It was more on the pricey side for what I've had at other places but the customer service was fantastic! I feel I could've been a little more sanitary as they reuse they equipment quite often. BEST SERVICE IN TOWN! I have been looking for a reliable and cost efficient nail salon for months now and after being failed many times, I believe I've found my new nail home! My husband and I randomly found this place on Maps and decided to go and get me a gel pedi + full set with gel French Tip and get my husband his first ever pedicure! We walked in and I loved how quaint and simple the shop is. Not all these crazy industrious machines - but we were greeted by two warm and welcoming ladies by the name of Jenny (the owner) and Cindy! After talking to them for a bit, These ladies have taken over this business and had been running it (and killing the game) for only 2 months!! My husband, oh lord he LOVED IT! Being so inquisitive about his deluxe pedicure, Cindy was lively and descriptive when answering his questions and tending to his needs. The callus removal, to the leg and foot massage, to the authenticity of my acrylic big toe; to the meekness yet talent that these ladies exuded was impeccable. Jenny blessed me with a free design that complimented my free full set - did I mention I always get square nails and I was walking out on Faith with this shape and she blew me away! First time here. I'll make this short and sweet. This was the most painful fill in I've ever received. The guy (Vinnie?) who did my set was very aggressive with the drill. He had it on the most powerful setting which resulted in my the skin on my fingertips burning for hours after he was done. I literally told him several times that the drill was too high and my hands were burning but he didn't care. It was only myself and one other person in the salon so I don't understand the rush. Not only that, but it's been less than a week and the gel is already peeling and discolored. I know they have some faithful customers but I won't be returning here now or ever. After all that I am still on my quest to find the best salon in Tampa. I'll keep you guys updated! read more

No. No. No. terrifying location with rude staff. We called ahead but were yelled at for arriving 15 minutes before they said they'd be available. The smell was overwhelming and as we waited, one woman was treated absolutely terribly. She was having a basic color change done and the man was curt with her, despite her asking how he was doing and smiling. They were just rude to her! Then she asked for change for a $10- with a $5 bill and 5 $1 bills so she could presumably tip him more than $5 but less than $10. He was not pleased and said he didn't have any $1 bills. He finally found some but not before asking what she would be tipping. Besides the horrible customer service and location, the establishment itself is a run down dirty place. We promptly left after seeing how they treated their customer. I didn't want them anywhere near sharp objects. Their prices are high considering the hell hole of a shop, so do yourself a favor and stay far far away. The good reviews are not accurate. read more

Needed a last minute pedi, and decided to try this place on my lunch break since it was just across the street from my job. I saw a couple good reviews and it had 4 stars so I'm thinking it should be a pretty decent experience. I arrive, and there is no customers and only two employees. I should've immediately turned around and gone back into my car and left from that point. The service was terrible. She did whatever she wanted to my toes and not what I requested. She cut my big toe nails uneven, I specifically told her I didn't want my nails cut too close to my skin and she did exactly that. She was lazy when scrubbing my feet no dead skin was removed and then she walked away mid service and had another lady finish didn't say a word. The other lady did just a terrible job with the gel as the other lady with the rest of the service. Had nail polish all over my skin. Yeah never again. I will go back to paying $60-$80 for a good quality pedicure elsewhere. read more

Vinny is the best! I walked in on a Saturday and they immediately sat me for a pedicure and gel mani. They even let me put on the football game I wanted to watch! I went here about two weeks ago. It was okay. The customer service wasn't the best tho. My mom goes here, and she usually has the older woman do her nails. She does a great job, and the gel nail polish lasted pretty long! (About 3 weeks). However when I went, the woman my mom prefers was busy. I had mine done by the woman's daughter. It was weird because she was video chatting with people the entire time! She was barely there. My mom tried to talk to her, but she didn't notice. She only did two coats of the gel polish, which to me wasn't a lot. (The first chip happened about a week after..). After I got home, I noticed that the edges of some of my nails were not the best. I wish I had a picture, but the sides were not clean straight lines. She got some gel polish on my skin, and let she let it harden... so that obnoxious/uncomfortable to peel off. I'm giving it three stars because my mom really likes the woman who does her nails there. I'm going to try again and see if I get the same lady my mom likes. read more

I was talking with a customer at work and loved her eyelashes. She highly recommended Magical Nails on Armenia Ave. I went and met the owners, they were so nice and the service was excellent. I only went to have my eyelashes done, but left with new nails, toes and eyelashes. I went it at 7:35 they stayed late for me and then charged me 140.00 for nails toes eyebrows eyelashes and mustache and I thought to myself that is a little too much I'm paying but they did stay late for me so I bet the work is worth it so I go home the next day my eyelashes are falling out I went back the lady was really nice she did my right eye over again then when I come home Saturday morning my left eye was all falling out then not even Sunday but later on that night my nail just fell off like nothing it did not even crack it just fell right off my finger I will never ever go back to this place and I believe that they should be shut down because the work was very poor then when I first walked in that day that all of this happened he asked me how have you found my place did you find me online and I said yes I googled you and he says did you see the reviews I said no I haven't seen your reviews now I know why everyone doesn't go there because they suck read more
