After years of dental problems, I finally made the decision to restore my smile, and choosing Dr…read more Miller was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I have always been extremely scared of going to the dentist--honestly, absolutely terrified. The thought of dental procedures caused me a great deal of anxiety, and I put off getting the treatment I needed for far too long because of that fear. From the very beginning, Dr. Miller recognized how nervous I was and went out of his way to make sure I was okay. He was patient, reassuring, and took the time to check on me throughout the process, helping me feel safe and comfortable every step of the way. From my very first consultation, Dr. Miller and his team treated me with kindness, respect, and professionalism. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answer every question, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident in my treatment plan. On April 15, I underwent full-mouth implant treatment, and the results have already been life-changing. Not only do my teeth look incredible, but I smile with confidence again. The care and attention to detail that Dr. Miller puts into his work are truly remarkable. What impressed me most was that I never felt like just another patient. Dr. Miller genuinely cares about the people he treats and takes pride in helping them regain both their smile and their quality of life. His entire staff has been supportive, compassionate, and professional throughout my recovery. The photos and video attached to this review show part of the transformation, but they cannot fully capture what this experience has meant to me. For the first time in a long time, I can look in the mirror and smile proudly. If you are considering dental implants or major dental work, I cannot recommend Dr. Miller highly enough. The investment is significant, but so is the result. My only regret is not doing it sooner. Thank you, Dr. Miller, for giving me my smile back.

I just went to Every Smile Mesa, with that same dread in the pit of my stomach. That is, until I walked in and was met with a smile. The receptionist was friendly and warm and welcomed me. This was my first visit, and I had paperwork to fill out. The waiting area is well lit and comfortable. I went to the back with Brittany, who was so nice, and handed me a a bag with goodies in it to take home, and offered me a blanket! Which was so nice, because I'm always cold. But I didn't need it, but WOW! Brit did all my xrays, and she told me all about Dr Lee and how great he is and that she knows she appreciated because he tells her. How awesome is that?! She finished and was very sweet, telling what she had seen on the xrays, and that Dr Lee would be in shortly. Dr Scott Lee is the owner and he came in and he has family back in the Midwest, from my hometown. So we chatted and then he told me his findings and said we would come up with a plan that would fit what I need to get done. So back to the waiting area, as my quote was prepared and then it was explained to me in detail several options that I have. This was my best experience in a dental office since my childhood. When my childhood dentist passed, I couldn't imagine anyone taking such good care of my teeth and I neglected going for many years. Now that I have found Every Smile Mesa, I'm actually looking forward to going back, knowing that I will be taken care of with a smile, to get the best smile I can.

It's been great to watch them expand their practice over the years, and Dr. Christensen is an exceptional addition to the team. What I love about this office is that everyone here really seems to care about you and your dental health. I never feel like a number, nor do I feel rushed in or rushed out. Everyone listens to my concerns (when I have them) and looks to find the right solution. There's a great focus on educating the patient to engage in preventative measures for dental health, which may be why I've had such good dental health for so long! For those afraid of going to the dentist because of judgment, don't be. No one in this office will judge you, no matter what situation you're experiencing. I've never felt judged, even when I admitted that I wasn't doing all I am supposed to (like flossing every day - working on it!). I wish I could give ten stars, but yelp limits me to five. The front office staff is always so friendly and welcoming. I especially appreciate how comfortable they make me feel throughout the entire visit. The dental team is professional and takes the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring I understand what is happening. Especially since after I had a tooth pulled and was in pain for a month. It was Dr. Rhett who took the time to listen and get to root of the problem - a bone splinter. I felt comfortable enough going back to him when it was time for some fillings. Jenna was especially helpful - from making sure I was comfortable with some snazzy shades and cozy blanket, to making sure my bite was ok and polishing my teeth. I also appreciate Lilly for cracking jokes with me while waiting one day and then following up with me a few weeks later. It meant a lot. The office itself is clean, modern, and well-organized, which made me feel at ease right away. Overall, I highly recommend Mountain View Family Dental to anyone looking for quality dental care in a friendly and comfortable environment.

I got an unnecessary root canal that failed and had to be redone by another dentist. And cosmetic veneers that I was not properly fit for and broke almost the same day I left there telling them my teeth felt loose still. I had to have my root canal reposted and was lucky I had enough left to even do that. Now I'm on a 10k plus journey to fix the original problem and the damage done by this office. Other than the problematic work I received from this place the staff is very friendly and they at least communicate. Do they give you right or best information no... but they get back to you. I've given this dentist office thousands of dollars my veneers alone were a wasted couple thousand that lasted me less than a month. With the amount I've spent here and having to go thru and have everything completely redone by someone else I wouldn't recommend going here at all.
