DIAMOND did a wonderful job on my pedicure, and the massage felt so good. I love what she did with the dip on my nails! WOW, they turned out fantastic. She's AMAZING I've been with her 6 years now. When you call to make your appointment, for sure, ask for DIAMOND. You won't regret it! IMPORTANT NOTE: If you choose your nail stylist from reading their review & make an appointment, please be sure to see only the stylist you made your appointment with. If you a nail technician in rotation will say they can help you. Which means the one you had the appointment with loses you as a new client. If you're wondering why I'm saying this it's because this has happened. I don't think it's fair for nail stylists who are mentioned in these reviews to lose a new client. The people we talk about in our reviews work hard to provide their clients with the best customer service and care.

Not only is she talented and did a great job on my nails, but she is funny and has a great personality. The shop is clean, very well maintained, and the staff are all extremely kind and professional. I was extremely pleased that they were able to accommodate a same day appointment for me as well! It's been a long time since I enjoyed going to a salon as much as I did this one. The friendly and fun atmosphere brought me back to the old days where going to the nail or hair salon wasn't just to get a service performed- it was also a social experience.

I had an appointment and only waited a few minutes before being seated, which I really appreciated. The salon itself is super cute, chic, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. I'm very particular and picky when it comes to my nails, especially trying a new place, so I was a little skeptical at first--but Zane completely won me over. She was attentive, took her time, and my nails came out beautifully. One thing I especially loved was that the service didn't feel rushed. She didn't just apply lotion at the end--she actually gave me a real hand and arm massage, which was such a nice touch and definitely a plus! I recently moved to Tennessee and have been looking for a new go-to nail salon, and I'm happy to say I found it. I will definitely be coming back and requesting Zane again!

I am so bummed with my last two visits…read more This used to be a place I recommended to everyone as it seemed luxurious and the results were always really good, and worth the upscale pricing imo. It's easy to book online for requested services, however they have recently moved to an overbooking strategy. Meaning, if they have 12 pedi chairs it's possible they booked 13 pedis and you would need to wait for the next chair to become available, even if you have a confirmed scheduled appointment. The vibe used to be very relaxed and enjoyable, and always on time/within the timing allotted on their website. These last two experiences my appts were not timely, which had me stressed and running late to my appts after these. The quality and attention to detail was not there, my tech (and other techs around us too) seemed frazzled, distracted, and rushed both of my past two visits. This makes for an unenjoyable experience overall. I'm not sure I will be confident to recommend this spa, going forward. Notes that do not pertain to the rating: -Parking is usually very difficult so make sure you leave enough time. -They also do not take American Express cards as a form of payment

I've been going to Nail World since I was a senior in high school and even though I have lived in…read moreother big cities and traveled around, gotten my nails done at some super fancy places, almost 12 years later, it's still the best mani/pedi place I've ever been to. Even though I only recently moved back to Nashville, I regularly visited Tommy and Lena when I came home for breaks/vacations/etc and what the other reviewers say is absolutely true -- this is the Cheers of Nail Salons and no matter how long it's been since I was last in, Tommy will ask after my mom, her vegetable garden, my sister in law, etc. They really care about their customers and make it like it's a fun chit-chat with friends while getting your nails done. What keeps me coming back here, though is the quality. Nail World was doing dip way before it was cool elsewhere, keeps really quality supplies, and maintains the cleanliness with an insane attention to detail. I have gotten my nails done elsewhere then had to come back here to get Tommy to fix them when someone else messed up shape, the nail bed, etc. Now that I've been consistently back and getting my nails done regularly here again I can say that even with consistently getting them done and keeping them long in an almond shape (which can be hard to maintain without breaking if not done well), my nails are the healthiest they have ever been. (Also helps that I've gotten tons of compliments on my fancy, stylish nails - thanks, Tommy!) This is the only place I'll get a pedicure because they actually nicely clean up my toenails (which I can be a bit neglectful of) AND give every customer relaxing, deep foot/leg massages. Feels like a spa day any time I get a pedicure here. Prices are not as cheap as when I was 18, but I'm kind of willing to go with that because it's the same you'd pay anywhere else in the area and unlike other places, my nails are done perfectly, sustainably, and in a super clean environment. Pro tip: pay in cash for a bit of a 10% discount. My sister in law, who is the pickiest person I know, specifically asks to come here when she is in town Absolutely love this INSTITUTION and thankful it's been around to keep my nails looking fly for so long.
