I have to say I'm not big on massages, I've been to another place before (more mainstream) and I was traumatized....so trying this place out for the first time was a bit scary. I didn't know what to expect. I had a couples massage with my bf and it was AMAZING. They are so sweet, kind and know what they are doing. They have calm relaxing music, rooms for two people or single rooms. Do you know that a whole 60 minute massage plus hot stones is only 60$!!! Tell me a better deal? They also have other options but I've always picked the full hour. I also took a good friend of mine for her birthday and she loved it as well. They take cash and card. read more

It took a while for me to find it because there is no signage in the building of this large shopping strip. So that made me worry. Then when I did find it- looking from outside -that made me worry. But when I walked in, all my worry disappeared. The place was very clean well lite. I ordered the 30-30 Feet/Back. The low playing music and my massage put me to sleep- I think I went to sleep. Great place read more

Got a foot massage here and it was not good at all. Literally the guy who did my foot massage had no technique. He drench my foot with oil (9 pumps for no reason) and just rub it back and forth. No pressure or effort. It was not a massage. He also tells me very loudly to turn around towards the end of the massage. You should whisper since it is a massage place.. a place to relax.. This place is also cash only. $30 for an hour, which is normal for this area. I personally would skip this place. read more

Really good one hour foot massages for $20 plus tip. They also massage your neck and shoulders as part of the massage. They offer quick service and they have been open a long time. The only drawback of this place compared to other places is that they don't offer private rooms for foot massages. read more

Wendy was my therapist and did a wonder 90 minute massage. So relaxing and therapeutic. Thanks so much Wendy!

The environment is comfortable, clean and tidy, the service attitude is super good, the strength is in place, and the technique is professional read more

Been going here for about ten years, since they first opened, and they do a fantastic job. The place is always clean and fresh, and I've never had a bad massage. At the current time, because of covid, they are working short staffed, so appointments are required, whereas last year it was easy to just walk in. Even though I don't work on that side of town anymore, I still make the drive over. Totally worth the half hour drive. read more

SA TRIGGER WARNING It has taken me some time to process this experience and write about it online, but I think I think it's more important that people know about the danger in this establishment. I got raped here by one of the male massage workers on July 22. I came with a group of friends, and at first, they allowed us to lay in the same room with each other. Halfway through, they separated us into different rooms to continue the massage. In the separate room, I undressed to my underwear with a towel like most places ask you to, but he asked me to be completely naked. Then, he raped me for the rest of the time. When I came out to the people at the front desk, the manager I assume, didn't seem surprised. I explained what happened, and they kept asking me to explain in more detail where he touched me. The manager then told me that next time I came, I could have a female masseuse, which is definitely not the response anyone would want. I'm only 20, so I told her I would talk to my parents about filing a report with the police. Then, she changed her mind and said I could have a free massage. Then, she changed her mind again, and said all my friends with me could get free massages. The manager gave me a hug and said she was really sorry. I asked what would happen to the man who raped me, and she said she would fire him. I don't actually know that any action was put to that, and the place didn't really do much to ensure something like this wouldn't happen again. They didn't call the police either. I was able to file a report myself later that week, but I don't know that the man was ever charged or even fired. My case is still open. There's a good chance he is still there. I don't care how cheap the prices are, this place screams trafficking, especially in Houston. At the very least, people are getting sexually assaulted here and it goes unreported. My entire life has completely changed in the worst way because of this experience, and I just hope no one else has to go through something like this. Stay safe! read more

I highly recommend coming here for the 60min foot reflexology, and while you're at it, spend the extra $5 for the hot stones you will not regret it! I had a male masseuse and he was awesome, he also spoke pretty good english, which is always helpful even though most of the masseuse don't say much. He placed the right amount of pressure on my arms and back, and when he used the hot stones on my feet I was in pure bliss. I did not want to leave......Something to keep in mind for females, wear a strapless bra. I just felt the strap was a bit of an inconvenience when I was getting my back massaged. My only tiff is the place being located at a somewhat sketchy plaza, so I wouldn't suggest coming at night. *Tip the masseuse in CASH, I didn't see the sign until I finished my massage, but you can still tip with card. read more

Love coming here. It took me a second to find it because it's in a weird park lot in not the best part of town. Don't let that worry you though. They do a great job. It's quiet and relaxing and I appreciate they use a lot of pressure. Worth checking out for a massage ‍ read more

My friends and I called to schedule a foot massage (seeing how cheap it was) on Father's Day.There was some miscommunication on the time that we'd arrive so when we did arrive, I think they didn't have enough people working. But the manager/boss gave a call to a few people, asked them to come in, and within 10 minutes, we were in the rooms for a time of our lives. They dipped our feet in warm water, had us lie down, and started massaging our heads (wait what??). All of us were extremely confused, was this included in our $20 one-hour long foot massage?? We spoke up and made sure we weren't getting charged extra and to our astonishment, this was included in the hour long foot massage. They massaged our face, head, shoulders, back, arms, legs, every inch of our body!! (and no, not our private parts you pervert). My friend (who's a girl) was nervous when she got a guy masseuse, but she told us he was extremely professional and respectful. It was one hell of a relaxing one hour. We were still a bit in awe when we were paying them. How can a $20/hour foot massage be so cheap AND include a full body massage??? Back in Boston, $20 will maybe get you entry to the place. Houstonians, you got it good. read more

I visited along with my mom and brother on a Wednesday afternoon (around 3pm). There was no wait and we were promptly showed the options and upon deciding our fate for the next hour, escorted to the back for a relaxing massage. We each chose 1/2 hour foot and 1/2 hour back. Foot massage The massage starts with soaking your feet in hot water (plus something else, I'm sure). While your feet are soaking, you'll revolve a head and neck massage that is fantastic. After about 10-15 minutes, the masseuse will get started on your feet and legs. If you are ticklish, have sore feet, etc.--get ready. It felt great to me, by my mom and brother have more sensitive feet so they were not as happy. Although, the commented that the service was excellent. I encouraged them to have a conversation with their masseuse prior to starting, but they did not. The foot massage was done in a large, dimly lit room with the three of us being together. Back massage Your experience will depend upon who is working on you as with any other massage experience. I was 100% satisfied with the amount of pressure, attention to tightened muscles, and professionalism. One suggestion might be to give a warning when the hot stones are kn their way. I had no idea and, boy, were they HOT!!! $30.00 for 1 hr massage. Can't be beat when it comes to price!! read more

Don't let the area of town fool you, this place is legit! The ambiance is very relaxing and the staff is so welcoming. Went there yesterday for what I thought was a simple $20/hr foot massage. I went here with some friends because we were interested in their combo foot and body/hot stone deal. I'm a female and I had a male staffer which was no big deal but when it was time to move into the room to work on my body/hot stone then tell you to get undressed and quickly leave the room. We didn't catch that at first but figured that's what they meant. I got undressed and moved the towel over my body to cover anything that could be exposed. When my guy got back to the room he grabbed the towel and practically lifted it to the ceiling to "re-position" it. That was completely unnecessary. I feel this place is unprofessional and if you're a female you should be conscious this could also happen to you. I will never be back. read more

My coworker recommended this place after getting a massage and of course I had to try it. I took my mom and dad along for a massage. We were all in the same room and the massages were pretty great for the price, you can't beat $20 massages when used to paying $80! I definitely recommend. Just one thing, they talk a LOT while massaging you, kind of annoying but if you can tune them out, you'll be A-ok. read more

I have been coming here for years. I don't know what's happened, but this was one of the worst massage experiences I have ever had. The woman they assigned to me definitely was new. Also for some reason she had pretty long nails. That was a combo for disappointment. Her hands were rough so when she started she used very little oil. Instantly began to pull my skin. Her motions were amateur and she moved like someone going through the motions but the motions being short, sharp, jabbing jerks. After about 15 mins I told her to stop and I left. They asked if I wanted a new person and kept trying to switch the person but after that I was done. It was so unpleasant that I was just in a terrible mood. You ever go into something expecting to be relaxed and because the experience was so bad all it did was make you upset and irritated. This was it. That was absolutely embarrassing to allow someone of that caliber work on someone and ask for clients to pay good funds for it. Never again. Officially adding this business to the black list. read more

Easy access; clean facility; skilled masseurs / masseuses and very polite staff. I am always uncomfortable going to a new massage facility for the first time. Imperial Foot Massage was no exception. It has a distinct Asian flair to it, but on further consideration it is A-#1.It is exceptionally clean, quiet and comfortable. Like any massage facility you have different therapists and you just have to find the one that fits you. My favorite is Kevin. Full body massage on a table for 1 1/2 hours for $50-70, depending upon whether you want to combo foot and body or just body. Both are really quite good. It is best to call ahead and make an appointment (receptionist is not always best English speaker); make sure you specify what you want, for how long and SPELL your name slow. I have had massages all around the world and know of what I speak; this is the greatest value in Houston. read more

First comment- the strip mall this place is in looks sketchy. Don't let that fool you, once you get inside of this place, the business is really nice. Wood floors, walls in cool designer colors, immaculately clean. Nothing like the outside of the building at all. I walked in right about opening time and was seen immediately , though i suspect they prefer you make an appointment. I just dropped immobile a whim in case they had an opening and it wasn't a problem. I got the combo, 30 minutes foot and 30 minutes body. They had a special going, $30 for the whole hour. It started with a foot bath while my head, neck and shoulders were being massaged, moving on to feet ankles and calves, the moving to a private room for the thirty minute body massage which finished up with hot stones. The whole experience was great. I have probably had better massages, but I honestly can't thing of when or where, and certainly not at this price point. I am sure I will be back. read more

This place was great. Good priced too. Great environment. Not too hot or cold too! Will be coming back.

Five stars for friendliness, cleanliness and the wonderful masseuse Denny! I like the combo- it gives you a little bit of everything. Manager Martin is always fun and professional. Overall a great spot! read more

Great Massage, best massage i had in the past year

SNEAKY RIP-OFF. My friend and I went for a 90 minute massage. The price was $35.00. When we both checked our bank statements today, we were surprised to see we were charged $37.00 NOT the $35.00 - which is what we AUTHORIZED via our Debit cards. It was not the $2.00 overcharge, but the audacity of them to think they could rip us off?? I WILL NOT GO BACK. read more

I went to Imperial Foot Message a few weeks ago for a 90 minute foot message, and it was by far, the worst massage that I ever had. I had been going to Imperial for years, but never again. It was clear, almost from the beginning, that the masseuse was either unwilling or unknowledgeable about what see was doing. I got up to leave, but was given an older guy, who wasn't much better, and had the nerve to ask for a tip?! I complained to the lady at the front desk, and all of a sudden she couldn't understand English. No apology for the poor service and basically disregarded my concerns. I would have given a zero rating if I could. However, if you get an opportunity, 88 Foot Reflexology on Gessner was fantastic, Tony is awesome read more

Please save your time and money! This place isn't even worth a star... I went in a week after the disastrous floods that hit Houston for a massage with my mother to ease the tension we had in our backs from all the construction work we've had to deal with and the service was terrible!! Not only were they SHORT on time but the guys WERE DRUNK and REEKED cigarette smoke with heavy breathing on our faces!!!!!Worst of all, I complained to the receptionist... Yet we still had to pay and leave a tip. I'm extremely disappointed in their service, totally not worth it. I truly recommend you to go else where unless you want to be gagging in middle of the most painful massage ever. read more

I wish I lived closer to Imperial. Take advantage of the $20/hour full body massage. Clothes on, quiet and clean private rooms. Good to come here with a friend or two because you will all be in the same room. Open unit 9 pm- woohoo I can make it here after work if I am super desperate for a foot rub! Definitely not as extensive as $80 massages at other places, but right for the price. This place rules so hard. read more

I've been to half a dozen reflexology places in Houston and Austin. This was one of the worst massages I've had. My first time here and I was booked with Jason for the $20 reflexology. When I got there, Jason had to be summoned from the parking lot, which was kind of strange. When the massage started, I noticed he smelled of cigarettes - kind of gross. The real problem was his lack of technique. He randomly and briefly rubbed my head, arms and hands with no pressure. Wasn't relaxing at all, unlike other places I've been to. He then did my feet but spent a lot of time randomly rubbing my legs with almost no pressure. At one point he told me to "relax" and I told him to up the firmness. He did, but there was still no technique. His back massage was OK. I left regretting my visit and won't return. I'd rather pay $10 more and go to Triple Tree for a relaxing experience with someone who has had some training. read more

We came a first time and it was decent. Cheap, you can't communicate with anyone, and a lot of misunderstandings. Then today, I decided to treat myself for my birthday. What a mistake! What was I thinking? I called in to make an appointment for 11:30 and when I got there I explained I only wanted a foot massage. They didn't like that. Why do they offer it and promote it if they want people just to get the combo? No idea. The lady that first came in tried to convince me to get the combo again, I said no. She then left not wanting to do it I guess, and they sent a guy with no uniform to perform my massage. I should have left then. He gave a decent massage but not a foot reflexology one. Mostly massaged my legs, don't know why. I was not satisfied. When I was done, I went to the front to pay, with the guy following me. I signed and left the tip in the receipt, more than 20% btw. And the lady at the front laughed and showed the man and he starting YELLING at ME! In an aggressively rude manner. She was shushing him but he scared the cr-- out of me. There were two ladies in the waiting room witnessing this. I ran out of there. Obv never coming back. I'm not even sure if this guy works there or if he was someone's husband or something. My own husband is pissed enough that he might go back and complain. I just wrote this here so no one else has a terrible experience like this. They are not polite and/or customer service oriented. Pick somewhere else, even if it's a little bit more expensive. read more

Stay away! I came to this place for at least 2 years and loved it. Now I understand they are under new management. The guy was rubbing me like he was a dj on the turn tables. I found this place after doing some crazy shopping on Hilcroft on 7/20. After all the walking around we did in the heat my girlfriend and I were in need of a good reflexology session. We decided to give this place a try since it was nearby. The special we took advantage of was $20 for an hour long session with a full body massage, and you can keep your clothing on in a clean, private and very professional setting with your friend in the same room. (As Maria Mentioned). The restrooms were just as nice and clean as the rest of the establishment. We met Martin at the front and he explained services, and membership options ($100/6 sessions) and so forth. The whole (staff men and women) were extremely friendly. It was a relaxing, soothing, great experience. I will definitely be dropping by more often. I hope more of yall check it out. read more

The best back massage I've ever had! And I get approx 1 massage/mo for the past 2 years at various high-end spa to china town places. $30 (after $10 promotional discount) for a 30-min foot massage AND 30-min back massage is a steal! The hot stone at the end was just the right touch. Our masseuses focused on our tense spots and really worked on them. Our backs were immediately happy and stayed that way for the past day. The place itself has multiple rooms with 2-6 beds/chairs for the various services. The music was relaxing. The employees were professional and, unlike a popular place on Bellaire near Lee's sandwich, did not make me wish I had brought a noise-canceling headphone to block out their chatter. I recommended this place to friends immediately after, and will definitely come back. read more

Honestly this is the worst place to get a massage at. The staff is welcoming but once they take you to the room they want to shove the $30 combo deal on you if you decline they treat you like your cheap when the reason i got the $20 deal was to see how they were since this was my first time coming. I feel i took a beating instead of getting a massage. And i came with a group of 3 and staff were laughing and talking amongst themselves throughout the entire session so we didn't get to relax. read more

Excellent service by Kevin, he new what pressure points to dial in on for sure!! Definitely needing to stick with him next time. I have been to this place several times in the past and have always been happy until today . I made a reservation for a combo 30 minutes reflexology and 30 minute massage as I always have before. Their website offers a $5 discount if you make an appointment. When I got there this morning ,they wouldn't honor the website offer . They said they don't have anymore discounts. Then why is it still up in their website ? No discount was the answer. Next I had the roughest most rushed reflexology session I've ever had in my life . Only 20 minutes and the lady masseuse used her nails for the acupressure on my feet . It hurt like hell . Next it's time for my massage and I brought up that I payed for a one hour session and now expected 40 minute massage instead of 30 minutes since she rushed thru the reflexology. After arguing with the front desk lady , they complied . The massage was ok tho rough at times also . The masseuse spoke no English . In addition I noticed they now have 2 cots on their hallway for other clients which I think is against the fire code . I think this place is under new ownership and it's not the same as it used to be . I do not recommend anyone gracing them with your business. read more
