Before leaving Canada, we had to make one last stop at the beloved Tim Hortons! This location sits right near the international departures terminal. There was a short line of travelers grabbing their final Tim Hortons fix, and with only one worker that morning, the wait was a bit longer--but still totally reasonable. There are a few tables, but given its airport setting, it's primarily a grab-and-go spot. - Iced Latte -- simple shot of espresso over cold milk; I opted for no syrup and it made for a clean, refreshing midday caffeine kick - Honey Cruller -- light, airy, beautifully honey-glazed; perfectly fried and not too heavy, my first time trying a cruller and I loved it Once we placed our order, service was quick. Ambience is standard airport vibes--wasn't too busy when we went, though I'm sure it fluctuates depending on flight schedules since it's tucked between multiple gates. Overall, this location isn't as modern or spacious as the Bridgeport Road Tim Hortons, but it definitely hits the spot for one last Tim Hortons craving before heading out of Canada!
4 stars I used to come to Vancouver a couple times a year when I was still living in Seattle, but I've never stopped by a Tim Horton because the promise of good Dim Sum was more appealing. But now that I have the time to chill out at the airport, I've decided to grab these 2 pastries to try: Red Pepper & Swiss ($3.49 CAD): subtle red pepper & swiss flavors. Not too overwhelming. The spread is quite nice and the croissant is soft and pillowy. It doesn't flake like a croissant, so it's easy to eat grab-n-go style. 4/5 stars Garlic & Herb ($3.49 CAD): another croissant-like pastry that flakes a tiny bit. The caged top is crunchy & the butter really stands out. The center has the highest concentration of the garlic herb cream. Garlic flavor is great! But it's almost too rich for me. Would probably like it more if it was spread out a bit. 4/5 stars Really solid savory pastries all around. The price is super affordable for an airport, too. I can see why it's so popular. Would definitely visit a Tim Horton's restaurant the next time I'm in Canada.
I'm glad I tried Tim Hortons before leaving Canada, I always forget to go when I'm here! The Honey Culler, was the best doughnut by far! The cookie wasn't that bad, but drink was very good. Most of the other doughnut were pretty basic, so I would stick with that you like or go with the Honey Culler. The service was fast, and the ambiance was okay. Definitely worth checking out Tim Hortons, even if it's at the airport, haha.
Craved for a sweet treat after lunch while waiting for layover in YVR. Employee was very helpful with the selections. Ordered a dozen or 12 pcs Timbits in three flavors: strawberry jelly, glazed, and yellow cake donut. Ranged from lightest to heaviest in taste. Timbits were soft, easy to pop in your mouth or consume half just to see the filling inside. Goes well with milk and/or coffee. There are a few chairs with a long table available for seating.
This was the first food spot I found when I was wandering after going through international customs upon arriving at YVR. I love Tim Hortons' bacon farmer's wraps and this one did not disappoint! The employee who helped me was also very knowledgeable, providing drink recommendations based on what I was looking for. He even went above and beyond to point me in the direction of the Observation Area. I wish I caught his name to be able to shout him out in this kudos! Overall a delicious farmer's wrap and refreshing blackberry sparkling quencher! My only suggestion would be to add some signage that points people to the store - I only came across it because I happened to wander in that direction. I feel like some people who aren't familiar with the airport might appreciate signage to inform them that there is a Tim Horton's on that level, in addition to the others in the terminal.
Ordered a chicken sandwich on white bread. It was decent for a fast food chain at an airport. Can't complain. Ate the whole thing since I was hungry! My friend ordered a latte and it was way too sweet for her..couldn't drink it.
Line was long so it was understandable that they needed extra time. But when the order came, they forgot to make our coffee. After receiving our coffee, we found there was a fly in one of our donuts. With the line being long, we just tosseed the donut but overall experience was not the best.
First time trying Tim Horton's in Canada! This place came highly recommended and said it's very similar to Starbucks. Had a layover flight in Vancouver Airport so stopped by here. Ordered the hot coffee and blueberry muffin. Coffee tasted meh and didn't have any flavor. The blueberry muffin was hard and not good as well. Service was awful at this location. The staff felt like they didn't even want to be there. They ran out of a lot of items on their menu. Will need to stop by a different Tim Horton's location next time I'm in Canada.
Not clear what location this is referring to. This airport has a lot of Timmie's and I visited two of them. Tim's Pre-Security in the International Terminal - did you just land in Canada and need a first hit of Timmie's? Or are you picking someone up and they're delayed and you need some caffeine to get excited to see them? In either case, this location has you covered. Unfortunately, the line moved pretty slow, but you still get five-star Tim's food when your order is called. Tim's Post-Customs in U.S Departures - need to import Timbits to the states? This Timmies has you covered. Unfortunately, as there aren't many other food spots in this part of the airport, the line is a bit of a monster. The three-person team at the register was doing all they can, but made-to-order sandwiches take time and the line is even slower than the other Tim's! Both of these locations were understaffed but had nice hard working folks keeping airport patrons' morale high. Thanks Tim!
The location didn't have the advertised drinks and there was something floating g in my drink, the cashier just removed it with an ice scope and threw it back at the ice container...not sure how that was acceptable to her....my son found another item floating in o e of the drinks not sure what it was but hopefully it doesn't get him sick as it was noticed after he was done 80% done with it as it was caught at the lid. So dissapointing experience. He ordered it the Hibiscus quencher...I am worry sick as I hope it was not a item that could get him sick after all.
I always have to hit this place when i go to Canada as we don't have in California. I had a nice hot French Vanilla coffee and a maple donut! Also ordered the bacon and turkey sandwich. All was so yummy! Hope to be up to visit again soon!!!
Got a bunch of stuff at the airport! - Pepperoni Pizza - 7.5/10 it does it's job, reminds me of Subway's Flatizza. - Cheese Croissant - 6/10 - A croissant with a tiny bit of cheese on it... - Sesame Bagel - 7/10 - Is what it is - Pecan/Butter Tart - 8/10 - Yum! Could use more Pecans though! - Timbits - Honey & Plain - 7/10, Chocolate 8/10, Golden Snitch 6/10 - All good/average donut holes, but yay for cute HP themed packaging! - Passion Peach Drink -- 10/10 -- this is super yummy! If your in Canada then you know Tim Hortons. They are a staple and a must stop. Stopped here in the airport and grabbed some coffee but if you want a treat try their Timbits! You'll be glad you did. This airport has it going on. read more
My husband and I were flying home from Vancouver and wanted to grab a quick snack before we boarded the airplane. We stopped at Tim Hortons. I ordered a Crispy Chicken Wrap and Potato Wedges. The Chicken Wrap was okay, but the Potato Wedges were fabulous! I was so busy shoving them in my mouth, that I forgot to take a pic. They were like a thick cut French fry that was really crispy. I loved them! I've never had anything quite like them here in the US. If I'm ever in Vancouver again, I will definitely stop at Tim Hortons for those delicious Potato Wedges! read more

Anytime I'm in Canada, I always have to stop by Tim Horton's. This location is inside the YVR / Vancouver Airport. I usually get one of their coffees and a donut. It's not the best but it always brings me back to my first visit to Canada. So it's more nostalgic than anything really... and now traditional, in a sense. There's a lot of foot traffic here so you're bound to wait in a line. It definitely helped pass time since I had a 4-hour layover. I wouldn't suggest coming here if you have a short turn-around time to get to your next gate... there are other stands worth picking up a snack. read more

Its a nice little corner spot to get my coffee rations before my flight. The place is definitely super nice. It's clean, well lit and the staff is amazing. Such a pleasure to get coffee here. I was looking for meal before the flight and inflight snack same time because my US flight has no meal service. I'm glad to find Timmy at this location. Very convenient and affordable. Point card is acceptable too. read more
Tim Horton's is standard, generic, probably uses processed everything (eggs on sandwich were questionable) food, but I liked it and thought it was a good option for airplane food. I ordered a breakfast biscuit with bacon and seasoned eggs ($3 something Canadian currency) and a turkey bacon club ($5.19 Canadian currency). Both held up really well on our trip home. They weren't exactly exciting food options, but they were palatable and easy enough to eat. My family shared the two sandwiches and it was enough to hold us over until we got home. I would equate Tim Horton's to McDonald's - they kinda serve up everything (breakfast, lunch, dinner etc). The quality is okay, BUT, it is exactly what you expect for this price tag. If you have a long trek home, I would recommend you getting something to go for your flight. read more
Much more popular in Canada than Starbucks. I was a bit reluctant to try Tim Hortons because my friend told me that they don't have the best coffee. He was right. Not to mention, the same week that I was in Vancouver was when the video surfaced...where that woman threw her POOOOOOOOOO at Tim Hortons staff. I did have the Breakfast English Muffin. It was okay, but not the best. The iced coffee was pretty weak. The orders come out very quickly. I'm pretty sure they're all premade and waiting. Lot of foot traffic coming through. read more

Tim hortons is very popular in Canada and can be found almost everywhere. This Tim hortons is located in the airport at the bottom of the escalators. The line is very long because there are constantly people arriving at the airport. They only have 2 registers which makes it difficult to get your order in. However once your order is placed you get it right away. Any donuts that are ordered are made right there and then the hot food is brought out a couple minutes later. They have many different sandwiches and also donuts. Very good. They have a timbits special right now that if you purchase 10 after 1 pm it's only $1 when you purchase a beverage. Timbits are small donuts holes that come in different flavors and glazes. Prices are very reasonable for the airport. read more

There are Tim Hortons everywhere and we cannot get enough. There's one right outside our hotel room in downtown Vancouver. At the airport, there are 2 within shouting distance from one another. We love their donuts. We're packing 6 TH Hot Cocoa cans. One for ourselves and the rest as gifts. The Hot Cocoa is the best. We wish they have Tim Hortons in Boston! read more
What is that long line for? Out of all the food spots at the Vancouver airport there was one that stood out because of the amount of folks all lined up. Which place was this? No other than Tim Horton's! Ever since I got to Vancouver I had this place on my bookmarks and I was so happy to see one at the airport. I stopped by before my flight to try Tim Horton's for a late breakfast. I got a egg sandwich biscuit with sausage combo with hash browns and a cappuccino. It was $3.26 for the sandwich and hasbrowns and $2.00 for the cappucino. I also got some Canadian maple donuts for my cousin and myself for later. Donuts are 99 cents. I was pleasantly surprised at how fair the prices were. Considering this is at the airport and considering how popular Tim Horton's is, I thought it was pretty good prices! Both the breakfast sandwich and the donut later were delicious. It's typical breakfast fare but it is good. It was nice to try out a little taste of Canadian fast food. Out of all the things I tried the Canadian maple donuts and the cappuccino were the best! read more
