I came early at 08:30am, ordering an iced Capp and a cookie. I was supposed to get 200 points with the recent app offer. After paying and scanning the mobile app at the cashier till, the points didn't show up. I think something was wrong with their scanners. I felt disappointed. The cookie and drink were delicious, I had no complaints. Staff were quick and friendly. I ordered again, this time was directly from my mobile app. Everything showed up with a receipt as shown here. I confirmed that my phone was working fine. I hope their staff would at least making sure that the app scanner worked properly each time the customers used their app. It only takes a second. read more

My first Tim Horton visit! It was close to our hotel and needed a quick caffeine fix. It was 8am and we didn't have many options that we could walk to. Loved the drip coffee! Got the sausage, egg & cheese breakfast sandwich too. My son got the iced toasted hazelnut cold brew which he enjoyed! His donut - not so much! Before he threw away about half of it, I had a bite and it was too dense and dry. No wonder he didn't like it. If we hit another Timmies, we'll stick to the drinks. Service was fast here! read more

Went twice to Tim's Horton. Both different location to see if it was the store but apparently it was as a whole. First time we had to wait 15 because the chicken was ready in my cilantro lime bowl. 2nd time was they ran out of fries for the night and it was only 6pm. Came here for a coffee fix a little after arriving to YVR since there was a long day ahead. This was my first trip to Vancouver, so I wasn't sure what to expect in terms of service or quality of food/drinks bought at Tim Hortons. My boyfriend and I ordered the hazelnut cold brew and the tiramisu cold brew; I really enjoyed the tiramisu cold brew because it wasn't too sweet and had a light taste to the tiramisu flavor. The service here was terrible though - when we pulled up to the drive thru and asked for a little more time to confirm our orders/considerations with each other, whoever was manning taking orders was very rude about it and didn't even give us 2 seconds to discuss. This is a Canadian chain and from past experiences of Canadian chains, they are far better than American counterparts, and this is no exception. Tim Hortons is everywhere - and they are known for the Timbits and coffee, though the coffee itself is pretty regular and nothing too special. For the price, it is quite dangerous because I could theoretically go here daily for breakfast and not break my wallet at all - for example, an original blend coffee (opted for cream and half sugar) with 10 pieces of Timbits is 5CAD total. Service is pretty quick, though a little bit incompetent as I had to repeat my coffee preference of cream and sugar at least 3 times as they didn't seem to listen, but I got what I wanted. read more

Wasn't advised by any employees that were making the orders that they had run out of several ingredients until I had placed my order with the, less than, subpar cashier who was absolutely awful at taking orders! Come to find out, a couple of my friends have been to one before and raved about it to me AFTER the fact. I ordered a regular iced coffee and a Chocolate Dip donut. While the iced coffee seemed kind of watered down and bland, I absolutely loved the donut. This Tim Hortons location is pretty big with plenty of seating. Granted, I don't know how the other ones are. There were people sitting there chatting it up or just hung out with their coffee and newspaper. Watch Out! They take your roll up the rim cups at the drive through window! Today is March 25th and I know the roll up the rim is still on! I ordered a XL & Large coffees. They couldnt have ran out of cups becuz on my way out of the drive thru，I saw a dozen of ppl have the roll up cups! A Culture Gem if I have ever seen one. This Time Hortons dining is a holding pen of what is great about Canada around the location. Richmond has become a wonderfully diverse place with people born in Hong Kong or Beijing sitting next to people born in Dubai or Kabul sitting next to guy born in NYC all enjoying a coffee and maybe something sweet. I was sooo excited for my second visit to Tim Hortons. My first visit was a great experience at a different location. My hopes were high for a repeat experience only to be disappointed by the TERRIBLE customer service at this location. They got our order wrong then wanted to challenge the order. They are advertising this Mexican Chipotle soup everywhere. They "had some in the back" and said they were out. The staff seemed surprised that they were "out." It is one of those days where you just want to get yourself a breakfast sandwich and hash browns with coffee because you forgotten to make your own breakfast or you just love to support the Toronto Maple Leafs. Why isn't there a Tim Hortons in Seattle?! I ordered their hot mocha and it was soo good. The after taste was like a haszelnutty with a dash of cinnamon and it made me all warm and fuzzy inside :) I also had their donut holes and, of course, it was also gooood. They also have free wifi which is great if your cell phone does not work out of country. I gave this 4/5 stars for their service. There was this lady in front of me who took her sweet time picking donuts, then later changed her mind about the type of donuts. The cashier had to cancel the transaction, so she called her supervisor and whispered to his ear that "this lady is crazy" and then proceeded to giggling like a little school girl. Quite the opposite of my late Tim Horton's visit. Not that I go to Timmy's often. Got their Steak and Cheese sandwich combo with their new Mexican chipotle soup. If I didn't have to give this Tim Hortons a star, I wouldn't. I frequently visit this Tim Hortons simply due to location (my daughter dances near by so we go inside for coffee for the hour she is in class). It's filthy. Every single week I go, it looks as if it has never been cleaned. There's food everywhere on the floors. The tables are always sticky. There's been several drug deals that happen outside and inside the restaurant. There's a man that lingers around who swears at customers, is weird with the staff and leaves his bike for everyone to fall over inside. He lights his cigarettes inside the restaurant before heading outside. I've been going here for at least a year, and it's been the same every single time. This location is the worst run Tim Hortons in the general Vancouver area. I have yet to have an order carried out correctly. The last time I was there they added bacon to my turkey sandwich which not what I ordered. And then tried to just take it off. This time I requested a Cinnamon Raisin bagel. First they told me that they were out (but I could see two of them sitting in the "production" area). When I finally received my order I left the store and finished the first bagel (which was good) but the second bagel was a sesame bagel not a cinnamon raisin bagel. This location seriously needs to review its operations. The staff are too busy chatting away with each other. There is also a very unprofessional atmosphere at this locations. The staff members were all speaking in Punjabi (which in itself is not an issue, plus I understand the language) but there was one staff member who for sure does not understand that language and I felt very sorry for that person. Very workplace I have been in requires you to speak in English when dealing with customers or in front of customers unless they in assistance in another language. This make the customer feel welcome and comfortable that the staff are not speaking about them. As I am writing this I decided to eat the Raspberry Donut - NO FILLING!!!!!!
