We filled out the on-screen questionnaire, but we were still asked the same questions again, which made it feel like the system isn't being used for anything other than collecting our name and number. I finally found Nails.com through a friend and they are wonderful. I have extremely thin nails and most salons drill your nails into pulp. My last dipping powder manicure, 6 months ago, left my nails tender and with a 'ring of fire' all the way across every nail. NO SUCH PROBLEM at Nails.com. I explained my concerns to the nail tech and she was extremely gentle. I got a French dip and my nails are beautiful. No tenderness and the nails are consistent in length and design. I explained that I put all my scheduled appointments in my phone calendar so maybe there was an issue with her computer scheduling. She proceeded to tell me that she pays $2K a year for her computer system and it was not in error, basically calling me a liar. I agree with other reviews on this website, the owners do not seem to care whether you come to them or not, in fact, it feels almost as if they resent you calling them for an appointment.
