breakfast sandwiches that he said were good. I just went with their yogurt fruit cups & mini-strudels (3 for 50cents with a beverage purchase) instead. Pretty good way to start off our days. Gotta admit that it's a step up from our usual fast food chains back home. read more

Tim Hortons - Great coffee & pumpkin spice latte. Hype was real. Went every morning! - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Richmond, British Columbia

If giving out NEGATIVE STARS were possible this one gets a full NEGATIVE 5 Stars! This location ran out of the core ingredients for a morning breakfast rush on a Sunday. Wasn't advised by any employees that were making the orders that they had run out of several ingredients until I had placed my order with the, less than, subpar cashier who was absolutely awful at taking orders! Once we had our "orders", they messed one order up completely and my particular order was so bad that after 2 bites, I started feeling sick! AVOID THIS LOCATION unless you want to spend your hard earned money only to throw it all up! read more

"I'm at the most Canadian place in the universe - Tim Hortons." - Robin Scherbatsky, How I Met Your Mother Being in the US, I had never heard of Tim Hortons until I saw it mentioned on the show How I Met Your Mother (HIMYM). Come to find out, a couple of my friends have been to one before and raved about it to me AFTER the fact. I ordered a regular iced coffee and a Chocolate Dip donut. While the iced coffee seemed kind of watered down and bland, I absolutely loved the donut. This Tim Hortons location is pretty big with plenty of seating. Granted, I don't know how the other ones are. There were people sitting there chatting it up or just hung out with their coffee and newspaper. Oh and I definitely appreciated having free wifi since my phone was basically useless in Canada. While I didn't necessarily like the iced coffee, I am willing to give it another chance! read more

A Culture Gem if I have ever seen one. This Time Hortons dining is a holding pen of what is great about Canada around the location. Richmond has become a wonderfully diverse place with people born in Hong Kong or Beijing sitting next to people born in Dubai or Kabul sitting next to guy born in NYC all enjoying a coffee and maybe something sweet. I found my visit enjoyable the coffee is fine the Tim-Bit was a break of sweetness for my mouth. The Vibe in the dinning area is peaceful and hopeful that Sunday morning with people taking a break in this great country we call Canada. read more

Came here around 1pm. Ordered 2 coffees and a chicken sandwich. While waiting for my order I witnessed a younger individual go back to explain that he requested his 2 sandwiches without cheese. The cashier argued with him claiming "My GAWD youuu did not sayyyy" When she told her coworker to remake the sandwiches. The coworker responded with "Da hell. Why are you so picky its just cheese". Maybe they haven't heard of people who are lactose intolerant? The chicken sandwich I ordered was ice cold. As for the coffee it was fine. read more

I only remembered that she put the sleeves on for me（which they never actually do）and handed the cups to me then shut the window. Same thing happened two weeks ago，that day I remembered to ask. Tim Hortons - I hope she gets two doughnuts to gain more weight. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Richmond, British Columbia

Maple dip & Maple swirl? Can't remember the exact donuts I got, but they were pretty good, but definitely on the sweeter side. I'm not sure what's the most famous thing that Tim Horton's offers, but I figured it'd be worth picking up two different donuts to try. Definitely has friendly staff and seems like a great place to hangout while enjoying coffee and sweets. read more

I only come here for their soup and sandwiches. I absolutely love their cream of broccoli, cream of mushroom and chicken soup! Their baguette sandwiches are the bomb! doesn't matter which one! their all pretty tasty. Oh and the best part is, i see them making my food so i know what goes in there! "Hey Fritz, how about the doughnuts?" .... Sorry, there are other great places that make a far better doughnut than Timmy Ho's.. (are you with me people??!!) I was sooo excited for my second visit to Tim Hortons. My first visit was a great experience at a different location. My hopes were high for a repeat experience only to be disappointed by the TERRIBLE customer service at this location. They got our order wrong then wanted to challenge the order. They are advertising this Mexican Chipotle soup everywhere. They "had some in the back" and said they were out. The staff seemed surprised that they were "out." We ate our sandwiches and passed on the yummy pastries since the service was horrid. Moving on to the next one. PASS this TIM HORTONS they are not a good rep of the chain. P.S. They are also low on ice. read more

Horrible service at drive through. Ordered one mid size hot chocolate and one large size iced coffee. Somehow got a large size iced mocha. It is one of those days where you just want to get yourself a breakfast sandwich and hash browns with coffee because you forgotten to make your own breakfast or you just love to support the Toronto Maple Leafs. (Tim Hortons was actually a Maple Leaf player in case you did not know.) Anyways to summarize this review, I basically went in and ordered myself a sandwich with hash browns and coffee. It tasted like a breakfast that you wish you would think to yourself that you can make a way better quality version of it. Why isn't there a Tim Hortons in Seattle?! I ordered their hot mocha and it was soo good. The after taste was like a haszelnutty with a dash of cinnamon and it made me all warm and fuzzy inside :) I also had their donut holes and, of course, it was also gooood. They also have free wifi which is great if your cell phone does not work out of country. I gave this 4/5 stars for their service. There was this lady in front of me who took her sweet time picking donuts, then later changed her mind about the type of donuts. The cashier had to cancel the transaction, so she called her supervisor and whispered to his ear that "this lady is crazy" and then proceeded to giggling like a little school girl. Well, if you are going to mouth off someone like that do it with your back turn so that no one can READ your lips. What kind of service is that? I felt sorry for this lady. It was probably her first time in Tim Hortons, too :/ read more

Quite the opposite of my late Tim Horton's visit. Not that I go to Timmy's often. Got their Steak and Cheese sandwich combo with their new Mexican chipotle soup. The service was minimal but wasn't expecting much anyways. read more

This location has a very hard worker manager and staff are very clean and friendly. Recommended with confidence.

If I didn't have to give this Tim Hortons a star, I wouldn't. I frequently visit this Tim Hortons simply due to location (my daughter dances near by so we go inside for coffee for the hour she is in class). It's filthy. Every single week I go, it looks as if it has never been cleaned. There's food everywhere on the floors. The tables are always sticky. There's been several drug deals that happen outside and inside the restaurant. There's a man that lingers around who swears at customers, is weird with the staff and leaves his bike for everyone to fall over inside. He lights his cigarettes inside the restaurant before heading outside. I've been going here for at least a year, and it's been the same every single time. This location needs a lot of attention to make it better and safer for the customers. read more

This location is the worst run Tim Hortons in the general Vancouver area. I have yet to have an order carried out correctly. The last time I was there they added bacon to my turkey sandwich which not what I ordered. And then tried to just take it off. This time I requested a Cinnamon Raisin bagel. First they told me that they were out (but I could see two of them sitting in the "production" area). When I finally received my order I left the store and finished the first bagel (which was good) but the second bagel was a sesame bagel not a cinnamon raisin bagel. This location seriously needs to review its operations. The staff are too busy chatting away with each other. There is also a very unprofessional atmosphere at this locations. The staff members were all speaking in Punjabi (which in itself is not an issue, plus I understand the language) but there was one staff member who for sure does not understand that language and I felt very sorry for that person. Very workplace I have been in requires you to speak in English when dealing with customers or in front of customers unless they in assistance in another language. This make the customer feel welcome and comfortable that the staff are not speaking about them. As I am writing this I decided to eat the Raspberry Donut - NO FILLING!!!!!! Avoid this location is you can. Worst location ever. read more
