This is a Canadian chain and from past experiences of Canadian chains, they are far better than American counterparts, and this is no exception. Tim Hortons is everywhere - and they are known for the Timbits and coffee, though the coffee itself is pretty regular and nothing too special. For the price, it is quite dangerous because I could theoretically go here daily for breakfast and not break my wallet at all - for example, an original blend coffee (opted for cream and half sugar) with 10 pieces of Timbits is 5CAD total. Service is pretty quick, though a little bit incompetent as I had to repeat my coffee preference of cream and sugar at least 3 times as they didn't seem to listen, but I got what I wanted.

This was my first time at Tim Hortons! It also was during the Justin Bieber collab with Tim Hortons. We ordered the bite-sized Timbits donuts, a Boston cream donut, and drinks. It wasn't busy when we went through the drive thru. Everything went by pretty smoothly and quickly. Next time I'm in Canada and need a coffee or donut fix, I would definitely come back to a Tim Hortons near me.

Timmies Donuts, 1 of my guilty pleasures in life but it's the 1st time I've had their Easter Dream Donut. Love the combo of frosting, mini eggs and whipped cream

Another 1st review. Yay! Just like most other locations (as expected), except this one has a decent-sized parking lot, and also a very large seating area with a solarium, which also gives you a great view of No.3 Road.

Great coffee & pumpkin spice latte. Hype was real. Went every morning!

Observed on the shuttle ride from the airport to our hotel. "Wow, there's Tim Hortons everywhere. Must be the like the McD's back home" Me- "I think I've heard of this chain. Something about their coffee." Hey! There was one right across the street from our hotel. Started off every morning with a visit. Tried their pumpkin spiced latte and it was pretty good! The hubby had Canadian bacon breakfast sandwiches that he said were good. I just went with their yogurt fruit cups & mini-strudels (3 for 50cents with a beverage purchase) instead. Pretty good way to start off our days. Gotta admit that it's a step up from our usual fast food chains back home.

I always made appointments with friends and clients there. It's a good place to have a cup of coffee and some desserts.

I discovered this bakery more than 10 years ago. The first time I tried their pumpkin toast bread,…read morepork floss toast bread, and taro toast bread, it was a memorable experience with these amazing breads. Since their shop opened, I have found similar types of Chinese bread in other shops; however, I have never changed my opinion that this shop offers one of the best Chinese bakeries in the Lower Mainland. I visited this bakery again and tried the chocolate bread this time. It seems to be a new product. It was another amazing one. The chocolate sponge on the outside was very fluffy and soft, and the bread inside was chewy and soft. It seems they might use rice flour or something similar. Anyway, I was amazed by their products again. Their signature items, such as pumpkin bread, taro bread, and pork floss bread, are a must-try. The bread's texture is so soft and chewy, and the fillings are perfectly balanced. Compared to before, the prices have increased a bit; however, their bread is worth trying if you have a chance to visit Richmond.

The peanuts were highly rated but it was ok for my family and I. It is on the sweeter side. Not bad but not my favorite. Note, they are not open on Sunday and Thursday.

There's a many Pine House Bakeries around BC but this is the one I've been searching for. We went…read moreto another Pine House Bakery but in Vancouver to look for the Chinese Cookies, also known as Phoenix Cookie or 鸡仔饼, but didn't have the taste I was looking for. I guess there might be different owners and chefs for each of these bakeries. There's different style and ways folks make the 鸡仔饼 but this specific location makes it super well vs others. The flavor is different, and I use this one to compare to others. They also have other pastries and goods like a pineapple bbq pork bun, pineapple custard bun, cakes, etc. This location is located inside Parker Place, and with lots of other small shops and restaurants. Lots of parking too.

*THIS REVIEW IS SOLEY FOR THEIR CHINESE COOKIES*…read more I only come here for one thing and one thing only: Chinese cookies. They reign supreme! I never had this type of cookie ever in my entire life. One of my sisters in law introduced it to me about maybe 13-14 years ago and we haven't stopped coming here ever since. It's a must try! I don't know what's in this magical cookie, but it's sweet and savory with hits of umami. It's definitely giving lap cheong essence and we're here for it. Yum! Wish I had some rn as I type up this review. Whoever reads this please go get some and enjoy it for me! *cries in seattle*

Also compared it with a few other changfen/rice roll places in Richmond and we still loved this one the most, especially at this price point ($7.50 cad with egg added) The changfen isn't in very distinct strips because it hasn't had time to cool down and take shape, but I didn't mind. There's also a little table to sit at and the chili oil is SO GOOD OH MY GOD AND you MUST add an egg It's also super sweet how they're always really excited when we mention that we always stop by when we come up from Seattle :,) HARMONY BAKERY MY GOAT

I got the beef rice noodle roll and added egg for a $1 surcharge, total $7 CAD. What a bargain when other popular rice noodle rolls are approaching $10 CAD. They make each order fresh so it was steaming hot when I got my order. The soy sauce is prepackaged as this is primarily a takeout spot with just 5 seats in a small table (communal). However, we were able to find a spot and enjoyed the dish in the store. The rice noodle roll was really solid - they're not mushy like other places and they are easy to take apart. The soy sauce complements well with the dish and the beef is quite flavorful. I'd definitely come back here if I am craving rice noodle rolls. The only challenge is parking as half of the already tiny parking lot is reserved for staff and you'll be fighting for parking even at off lunch hours around 2pm.
