Do not go here!! Each time I go here it's chaos. I went today to get a polish change on my toes. Simple right? I go here all the time. Ladies know it might take 30 minutes tops. I was there for over an hour. She was an older woman and she was rude, and didn't even look up when I came in. Just told me to sit over there. Ok whatever nail shop owners are rude 75% of the time moving on. It's always hot in there, bugs flying around, and there's only one nice nail tech and that's ayesha. That being said, here's where things went wayyyy south: I saw her smudge my toe while painting it and she tried to cover it but it still looked bad, so I asked her to fix it. She repainted the toe and then quickly put the pedicure sandal on and smudged yet another part of the toenail. At this point I'm sure she was rushing to get to the next person. I asked her if she could fix it or give me the stuff to fix it but she had moved on to the next person, as you know we're like herded cattle in nail shops. She proceeded to scream at me and yelling at me that I was going to pay, which I didn't say I wasn't going to..it was $10. Threatening to call the police which ok that's fine? It literally escalated that quickly because she didn't want to fix polish she smudged. She stated I ruined it yet I was sitting there with my feet propped up the entire time. I've wanted to switch to individual techs for a while now and it's definitely time. The neighborhood is a bit iffy so that's probably why the customer service is horrible so honestly look for a nail shop in a better area, the prices aren't any better. read more

STAY AWAY!!! They will give you an infection. I paid $45 for a gel manicure and the following day my nails were very sore and part of my own nail was rising hints the infection. They serve alcoholic drinks and aren't even licensed their own manicure girl Kim said it out load. Horrible place they DONT SANITIZE!!! read more

I go to this salon every 4 weeks, need it or not. I have nothing but good things about this place. The people in there now bought it from the previous owner, few years back. I only get a pedicure but wife gets the works. Friendly, all foreign born. you should not be disappointed. read more

I have been going to Magic nails since I moved to Euless about a year ago. I am very happy with their service and have never been dissatisfied. The salon is very clean and they offer alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks. The prices are very reasonable as well. Tammy always does my full set and pedicure and I am pleased every time. From Tammy to the owner, they provide excellent customer service and everyone is very knowledgeable and provide you with exactly what you want. I go in every two weeks like clock work and Tammy always has my bottled water ready as soon as i walk in. I've never tried the waxing services, but will do so one day. I got my acrylic nails done here a few days ago and within the few days i had 3 nails break and one finger the paint was falling off. literally. I broke those nails by doing simple things like scratching my back and opening a door and they just snap in half. Not very good quality and i don't recommend this place for acrylics. read more

Came here for a fill and gel color. Technician was super sloppy and careless. Nails were crooked. There was polish ALL OVER my cuticle, I had to ask multiple times to take it off. Nails were polished uneven. Didn't seem well maintained or sanitary. Take your business elsewhere. read more
