Acrylic overlay !

Amazing be going here for over 10 years and I'm always happy with my results! Mr. Lee always know exactly what I want. And if it can't be done ... he will always try to make it happen !

Prices

Updated price. Kid friendly place, loved the chairs they had for my daughter. Would recommend

Acrylic with gel French tips
Lauren T.

I wanted to try this place because they had decent reviews and the place I've been going I always feel like they're rushed and it's sloppy. Well not sure where to go now because this wasn't much better. I wanted dip but I was told I could only get french tips if they did acrylic and I opted for gel so it would stay longer.. the white gel tips look pretty bad after only a week. I usually have sets for three weeks just fine, but I have one acrylic nail definitely falling off any day now. Gave two stars because I liked the atmosphere inside and all the workers were super nice, but not worth $55 plus a tip to have them trashed after a week.

1.5 years in Beaufort and I finally found a great nail salon! I'm not sure what his name was, but he did so good! So you again soon, Magic Nails!!

Savannah, my technician spoke English but there was still some confusion when she talked about certain terms and techniques. I just wanted a standard manicure and did NOT want a gel polish. My normal natural nails had grown out nicely. And when I do get a a regular gel polish, my nails are strong and resilient. I thought she recommended a base strengthening polish followed by a traditional coat. I was to be traveling soon and wanted to be able to redo my own nails without requiring an entire hardware store to get rid of any color. Good grief, at the start, she just continued to coat my nails with some sort of goo that required multiple applications and subsequently multiple electric tools to level, buff and whatever else. This was absolutely not what I wanted or expected, but not knowing what I signed up for I let it continue. It was too late to change the progression now. Finally, she put on the color and guess what? More gel. I always like my nails squared off. It's just my preference. But they encouraged me to try an oval shape as it "lengthened the fingers and were better for my natural nail shape". OK, you folks are the experts. Wasn't a fan at all after they were cut and filed, but too little too late. While I was getting the manicure, I was aghast when Savannah looked at my face and commented on my eyebrows. I was astounded that she would do that. It was glaringly obvious that she was trying to sell a wax job. I wanted no part of it. Before my manicure, my husband and I had pedicures side by side. We like to relax, quietly chat between ourselves and just enjoy the pampering. I do not recall the name of my husband's technician, but she talked incessantly. When we politely tried to engage in whatever conversation she initiated she barely listened as she was more concerned how she was going to respond rather than what we contributed to the discussion. I couldn't wait to get out of there. We tipped generously but that's who we are. Service was rendered and gratuity matched the payment. We often see who we expect is the owner driving around town in a silver atrocious Tesla with his double swan logo. We are choosing to never support any of his salons again.

Hi there, I wanted to share some feedback about our visit…read more The service was okay, but it felt rushed, and the quality of the work reflected that. The language barrier made things tough too--we had to involve multiple people just to explain what we wanted, and even then it wasn't clear if it was understood. The communication between the front and the manicurist also didn't flow well. We filled out the on-screen questionnaire, but we were still asked the same questions again, which made it feel like the system isn't being used for anything other than collecting our name and number. Even then, my name wasn't used at any point. We were simply waved to the next available chair. I'm sharing this because we genuinely like the shop and want to see the experience match the potential.

He pulled up a chair so I could sit beside her while she got her nails done. We were offered beverages three times, but I do not know if they were complimentary. The facility was busy with many customers coming and going. It was beautiful and large inside. Asian instrumental music was playing, it was rather quiet for the amount of people in there. Hunter did beautiful work and was very quick with his service. It was $70 for the acrylic nails. It was just what she wanted.

By Lauren I go to…read moreChristine's nails every two weeks for a gel fill on my fingernails and once a month for a pedicure. This is an oasis of calm and healing attention. Both Ken and Tracy, the owners, are caring and careful nail techs and their selection of products is remarkable. I would give Christine's six stars if I could.

I have been going to this nail salon for several months now, was bought out by different owners, JD…read moreNails. My first appointment wad fine as was a few more, although on one appointment, as I was leaving, I asked the Owner, Traci if I could go ahead and schedule my next appointment, she seemed very reluctant to do this, basically ignoring me while another customer was standing there, then she told me to just call back later. I walked away just thinking she was busy until the next few times I went back. I made another appointment and when I called the day before to see if I could come in earlier, I was told by Traci's husband, Ken that I had no appointment?? I obviously was upset staying I had put it into my phone calendar the day the appointment was made, but I reluctantly made another appointment about 3 weeks out, that was today. I called today prior yo my appointment to see if I could add on a service to my 4pm appointment, again speaking to Traci's husband, he again told me I had no appointment on their books & then handed the phone to his wife, Traci, she seemed to want to argue me down telling me I basically made no appointment bc it was not on their computer. I explained that I put all my scheduled appointments in my phone calendar so maybe there was an issue with her computer scheduling. She proceeded to tell me that she pays $2K a year for her computer system and it was not in error, basically calling me a liar. I agree with other reviews on this website, the owners do not seem to care whether you come to them or not, in fact, it feels almost as if they resent you calling them for an appointment. I am absolutely shocked any one would give them a good review and if so, it has to be a made up fake review bc I put my hand up to the Lord when I tell you it is truly a mistake to go to this nail salon. Go at your own risk!
