First I wanna start with saying I've had multiple massages before in the past and I've never had an experience as degrading and horrible as this one. Please do not support this business. This is the second time that I've been here and the first time was marvelous, however this is the second and last time that I will be coming here. My experience here started off on the wrong foot. I bought a Groupon and when I got to the massage parlor the receptionist told me that I I could not use it. I was confused because she didn't give me a reason and she just said that they weren't excepting them. Why have them online if you're not going to accept them. Whatever. I traded the groupon for something else and paid the $60 for 60 min massage. The massage itself was brutal. Let's start off with the fact that the first time I came they had me fill out a waiver. They also had me fill out where I wanted them to concentrate the massage. This time they did not do any of that they literally just took my money and put me in the room. So she didn't even know why I was there nor did she happen to care. They put me in the couple's room which over one of the beds that they put me on has bars for them to hold onto while they walk on your back. I did not request it but figured I've never done it before why not. The massage was just a bunch of squeezing of my body most of it concentrated on my butt and legs. Mind you I was completely naked. I was not covered at all throughout the whole massage. I am actually very comfortable with my body and I also knew that I would be writing a review so I stuck it out. The massage lasted 60 minutes, if I were to guess I would say anywhere between 30 to 45 minutes of the massage was concentrated on my butt. That's not even the worst part. At the end of the massage after she had flipped me over and gave me a terrible head massage, she proceeded to look at, actually stare at my breasts. She then asked if she could see them. I thought that she just wanted to look at them because they are pretty big and she mentioned that she wanted to get surgery on herself so I thought maybe she's just looking for inspiration. Well not only did she look at them she also felt me up. After everything was said and done and she saw that I got uncomfortable she left the room, I put my clothes on and walked out and as I was walking out she asked me for a tip. I was uncomfortable and ready to leave. I told her that I was not going to tip her, she then proceeded to ask me why I wouldn't tip her. All I said was that I didn't tip, Which is a lie I'm actually a very good tipper. But honestly this was a horrible experience and I also got harassed, I think that was more than enough tip for her since I probably won't be pressing charges. Ironically there is a sign on the wall in the room that states that they are professional environment and that any insinuations of sexual misconduct would result in immediate termination of the service with no refund. They have a bathroom with a shower/tub that you can rinse off in when you are done. The sign also says no funny business. The business is upstairs so you gotta go to the corner of the building. It's a convenient spot in Bellaire, TX not Chinatown and plenty of parking. Lots of white clientele compared to other reflexology places. I went with a friend and they put us in a room together. First off they were unprofessional because they kept opening and closing the door to go tend to other customers. (Twice) Second I told the lady not to touch my tattoo on my next because I got it laser removed yesterday, and she tried rubbing it twice. I couldn't relax. She finished 5 min early. She massaged me through the towel after I said "please don't massage through the towel on my back." At the end when she asked for a tip she tried to give me the wrong change back. Been here multiple times so that says something. Quality has been variable to put it mildly. On average though the quality has been somewhat better than average. My husband and I came in for a couples massage for our 10th year anniversary. Once we got there, the lady welcomed us. They upgraded us with scented oil and I also got a face mask. These ladies really know what they are doing. She ask what pressure I like. I told her deep on my back and light on my extremities and that's exactly what she did. I bought a groupon for a couples massage and I had one of the WORST experiences ever. The massage started off ok but over the last 40 minutes she was being very rough. Even when she would see me flinch she kept going. She kept rubbing on a cut I clearly had bandage after I told her not to touch that spot. Not only did she hurt me during the massage but she demanded we left a tip before we left.
