I've been to Millennium Nails two times. Both I've been kinda upset, and disappointed. The first I was relatively unimpressed - I went in for a mani / pedi (which they cannot do simultaneously) and only opted for the pedi once I saw the work. I am pretty sure I got the "new girl," and my feet looked all kinds of messed up. I went home and was disappointed, so I was going to write a review, but was curious to see what other people had to say first. There were no reviews on Yelp - so I checked YellowPages, CitySearch and others...They got like FIVE stars! I was blown away. So I tried it again yesterday, and hoped for a different person. I got a guy for my pedicure, and it was mediocre at best. They were busy, so he was very distracted and kept leaving my feet. In fact, the girl next to me who came in at the same time didn't even get helped for 30 minutes. Anyway, the pedicure was fine. Absolutely nothing special. They they moved me to the manicure area, and he told me to soak my hands for "a while." It was a while. Probably 20 minutes. Then a girl came and helped me. I got a shellac manicure, and she kept switching from me, and the girl behind me. It was awkward, but I had the time, so I didn't get frustrated. The nails turned out okay, but there are already little chips...and shellac is more expensive and is supposed to last 2 weeks. That was a little frustrating. They also didn't have as many Shellac colors as I've seen before. I want to give this place 1 star, but I feel like a lot of people like it, so I am giving it 2 - strictly because I've seen so many 5 and 4 star reviews! read more

Such a great service, and a great massage to boot. My friend comes here to get her acrylics filled in every two weeks and won't go to anyone else- and she lives in Bellevue! Went here for pedicures about a month ago. DO NOT GO HERE. My feet were so roughed up I couldn't walk barefoot across the carpet without sticking to it. I mean roughed them up bad!!! The guy doing my nails gouged and dug and cut and I mean tore them up. The woman who did my spouses feet sat down and buffed their nails, put some lotion on and poof was done. Went to Millennium yesterday to get a fill in for French tip acrylic nails. I had gotten them done at a place across the street near Publix originally but they put a clear gel coat on top and it looked bulky and cracked at one point. Tony did my nails and I LOVE THEM. They are as short and natural looking as I asked and he used a clear coat which wasn't bulky or the unnecessary $5 gel coat I didn't want originally. Very kind staff, I had "just" the regular manicure, but it looks stunning. Atmosphere, bright, clean, a lot of available chairs. Well ventilated, first salon I've been to that was so clean I am tempted to get a pedi next time. My manicurist trimmed my nails very well, pushed gently and cleaned my cuticles to safe rounded perfection and I've never had better glitter polish work done. Suggested getting Gel work done but when I declined didn't push the suggestion. He was nice to chat with, there are plenty of TV's with CC if you don't feel like chatting, and the receptionist made sure I didn't leave with damp nails. The review/reviews that have even hinted at this salon being dirty are out and out lies. I have been going here for more than two years, every other week. I am well acquainted with Bella, her staff, and even her little girl. They have always been very kind and attentive to me and my husband. We both get manicures and pedicures each time we go. I will not say that each time it's been perfect but I will say that any time I had a issue with the way anything looked or was done they corrected immediately without hateful word one being said in English or Vietnamese. I've had my nails done all over this country, they are among the best anywhere. I'd give ten stars if it were an option. read more

I got a pedicure there today, and it was great and inexpensive. I added on the hot stone treatment, but I probably wouldn't do that again (it wasn't bad, but I don't think it was great). I would rather have paid the same amount for a longer normal massage (which was great). I had a glass of wine, and HGTV was playing right in front of me. What more could you want? I give this place 2 stars only because the guy who did my nails was very nice and did good job, but I do not recommend this place at all. It was totally empty when I came in except for 1 pedicure going on in the back, no music playing. At first I thought it was closed and I almost left when a man came from the back to ask me what I needed. The nail station was VERY dirty. I would understand (a little)if they were busy at all, but there was literally 1 other person in there and two of the nail techs were sitting in the pedicure chairs relaxing. The arm rest on the nail station was torn and had some sort of drooly dried yellow stuff on it, the previous persons nail clippings and file dust all over the place. Pricing was very average. But you can have a way better experience for the same price elsewhere. Halfway through my manicure another man came from the back. He was not in a nail tech uniform, no name tag, and he stood over me watching the guy paint my nails...sort of militantly. I assumed maybe he was a manager...? When he did speak it was not to me or in English but it was definitely about me... I said nothing, but it made me really uncomfortable. I was very happy to leave once the very nice nail tech finished my mani. All in all it was a good manicure, but terrible experience. I won't be back and won't recommend. read more

The nail technician was very brusk and short with me when I attempted to have a conversation with her. However, all of her Non African American clients she held lengthy and meaningful conversations. I do not like being treated unfairly. I remained calm, and kind even being treated like this because that is what God would want me to do. When I go to a nail salon, or anywhere for that matter, I expect the personnel to treat customers as guests. Unfortunately for me, they made me feel as if I was more of a crook than anything else. I walked in and went towards the price sheet, which was in front of the cash register(they didn't have prices anywhere on the walls). I was looking at their prices when a nail technician yelled, "what you doing over there? You need help?" Then, a pregnant lady approached me and got behind the cash register....almost as if she thought I was going to do something? I felt EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE. I wasn't greeted, had to wait at least 10 minutes, and the customers had a snooty air about them... The decor was nice, but that'd probably be the extent to which I compliment this establishment. I try not to think that people are racist nowadays, but that was the only thing I could deduce based on my experience. SO, if you're anything other than CAUCASIAN, you might not want to come here, as they'll think you're out to rob their store. read more

Came in for a simple nail request. This was my 4th nail salon I had gone to, to see if they could fulfill it. The first girl said no, but the owner "Bella" said she could. I sat down, since I had just left a different salon ago changed their minds on if they could it, I came to millennium nails with nails pre filed and with tips already applied really to go for the acrylic. Bella applied the acrylics and come the end tells me I owe her 50$ I pay here while in my head feel totally ripped off yet I still tip 5$. I just moved here from California and what I requested would've max 30-40$ I don't mind paying big $$$ if it's what I want. In the picture on the left is my nails when they are done back home, and right what she did that she said was the same. I feel so scammed and screwed. She didn't even have to do half of what needs to be done getting a fresh full set. I didn't know finding a nail salon would be so complicated. I'm one extremely unhappy customer. read more
