One of the most important things you can do is have a reliable pest control service. We are very happy with Savior Pest control. Very good value and responsive to our inquiries. Have used their service for over three years and have been very pleased with their work. read more

Magna is absolutely god awful. It has been two weeks of requesting service and each time I am scheduled all of a sudden they have to reschedule. It is a huge issue at this point and utterly exhausting as my family and I make plans and then they reschedule. Will not be using them again if i could give negative stars I would read more

i have been trying to get confirmation that my contract has been cancelled per my request since september 2025. i can not get any response from the managment, my contract expiered november 6, 2025 and a payment was taken out of our account of $124.48 that shouldn't have been taken. i have been having problem with magna pest for approximately 7 months whereby the tech was not performing the services i paid for. this was told the office, but still the service was awful!!! read more

Our house was service by Edwin Reyna today, Edwin came right on time as scheduled. He was very polite, professional. Edwin introduces himself to me and asked if I would like the pest treatment inside or outside the house first. Mentioned to him what I would like to do first and he went on with the task. He's very thorough, along the way he explained what effects the chemical does both inside and outside the house. Thank you Edwin Reyna for the outstanding service today at our house. Please keep up the great job. read more

Not a fan. Do not recommend. They can't get my ants or spiders under control. Right now I'm depending on the toads that live in my backyard to take care of the spiders. I call for a respray and they charged me double ($72, not to mention the "supervisor" that was called while the tech was at my house was rude.) to come spray after the first one didn't work. I called and they acted like it was an accident. Bs. They got caught. They are dirty. I refuse to leave any card information on the portal so they can't do it again. Now they've blocked my access to the portal. I didn't even sign a contract. The sales guy said I was signing for the first spray and that if I didn't like the service that I could cancel anytime just not to leave a bad review. Well, I tried to cancel and I was told I'm in contact. Well now you get a bad review. Do not trust these people. This is for Houston metro. read more

We are truly saddened by our experience with savior pest control. We had used them for many years and when we found that our service had become inadequate we inquired to reevaluate it and received a very curt message from their customer service and no response for making any changes to upgrade service! Wow We ended up canceling our service. read more

Christ stopped by today to spray. We used a Groupon. He was kind and professional. Knocked down a few wasp nests starting. Thank you.

This is my second time using them and they have excellent customer service. Communication about everything- pricing, concerns, etc. Not pushy for services but thorough. I highly recommend them. read more

Their customer service is the worst I have ever seen.. Jennifer was so unprofessional and not helpful. I would never recommend this place ever. read more

Sadly, I would not recommend this company. We hired them to handle a critter in our attic, and needless to say, less than 2 months later and the issue still isn't resolved. The guy that they sent to our home appeared too scared to go into the attic. He basically stood on the ladder, looked around, and threw bait up there. He came back multiple times as part of their every two week checkup process and it was the same thing. On one occasion, my husband had to tell him that he needed to actually go into the attic in order to see if the critter was gone. He finally went up there, but came down in what my husband described as "less than one minute". The tech also no showed for 2 appointment times, which was annoying since I had to take off work to meet him at the house. The last thing is that it's way too difficult to get a hold of someone in support. They seem to have a lot of support reps, but it's difficult to get through the line. I often had to call many times to reach someone. Not a good experience for us. read more

BEWARE ... DO NOT use Savior Pest Control for termite treatment! I had them out in 2015 after I had a swarm of termites in my laundry room. I had the full service treatment with Termidor insecticide for $974.25. Supposed to last between 12-15 years! A year later in 2016 the termites swarmed again in the same spot! I had to talk to the owner of Savior to get them to come out and treat again. I was told this was "highly unusual". 4 years later 2020 the termites swarmed again in the same spot! Called a different termite company and come to find out it was never done properly! The Tech (of the company I hired to properly treat my house) was surprised they didn't drill holes 18in apart in the concrete that backs up to the house. Having the whole treatment done again, properly and professionally. Do your research and ask questions. read more

Such a great company from my call to the office to set an appointment, to the actual service. I have used them for years now and they are honest, punctual, and very personable. I have and will continue to reccomend them to my family and friends. read more

This company did not show up after my girlfriend had taken the day off work and after questioning them why they didn't show up they told me they would not work for me anymore that I was rude to them which I wasn't but I would not recommend this company to anyone they have no pride in customer service or customer relations Gave me the impression that they did not need my business or anyone else's business read more

Just had a young man Landon come out for service and not only was he super friendly, he was very accommodating to our two dogs and toddler going down for a nap. I love how quickly they respond when a situation arises. We've been with them a couple of years and have always been pleased with service. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing service! read more

I would give them a zero star rating if that were possible. Bait and switch. Don't let their name fool you. I bought a Groupon for their services which was advertised as covering up to 3,000 square feet. Then I get a estimate from them for over $200 and no work has been done on the home. Nothing on the Groupon said anything about their Groupon not covering all issues. There was no "fine print". There was no disclaimer that some services may not be covered. Bugs in the kitchen. Find an exterminator. I bought the Groupon, called in the order request left a message and never heard hear back from them. I called them back, reached someone and gave them the Groupon code, re-requested service. No one on the phone said anything about possible limits on the Groupon or their service. They went to the property and then I get an email from them, expecting it to be an itemization of their work but instead it's an estimate for over $200. I contacted them, no mention or acknowledgment from them that I'd hired them via Groupon. They said they didn't acknowledge Groupon's on estimates and they'd get to it at the end of day in their system. Nothing but wasted time and effort with them. Awful customer service. I told them how disappointed I was with their service and asked them not to contact me again yet they continue contacting me to gloat. Unreal the lack of professionalism. read more

Savior Termite & Pest Control is a great company with amazing service. I have had them treat both my previous apartment and the home I now currently live in. I have had a great experience at both locations. I have never had to call them for a retreat because bugs came back after a treatment. When Savior shows up the bugs leave. If you have a bug problem they are the ones to call read more

This is a great company to deal with. Johnny is sincere, fair & has integrity. Feel comfortable calling them as they won't try to sell you on stuff you don't need. Highly recommend Savior to all of my friends & family. read more

Impressed that this man tell the truth EVEN if it means that he won't make money off of it. He was honest when he could have been like the others who wanted me to preventative treat for fleas every two weeks for $200. This man told me that he he didn't feel that I should do that. WOW. Honesty in 2015! Found out that he also treats for moles SOOOO guess who I'm going to use! read more

This is MY pest control place. We moved to our home in Arlington 2-1/2 years ago and called Savior and got the greatest guy (Jose Monell) to come out and spray the premises. Hey, this company really strives to give you the best service and still keep their prices in line. I really trust their work and we highly recommend them. This is a business that WANTS to give you good service. They will not try to "oversell" you but tell you different options. Besides, their spray is efficient, not-smelly and I trust them to spray our premises, probably as long as we are both alive! read more

Savior had a technician come out to my house to perform an inspection and provide a quote. He quoted me a price of $54 per quarter for regular service. I signed up and that was the end of it. A month later, I find a charge for $54 on my account. I call their office to request a clarification on the charge. Their response is that I signed up for a yearly program with monthly payments of $54. I looked at the invoice and it didn't say anything about recurring payments. My invoice only says "Initial Premium Defense Program Treatment," nothing about a recurring program. Apparently the phrase "Ongoing ARB" means I signed up for a year long contract. I never got any paperwork regarding signing up for this. It's just fine print tucked in at the bottom of their invoice coupled with the false statements of a technician and vague contract language. Don't listen to their technician and make sure you read everything. I got quotes from five different pest control companies, and I thought Savior was the cheapest...now I see why. It's a bait and switch. read more

I am very impressed with this company. I purchased a Groupon thinking that I was going to get some basic pest control experience. I was completely wrong! Robert came over to my home and explained everything to me over the phone about some peanut smelling glue traps (that actually works!) and helped us out by protecting outside our home as well! That is what I call true customer service and well worth the investment. read more

We had always received satisfactory service from Savior Pest until we had an issue with a bill. We were billed for services that they did not provide and billed for a $20 processing fee to send it to collections even though we never even received a bill. We tried to work with their customer service and even were ready for additional service, but they refused to help. The pest control service is great, until you have a customer service related issue. We will no longer recommend! read more

I've used Savoir Pest Control for the past several years. They are wonderful to work with. The customer service is top notch and the technicians they send out are well educated in pest control and present a professional appearance. After having a bad experience with another pest control company, I was delighted to find Savoir and highly recommend them to family and friends. Their prices are reasonable and they stand behind their services. Highly recommend! read more

I wish I did not have to even give them one star. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I had to call them back to my house several times when the treatments they were providing did not work. I understand not everything will work the first time and pest control is not a "cookie cutter" operation. So I continued to pay my monthly service fee and let them try other options. They tried new things each time and stated the new option should work. When I finally had enough and decided to cancel their service, things got worse. They tried to charge me a final payment, and when asked about all of the treatments I paid for which did not work (Jennifer) the owners daughter and secretary pretty much told me tough luck. I asked to speak to the owner several times and Jennifer told me he would call me back when he is available. Three months later I get a letter from a collection agency. I called Jennifer back and ask why the owner did not call me, she stated he would only call back when available. I told her "he has not been available in 3 months to make a phone call", she told me this is the reason she was there and he would always go with what she suggest. Very Poorly ran business and will never recommend to anyone. read more
